This should be zero stars. We placed a curbside order. 2 meals and an extra fry and drink. We waited an hour and still no food. We went in and the man at the front said he didn't see our order on the screen but give him a second. Two other people ahead of us had waited over an hour. We waited 15 more minutes and he never bothered to make our order. Several people came and went while we waited. I called the 800 # to ask for a refund as the app showed our order was fulfilled. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru in lane 2 for someone to take my order. I was told to "hold on", but kept seeing cars pass through lane 1. So I drove up to the window to place my order for a large fry. They refused to take my order at the window and told me I had to drive back around the building and wait in line again to place my order at the speaker. I was also told to call the 1-800 customer service number if I had a problem with it. It was a large fry for a child, come on. read more

I went to this McDonald's because I read the reviews on Yelp. I wanted to try it for myself to see why the reviews was so negative with a 1.8 overall rating. I can see why. First, I ordered right at 10:30am when lunch was starting. I ordered a special through the app and picked it up in the drive thru. I didn't have a wait in the line, but the older lady at the pay window wasn't too friendly. I picked up my order with no wait at the pick up window. She was nice, but didn't say a whole lot. I went to eat my food, here's where it goes bad. The Double cheeseburger tasted like the meat was sitting there for about an hour, but it was correct the way I ordered it. The Fries was warm, not hot, not cold. I looked in the bag and low and behold, no ketchup or BBQ sauce which I had requested. One more note on the Fries, they was tipped over in the bag, so I had to dig for them. The 4 piece Mcnuggets was the same way, not hot or cold, just warm. They was crispy though but I couldn't enjoy it because I had no dipping sauce. The ONLY saving grace was the Coke that I had. It was cold, not flat and had that perfect McDonald's "Coke" taste. I'm still willing to go back and give them another try just because it is the closest one to my house, but I have eaten at other locations with FAR better outcome. read more

SPIT IN MY FOOD! Came into store at about 6pm on 8/13/2020 and ordered the double quarterpounder with cheese meal. There were about 3 people (all black) working the store. I'm white. I'm also wearing a mask. The staff do not have their masks on except for the window person. I didn't get a reciept for some reason. Later, when I got back to my car and examined the bag more closely, I saw why the staff inside weren't actually wearing their masks (which were tied on, just not covering mouths and nose). I also saw why I didn't get a reciept. There was what had to be spit lining the entire inside of bag and all over the inside of the hamburger box! Now, if you enjoy having spit in your food for being white, or not black, or say because you're just not their kind of customer, or whatever, then by all means go here. If not, this location may not be your best choice. Yes, of course, the people working the kitchen in this location should *probably* all be fired and jailed IMMEDIATELY. And yes this location should *probably* be shut down. I'd heard people talk uneasily about how they would never stop here, but now I know why. It's the "little extras". Like spit. You know. If I could leave a negative 10, I would. I ordered McDonald's through Doordash to avoid getting out. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe, extra mayo & onions. Ordered the kids a Mcchicken & 3 baskets of fries. Doordash was quick picking up the food & dropping it off. Started taking food out to distribute & notice the fries are not hot, not even warm. Get settled with my teenagers to begin eating & notice my QP deluxe box feels....wet/soft to the touch. Open the box & there is mayonnaise literally dripping down the sides of the burger. All over the box, globs everywhere. Try to pick it up & it all breaks, not falls, breaks apart. Then my kids are complaining they cant eat the fries. I grab a couple, pop in.... they were so hard they were unchewable. Like there had been fries sitting under the warmer for a whole day & they decided to load us up with all the old fries. Mcchicken was edible according to the kids but that was it. Here's why I'm so upset, when you order from doordash, the food on McDonalds menu is jacked up higher than paying in person. On top of that, there are fees & a tip included. For my order tonight, I paid $34. 2 Mcchickens, a QP deluxe & 3 fries. The QP, completely inedible. I don't know if an employee thought that would be funny or what. All 3 fries, inedible. So I literally just paid $34 for 2 Mcchickens. Will NOT do business with this location ever again. Total failure on McDonalds part. Loss of food and money. Totally unacceptable, McDonalds should be ashamed for food being given to customers in that condition. Totally rebuilt and reopened April, 2014. They took and old unclean place and gave it some life. Large play area for kids and larger than normal upgraded McDonald's. Food is the same but taste better with new equipment. Likely because the old one lacked proper cleaning. Hopefully, they will do better maintaining this one. read more

I come here almost every other night after work and usually get a really nice manager at the window. Tonight I got a manager or whatever she is there named Christina. She comes to the window and just tells me the price, I asked " hey, how are you!" She then rolls her eyes and walks away and leans against the wall to take someone else's order!!! Inside is decently clean and playground is small but efficient. You can see through a glass wall if kids are playing and there are also places to sit inside the play area as well. The customer service experience was why I am giving it a two star. Guy at front counter was just not helpful and seemed to not really know what he was doing. Very slow. Heard him ask a manager something for me about adding bacon to my burger and she snapped that it was going to be an extra 2$ but then I saw that the menu said only 1$ more, so I questioned it and she got snappy again so I just completed my order and went on to my table and rolled my eyes in confusion. This is the worst McDonald's ever! Placed an order off the "secret menu" (which I know can be confusing) only to have the cashier yell at me and tell me they don't do that here. I began to explain the item was on the secret menu and she said they don't have a secret menu button. Another customer told her if she would only be quiet I would tell her how to ring it up. Very professional & honest staff! Management should commend them for their excellent performance. We were traveling late on a Thursday evening & I accidentally left my wallet on the counter. About 2 hrs later, I realized what had happened. Luckily, when I finally located the correct McDonald's location, the staff informed me that they had placed it in the safe. Jennifer offered to overnight it to our destination, but I opted to pick it up on Sunday. The manager on duty was extremely nice & professional, following their protocol. Welcome to Clown Town, come here to get diner and a show. The bag boy and manager were yelling at each other. There were customers asking for their food, saying "We ordered and hour ago, and we still haven't got our food yet." My order was wrong and best of all we saw an employee crawling on the floor and serving food with the same gloves. There was one guy working hard but he literally said "I quit" when he was checking out our order. I high recommend anywhere else but here. we feel so blessed on this friday morning to have been gifted with mcdonald's breakfast. we pulled up at the cutoff time. in despair, we watched the screen turn from breakfast to lunch. we were so happily surprised when the mcdonald's worker told us they would still make us breakfast! our order was totally correct, predictable, and delicious. we always order caramel frappes in bulk and they are happy to provide. one note: i forgot to ask for ketchup for my hashbrown and i wish they would have inferred that i needed it, but no worries. well done at this mcdonald's today. read more
