I have yet to have a decent meal from zaxby's I keep giving them a try because a lot of people rave about them. The grease must be old. The mushrooms are so dark and full of grease that I could not eat them. The wings were overcooked and dry. That's just something you can't mess with they need to be freshly cooked again with the grease. And it doesn't seem to matter which location I try. I have a gift card. 1 star. This is one of the most frustrating fast-food locations I've visited. The drive-thru is consistently slow, even when the line isn't long, and the wait times are unacceptable for a quick-service restaurant. What makes it worse is that my order is frequently wrong. I've dealt with missing items, incorrect food, and having to double-check everything before leaving because mistakes have become so common. The menu is also incredibly inconsistent. Too many items are unavailable on a regular basis, so there's a good chance the meal you came for won't even be offered that day. It's frustrating to pull up expecting a specific order and then find out they don't have it. When the food is actually correct, it can be decent, but the combination of slow service, inaccurate orders, and constant menu shortages makes this location difficult to recommend. Management needs to seriously address the drive-thru efficiency, order accuracy, and inventory problems. read more

Just ate there. It was awful!!! Had to ask for eating utensils and napkins. All tables were dirty. HD to wait for staff to clean it. Food was cold. Floor was very sticky and had food on it. Will not be back. No recommendation from me. Plus it was not worth the money spent!!! read more

my Zaxby's experience was horrible I asked for a kidy finger and they gave me 3 chicken tenders when I asked for kidy finger.They did not give me a cookie like I asked for,they tried to give me a tea when i asked for a coke. Horible experience!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Fries salted to the point of being inedible. Had to throw them all away. Have had salads without dressing, chicken finger plates without the cole slaw. On average I go here about once a week. However it seems that every other order has a problem. Will no longer waste my money here. read more

This location was clean and not very busy for about 4pm in the afternoon. Given that, it took longer than I thought it probably should have for a salad and a sandwich. The drive thru was wrapped around the building as well when we walked in. Food was okay but chicken wasn't that hot and on the tougher side. read more

We order a family tender pack and the tenders had way to much salt on them. We could not even eat them. I wasn't going to leave a bad review then but today I returned just to get a Buffaloed Blue salad and it had like 1 tender and wasn't tossed in sauce very well and was missing the fried onions on it completely. read more

Zaxbys restaurant has delicious food. If you have plenty of time to eat this is your place as they have very slow service. If you have an hour for lunch this will not be your spot. From the time I ordered until I received my food was 25 minutes. Very slow. read more

My wife and I live in Dunn and have been going to Zaxby's at least once a week for the past eight months. The last couple of months have been very bad as far as food goes. My salads are always wilted and the sandwiches are never cut right and are missing chicken sometimes. We are very disappointed with their quality now. read more

Horrible service to the first responders by a manager in Erwin. This site advertises that all first responders and military to receive ten percent off of their bill. The manager informed my husband that he could only discount one item from our $48 bill, which the manager chose to discount a kids meal. This is not what is advertised and this location has now falsely advertised to their community. The manager in charge was not willing to fix it, he was insulting and rude to my family. I do NOT recommend going to this location because they do not honor their advertising discounts. read more

Think this place is crazy! They have the employees running the restaurant while the managers goof off with no clue. On top of that it's like the tv show survivor where they have a monthly meeting to let the employees vote to see who gets fired.
