The McDonald's on Brainerd Rd - STRAIGHT TRASH!!! I Grub Hubbed an order and the order was missing some things. I called the store and I wasn't confrontational or unpleasant. As I was trying explain to this person she hauls off and says THAT'S A LIE cause she takes the online orders. I asked her does she thinks that it's professional to call a customer a liar. She responds what else do you want me to say? I told her she could have said something else other than calling me or suggesting that I am telling a lie. I even told her if I called the wrong store than I apologize but I told her she needed to be more professional. I went threw the drive threw today at 11:15 am, gave a guy my code and he said what can I get for you today? I said a cheese burger and then a girl came on and said we can't serve you.. And I said why? I said wait you can't serve me? She said yes ma'am. I said can you tell me why? She never said anything. Not a word. I drove around a the girl just stared at me. My sister called up there and they hung up as soon as the phone answered. I barley ever go to this store. I only wanted something to eat to take my medicine. Like Idon't know who does that? I understand that McDonald's employees absolutely DESPISE using the ice cream machine. Making sundaes, McFlurrys, etc. IF they happen to be working at all.. but when I ask for a McFlurry and it IS working, can you PLEASE tell your employees how to properly make one? Its not that hard. Ice cream goes in cup.. Oreos go in cup.. spoon goes in cup.. then you stick the end of the spoon onto that mixer thing and you blend it all together so that the oreos are dispersed throughout the cup and mixed into the ice cream. Your people like to BARELY fill up the cup with ice cream.. so we're getting half a cup. Then they dump some Oreos on top and call it a day.. so we have to stir it up ourselves. After 3 bites, the Oreos are gone and there's still some plain vanilla ice cream left at the bottom. Who wants that? So to make this even better, I've gotten so used to them doing this that I specifically ask for EXTRA OREOS and request them to be put into the bottom of the cup BEFORE the ice cream. I'd be fine with that. But they can't even do that right. I get home, eat my food, then the mcflurry and once I get close to the bottom I realize there's nothing there. So I pay for extra Oreos every single time and don't get them. Once in a blue moon someone cares enough to do it right and that's the only reason I keep ordering them. Good grief, I just wanted an Oreo McFlurry. And all I get is a half cup of plain Jane vanilla ice cream with a few Oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. Something needs to change. We're not getting what we pay for as it's advertised. Im sure this will go unaddressed and nothing will happen, but writing it out made me feel a little better. You don't expect much from McD when it comes to food. But the staff here is terrible.

The person who took my order was AMAZING - friendly - patient! She even told me how to change my order to get what I wanted and save money. If only she could have saved my time too.... As I pulled up to the window to pay always great I got to meet the friendly person who took my order. Moving on to the window where receive my order I waited for a good three minutes without even a hello. Soon the person open the window and gave me a bag which I opened and it did not contain my order so I waited for their attention and gave it back. Person looks to the manager and they try to figure out where my order is this takes a good seven minutes (not kidding) and then I am finally given my order. I asked for extra ketchup, i'm given two packets. It's fine. But the worst part was is that even though I've mentioned my frappe twice already, no one had even begun to fix it. I waited another four minutes to receive it. I icing on the cake... no napkins in my bag. I will have to go back and give this store another try. read more

Im so glad I never have to visit this location again. Every time I go, there is always an issue. this time, the manager forgot to put my 2 hashbrowns in the bag. When I asked her about it, after driving back up to the store, She and another manager started yelling at me and telling me to move out of the way. This is a repetitive thing at this location. Service is always super slow and terrible.... so I typically go in to just grab a drink because you can't screw that up right.... well they seem to have accepted that challenge. Now at 430pm on a Friday they have their doors locked while advertising on their door open interviews.... kinda hard to have an interview or service customers if the door is locked. read more

Normal everything for McDonalds, however, the cashier had her headphones in and was talking loudly to "granddaddy" on her phone. She took everyone's order just fine, but it's unprofessional (even for McDonalds) to be on the phone like that while serving customers or at work in general.
