Drive thru wrapped around the building but no one seems to be working...
    Kammarah P.

I avoid any place that had less than a 3 star rating...but today my Pumpkin wanted a Chicken McGriddle for breakfast. *HEAVY SIGH* The drive thru was slower than molasses in winter so we went inside and it was at this moment, that I realized why I don't deal with McDonalds. I don't like to use a kiosk to place my order and it baffles me how sonmany people are working but placing an order is a self service unless you go through the drive thru. Order placed and the receipt prints out blank. I stepped to the counter and advised the manager with her unplucked wig on, that the receipt printed blank. Wiggy had the audacity to ask me did I pay for the order? I looked at her and said, I wouldn't have a receipt if I hadn't paid, Ma'am. NOW she has the nerve to be offended. No Maam...don't get offended now. You could have checked to see if I paid instead of assuming I didn't with a few clicks on your screen but she chose not to. Wiggy was so upset she wouldn't even bring me my order...gave it to another worker to hand off to me. Which was fine, but a word of advice: STOP TREATING EVERYONE THE SAME BASED ON HOW THEY LOOK! yes it's Camp Creek...but every customer isn't someone trying to get over or beat the system. What really sad is IF CASHIERS WERE WORKING INSTEAD OF KIOSKs....you WOULDNT have this problem.

Hard like rock hash browns and cold food

I would like to leave a half star, but it's not possible. The food is cold, I think it's from yesterday, the hash browns looked like rock. It's the second and last time I'm going to that location, they need to replace the manager

This McDonald's manager Theresa needs a refresher on how to be a manager on ALL levels. She needs to be reminded that customers coming into the place keep her employed! The management in all whole needs to work on the employee and the way they interact with patrons. Also the dining room and drink station needs to be kept a whole lot cleaner. You shouldn't have to find a wet rag, to clean off sticky substance from your table...while your food get cold. The selections are good...compared to other places...which is a positive for this location.

My grill ticket given I didn't receive a receipt. My guess is 1248 may have been my order number at 1:05pm today April 15, 2021.

They have the nastiest attitudes of any of the locations I've been to, unless you're white, they will be a little courteous.

25 minutes in drive through line. Gunshots from the apartments behind. Worst McDonald's ever!

I like that Downtown College Park has free parking, with several spaces close to the café as well as a lot behind the building. I arrived around 12:30pm and there was only one other customer inside. The space is beautifully decorated in shades of pink, and the seating is comfortable with a sofa and six bistro-style tables with chairs. They had coffee house music playing on the TV, making it the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a coffee. The café was very clean, and the young lady welcomed me as soon as I walked in and chatted for a moment. They had several syrup flavors, including pumpkin as a seasonal option. I ordered a small 12oz pumpkin latte with oat milk for $7.25 and received a $5 discount with the coffee coupon. The pumpkin spice syrup and oat milk were both an additional dollar each, so it's a pretty expensive cup of coffee for a syrup that isn't made in-house. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect, but the coffee was so-so. The same experience I had last time. The coffee taste was smooth, but I don't get a strong taste of the flavor I selected; it's very weak. If I were to come back, I would have to pay for an extra pump of syrup, or I may just try a pastry next time. It wouldn't be my first choice for coffee, but I will continue to support them if I'm in the area!

The atmosphere is lively, colorful, and full of energy with music and a fun crowd. The interior is cute and welcoming without feeling overly fancy, and it's the type of place that works well for brunch with friends when you actually want a little vibe with your meal. If you're trying to figure out what to order, I'd look at the Salmon & Grits and definitely add the Honey Butter Biscuits. The salmon and grits are one of the menu favorites, and those biscuits seem to be one of the things you really shouldn't leave without trying. The portions here are also pretty generous. Service can depend on how busy they are, but overall the staff is friendly and personable. This is a popular brunch spot, though, so I wouldn't necessarily come during a peak period expecting to be in and out quickly. Parking is better than you might expect for a restaurant on Main Street. There's free street parking and a larger lot behind the building, although obviously the easier spaces disappear when the restaurant gets busy. Overall, good food, a fun brunch atmosphere, friendly service, and a convenient College Park location not far from the airport. I'd come back, particularly if I were meeting friends and wanted brunch somewhere with a little energy rather than a quiet breakfast.

Street parking is tough, so valet is by far the fastest, most reliable option. Our reservation was honored right on time, and we were seated immediately. Walking up, you are greeted by a bright, vibrant atmosphere with a crisp, clean aesthetic. The warm table setups paired with lush greenery and thoughtful decor hit the sweet spot. The hospitality starts right at the door--every host in the reception area welcomed us with a genuine smile. Our server, Brie, was absolute perfection. She managed to be charming, professional, and hilarious all at once without ever missing a beat. Her menu recommendations were spot-on based on our preferences, leaving us feeling like family by the time we left. As for the food and drinks: Cocktails: Phenomenal craft and flavor. Smoked Wings: A standout appetizer that you shouldn't skip. Shrimp Po' Boy: A delicious, well-executed interpretation of the New Orleans classic. Cajun Chicken Philly: Outstanding option for anyone, especially those looking for a great beef- or pork-free alternative. Whisk has truly figured it out. Highly recommended!

She was also charged $3 per person for a cake fee (because we brought in our own cupcakes). There is valet parking. I am unsure how much it is, because we used accessible parking. All of these fees and "services" are a nuisance, but on par for brunch spots and Atlanta restaurants. The excellent part of the experience was the food, drinks and service. There is one vegan breakfast platter option. I ordered Fried Green Tomatoes, Grits with cheese, Croissant and an Old Fashioned. Everything was perfection. I didn't use any additional seasoning. Even the fried green tomatoes didn't need the remoulade or feta cheese, they were perfectly seasoned as is. I sure hope they were vegetarian friendly lol . I rate everything I ate an A. I sampled the French Toast Bites, they were good but fried too hard for my liking. The birthday girl was gifted two mini plates of cinnamon roll bites, they were delightful and perfect for sharing. The music playlist was on point and not too loud. The restroom was clean and provided extra toiletries to replenish as needed. I highly recommend this gem!
