The manager dropped the ball on this one. You sell roast beef. Well, it's pressed, fast food roast beef, but that's your business - roast beef. I asked if she was the manager, but she didn't answer. To the point I said, hello?? into the speaker. No apologies, no cheerful voice offering something else. I don't come to Arby's for chicken or gyros, or now, the waygu hamburgers. To add insult to injury, the person taking my order was rude about it, the manager? Even had someone else hand me my items at the window. (I opted for the greek gyro. Meat was cold, and tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and cucumber sauce were OK, the pita, soft.) The mayo I requested for my fries was runny. Nothing but oil came out of the package and onto me and my seat, right through the fry cup. Ugh. She was wearing a name badge, but it was blank. I guess "in uniform" with a name badge doesn't mean a name has to be on it to some people. I managed fast food for a couple of years, so I know the concept. It's just disappointing how the industry has dropped its quality and service since 2019, pre-covid. Now they blame it on short staffed, no supplies, or whatever. We need accountability. And I need to either lower my expectations or eat at home, as options to fast food.
