First let me say that I am NOT a fan of McDonalds but as we were leaving the all stars state tournaments at 9:45 pm everything was closing, so we ended up at this location. We waited for quite a while in the drive thru, they were bombarded with customers! We got to the window and the cute young lady was so nice, she apologized for the wait because they only had 3 staff members on duty. We told her it was no problem and also informed her that the car in front and behind us pulled out of the line after ordering. We received our food and it was hot, fresh and very good! Their manger needs to know that these 3 were rocking it!!! read more

Their cafe section is the best. They never have it closed unless they are cleaning it. Ice cream Machines are never "out of order". The employees are very kind and will start good conversation with you any day. They employees also seem to always be cleaning when I go. Worst McDonalds ever. The only reason I have been by there is because of convenience not service. This is not a one time experience either. On many occasions I have been by when there were only 2 cars and still have to wait and wait for my order. There are McDonald's where the business is extremely busy and the drive through and inside runs smooth and fast. Not this one. This place needs management and employee trading. A complete nightmare- this place is extremely poorly managed. Kids are outside talking to each other. The person taking the order was rude. Plus I order 1 Qtr Pounder and Large fries- she charged me for 2 Qtr Pounders and L fries. They told me to pull up as they didn't have either of the items ready. I waited and when the girl finally came outside- she had no idea what I ordered -Brought me chicken mcnuggets and small fries. I had to go back in line again through the drive through and wait at the window this time for my order. A bunch of kids playing instead of working- plus the first wrong order (the wrong order) the fries were mostly out of the pkg all over the bag. (very sad!!) $10.00 for complete aggravation and stress!!! Will never go back to this place! The entire process took 45 minutes.(I was just trying to be nice and do my husband a favor.... This was for him) I don't eat fastfood and now I have a better reason not too!! read more

NASTY!!!! Slow!!! Terrible experience!! Flies are all around the place. While I went to the restroom, I witnessed an employee, actually Manager....come out of the restroom without washing her hands. This place needs zero stars. Every single time I have been there, the staff is rude and my order is always wrong. I must be a gluten for punishment because I go there often, only because it is closer to my house. Today I went through the drive thru and yet again my order was wrong. I had to drive back up there and wanted a full refund because this has happened so many times. That's my time and gas spent having to fix their numerous mistakes. But it's my fault, I should have to check my multiple bags of food every time before I leave the window right? Then the MANAGER says, I can't give you a full refund, and basically blames it on the fact that they have a bunch of teenagers that work there. And that if she didn't bag it herself, there's nothing she can do. Um that's your friggin job, to make sure YOUR EMPLOYEES are doing their job. Especially after multiple complaints have been made about your restaurant. This place is just awful and the staff is rude and the service is laughable. My advice, stay far far away and go to the one across town by 95. They are always friendly and have never once gotten my order wrong. read more

When we first moved here, we were hoping for a better experience than the McDonald's in our previous town, but despite repeated attempts at giving this McDonald's more chances to get their act together (my 7-year-old stepdaughter LOVES McDonald's and though we don't eat it often, we do try to reward her by giving her a choice of where to eat or get food from and it is always McDonald's - doesn't hurt that the indoor playground should be a great place to get out energy on days when playing outside is not ideal). Sorry to say, we have had to veto this because of wrong orders, overcharging, missing items, cold, soggy, unsalted fries and general rudeness by the staff. I won't even get started on the atrocious behavior of children and even TEENS "playing", or, rather, bullying the younger children in the playground area). We started driving out of our way, past THIS McDonald's to get to the one by 95 (WAY out of our way), only to find similar problems, so it's just that the McDonald's in this area can't get it together. It's ALL they do - why can't they do it right? NEVER has there not been a problem with my order and some of the time it isn't until we are home that we discover it. If we are lucky enough to be in the store, it still takes forever to get anyone to acknowledge me as I stand there, clearly waiting for something other than my order. read more
