Believe it or not, this used to be q really good McDonalds. The drive throuh is so slow, it is frustrating but the service is always friendly. Food is normally luke warm. Slowest service I've every experienced. Don't stop here! My wait time was approximately 20 minutes. Nit sure how many cars were in front of me but I pulled right up to place my order. It was around 10:30p on a Monday. I will never return. Fries overcooked. Just horrible read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. The service here is awful. In 2 months I've stop here probably 5 times just for the employees to say the frappe machine is broken every time. I also set at the menu board while they skipped pass me about three times taking orders from the other board. They should just close this location down..... read more

If I could take away even the one star I would. I came to this McDonalds for a quick and simple breakfast and what I received was horrible service and lack of accountability. I ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin meal in the drive through at 8:05 and received a sandwich with half cooked bacon. I showed the attendant and she requested the kitchen staff to remake it. They then requested me to go curbs side and they would bring it out so I did. At 8:34 I went in to see what happen with my order and the manager stated it was coming so I went back to my car and waited 15 more minutes with no food. At 8:49 I decided to just go in and request a refund. I was told that they were still making the sandwich which at this point was not true. It's disappointing and very unprofessional to customers when staff and management lack the ability to provide customers with the product or service they are paying for. The manager was rude as well as the staff. I was also confused as to how with so many people on staff the service was still very slow. While inside I also overheard other customers complaining about their orders or lack their of. This seems to be the culture of this location. I did find out that this is a franchise which may be the reason that the normal standards of the service, food and friendly staff that they deliver as a company is so poor at this location. I will never eat here again! If you are looking for a quick and friendly breakfast location visit the Chick-fil-A across the street. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes. My order was correct and they had even more customers. The staff is friendly and very professional. McDonalds needs to monitor who they allow to represent their brand because one bad experience will send you somewhere else! read more

Other businesses throughout Metro Atlanta opened their doors to stranded motorists during the Jan. 2014 snow storm. This McDonald's on Camp Creek Parkway told a group of senior citizens who were on the way home from an outing that they had to leave their restaurant. All they cared about was the dollar. After they got that, they were done with them. Too bad they couldn't have made it down the street to Wendy's or Chic Fil A and other restaurants. read more

I'm beyond annoyed! It never fails they always mess up an order!! I literally ordered a double fish sandwich paid the price for a double fish sandwich only to go home unpack my food and see the single fish sandwich in a double fish sandwich box! That's some bs!! I would not even give this location a star if I didn't have to. The restrooms were disgusting there was piss all over the floor, dirty seats just nasty. GHETTO!! went in yesterday just to get a soda and could not even park in handicap parking spot because their delivery truck was blocking all spaces. Finally made it inside and it was about 5 customers to one cashier. The shift manager made the comment that the car that was waiting needed to be pulled up because they are holding up her line. Now how is that when they are waiting on their order...hell I was thinking you are holding up the customer and the others waiting.! Anyway finally placed order and was told $1.07, which I paid exact price. Here is where its sad...the cashier did not ring up the soda so therefore I did not get a receipt. I know that she planned to pocket the money, which is sad and bad because eventually that cost will get passed off to customers through price increases. Service was horrible. they have two lanes to order your food, but apparently the cashier 'forgets' there is another lane with people waiting patiently to order. The truck in front of me blew his horn and I wondered why. Now I know!!! I waited for my turn patiently only to NOT be next. So I was saying Hello, hello and the cashier said we cant take your order or hear you while taking another order. Im sorry my time is also precious and I was NOT next. this is the second time I have had bad service here. I will NOT be going back I will go over the highway further down the road to Chick Fil A and receive much better service!. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I went to the drive thru late at night, after the lobby was closed. The drive thru has 2 lines, but the wait time is long, so thats pointless. Once I got to the window to order there was silence, then the female, she mumbles lowly with a nasty attitude, something like go head on wit sho order, I said, ok no one has said anything to me, she said go head, in a rude tone, I said, you are nasty and rude. Normally, its, order when you are ready, or welcome to Mcd may I take your order, etc. She was nasty and bold, I think true colors showed since I was not able to go inside. I was going to order only the Shamrocks. I left without ordering, as if I would want anything with her hands preparing my meal I was glad my 15yr old son was with me, these examples help me teach him, on what not to be, and I explained this type of female, stay away from altogether, good thing for ppl to be themselves the quicker you can see their fruit, good, bad or ugly. In this case ugly, a person who is rude, unprofessional, with a nasty attitude to a person who has done nothing to them. I hate to use the term ghetto but they do have an "I don't care" attitude. I ordered a chicken sandwich from my son (3 yrs old) and they gave me a spicy sandwich which he couldn't eat. I called up to the store to speak to the manager about it since I had left already and someone put the phone down and the manager never came to the line. I could hear gossiping coming from the workers inside. The next day I called up there and explained to the dayshift mgr what happened. I was given an apology and asked to come back after work and give that manager's name to the evening shift to get a replacement sandwich. When I got there, I told one of the associates who notified the manager. The manager's first response was "well that manager she talked to isn't here now". I told her I know that but I was told I could get my sandwich replaced. Only then did she come to the counter to ring up my replacement sandwich. No smile, no apology. I got my sandwich and then decided to order a McDouble with no onions. I got my order and left. When I began to eat my burger, lo and behold-it had onions on it! Of course I will not be ordering my food from there again. Thank goodness all McDonalds don't operate in the same manner. read more
