I've heard great things about this restaurant and had to check out during my ATL visit. I think there needs to be a revamp of its location and their parking situation (and they charge). This restaurant was very busy and popular as we had to wait at least 15 mins to be seated. Once seated we ordered drinks and food. Our server was fairly friendly and made sure we got what we needed. I can say that the food is good and worth trying out.

The best food I've had in a long time! The collard greens were absolutely delicious packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and had just the right hint of spice. I've honestly never had collard greens that good before. The oxtails were also delicious, tender, and well-cooked, although I only received about two pieces. The grits were tasty as well. I came with a large party, so we weren't able to sit in the main dining area and enjoy the view, but it was still a great experience overall. Our server was friendly, polite, and attentive, and the service was surprisingly fast considering the size of our group. The only downside for me was the bill. I ordered the oxtails, collard greens, and a mimosa, and my total came to $75. The food itself was $52, while the rest of the total came from gratuity, restaurant fees, and taxes. Even so, the quality of the food made for a memorable dining experience.

The restaurant is very nice and bright. The service was great. The meal I purchased did not taste as I expected so I'll have to try something different next time. The French toast bites were very tasty and were given to my friend for her birthday.

    Red Snapper & Grits

I ordered the Cajun shrimp omelette with breakfast potatoes and a croissant. It was absolutely delicious and very filling--I couldn't even finish it all. My sister ordered the salmon and grits. The salmon portion was a little smaller than expected compared to the amount of grits, but she still really enjoyed the dish. My mom had the red snapper and grits, and let me just say... I've never seen my mom eat a whole fish before! That alone told me everything I needed to know about how good it was. The Sweet Peach drink was so refreshing and delicious. My only complaint is that I wish it came in a larger size for the price. The ambiance was amazing. It had a cozy café vibe with R&B music playing in the background, which made the atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable. And the service? Top tier. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we'd definitely come back and would recommend giving this place a try!

    Acai bowl. Delicious.

Cute little place. We ate breakfast here before heading to the airport. The acai bowl was one of the better ones I've ever had. Very large. The family loved their pancakes, hot chocolate, and chicken dish.

Great spot for brunch. I had a party of 4 and I don't think any of us had anything that didn't hit just right. I recommend the French Toast Burger and the Chicken and Waffles for sure! The parking situation in pretty bad. Its almost like going to a sold out club having to park a cross the way but it was worth it once we got in. This spot is very high energy and high pace with reasonable prices. This is not a place to linger and chat. They will get you in, give you a good experience, and get you out! Can't be mad with an efficiently run business. Definitely plan on returning to try more of the menu.

Ambiance: The ambiance and vibe is everything! Nice R&B music, beachfront decor, with a pop of color. Service: I made a reservation which is a must, this place was already packed on a Sunday @ 10am. I was seated with one of the best servers (Bre), she was attentive to all of our needs with a great personality. Food: I came with an appetite but unfortunately the food was a disappointment. My party ordered a lot of food selections, and the only desirable plate was the eggs & potatoes. In addition, it took over an hour to receive our food. I prefer my food hot not lukewarm. I believe they were short staffed, which always affects the food/service.

    Whole snapper and creamy grits

The food was quite tasty. The portion size exceeded my expectations. I love the ambiance not to mention was amazing. My drink was the Sweet Peach and it was definitely a hit!!!

It's a busy place. But If you're willing to wait, then wait because this place is definitely worth it. Parking is a little challenging and you have the option to valet or self park outside of the parking lot restaurant. Our waitress was excellent, I believe her name was Alyssa, we were seated by the bar area and this was our first time here. All her recommendations were excellent. From the appetizer of friend green tomatoes that were crispy and tangy, to our main entree. The shrimp and grits were packed with flavor and the dish came out hot. It's a good portion with both plates that we had to take it to go. The shrimp was well cooked with their sauce. Now the oxtail was really good, not a dry spot in the grits with the amount of sauce and flavor mixed in. Big size chunks of oxtail gave you a hearty filling. If you're a fan of oxtail, you have to get this. Meat fell right off and blended in well with the grits all mixed in. Yum. Definitely will come back when visiting and will make sure to have my appetite ready.

My family and I landed in Georgia on our way to SC. Since it was early morning, I looked for breakfast places. Stumble up on this one, and I'm glad I did. I made a reservation but when we got there it was early, we were seated immediately. Our server Ciara was wonderful to make recommendations and checking on us multiple times. We had the loaded potato and the whisk duo with the chicken bites and the French toast. The loaded potato was out of this world, it was so good. We got the extra sauce, it's a secret sauce. It's a must have. Whisk Duo was okay so I could get a different dish next time but the loaded potato is a must have. Plenty of parking and food options bathrooms were really clean and the decor was beautiful. We'll definitely return the recommend to friends and family.

I saw someone post about Whisk on my TikTok and decided I had to try it out. Whisk did not disappoint, the food, service and ambiance was 10 out of 10. The decor was very nice, giving upscale but casual dining is acceptable. The staff was very friendly and the food was super tasty. Definitely coming back and I recommend to anyone looking for amazing food

This was a great breakfast dining experience. First, there was a good sized parking lot with sizeable spaces. When we walked in we were greeted and seated quickly and the visual setup is nice inside with a window also viewing into the cafe area. Music was at a level that made conversation easy. Food was delicious, and there were QR code "blocks" that made it easy to pay and get on your way without having to wait around in case server had other tables or place was excessively busy. I would definitely visit again.

One of my favorite brunch spots in atl. Food is amazing. I think about the smoked oxtails often! They're tender, extremely flavorful, and just delicious! The whole fish is also one of my faves.

On their door the hours are wrong, Apple Maps and yelp says they are only open on Wednesday. I messaged them on Instagram and they didn't reply and I drove 20 minutes just to find out that they were closed for the day. I was really looking forward to trying the food here and I love watching candy over real housewives of Atlanta so I was stoked to finally be able to come. The hours need to be consistent and posted across the board so people aren't confused and they'll just solve the problem right there. Also, when I called the phone number, no one answered. Basically what I'm saying is I went through several avenues to confirm I was able to come in and maybe if I need to come a different day and I couldn't even get that.

Their menu tv-boards weren't working, so they helped me figure out what was what pricing-wise. The place smells fantastic- inside and out. I wish the smoky fragrance penetrated the food as well as it does the atmosphere. I got a brisket plate with Mac n cheese, collards with a scoop of black-eyed peas, some rice, and a couple mini-cornbread muffins. I also grabbed a whole rack of ribs and an a-la-carte chicken tips. Everything LOOKS really good, so it was hard to choose. I figured I can just save plenty of each for meals over the next few days. Unfortunately, when it comes to the quality of the food, there's a bit of a problem. I'm going to start with the sides. The Mac n cheese was peppery and oily, but not so much creamy or cheesy. The collard were rather sweet on their own. I like to add some black-eyed peas to my collards, so I did. Either way, they were OK, but not amazing. The corn bread muffin was lacking in almost every way- not sweet, not moist, not buttery- just dry. There was also no crunchy edge crust just all sponge bread. The rice was mildly seasoned with some aromatics, but it was, otherwise, just basic fluffy-soft rice. Now let's get to the meat. The chicken tips were DRY- even though they were wet and covered in sauce. They also lacked any real chicken or bbq flavor as though it'd been cooked out of them, then they were drizzled in sauce and placed into a pot of water that was then removed after a few minutes and then they got another drizzling of watery sauce.... They aren't good. The brisket is also dry and for some reason has been cut into square chunks- which dries them out even faster. Some of the chunks were JUST fat and most didn't have ANY fat. Such a waste... They don't come sauced, so you can taste the smokiness and the peppery rub they used, but while they definitely taste off the rub, the smoky flavor is so slight, it's almost undefined. Finally, the ribs. The ribs were alright, but the sauce was so mild I would've just preferred them without the sauce entirely. They had a decent bite and pull. They're not "fall off the bone", but not everybody likes ribs like that and according to the standard, they shouldn't fall off the bone or they're over cooked. I like them both ways and these were nice and juicy. There was a hint of smokiness, but nothing too pronounced. Overall, the flavor of the meat came through nicely, so the ribs were their saving grace. Would I go back? Probably, no. However, if my co-workers, friends, or family happened to be going, I wouldn't straight up avoid the place. Everybody is different and has a differing set of taste buds and preferences. Give them a shot and see what you think!
