Not Good, mishandled food. Gave me the wrong drink order. Rude staff. Stressful environment. When the staffs friends came in there was bickering and sideways glances. Didn't follow the directions through the kiosk for the other meal we got, ie No mustard, or onions. read more

I can't give this a better rating. I honestly consider going other places or to the McDonald's at the lake instead if the kids really want to McD's. Some of the people are awesome! I think highly of some of the people that work there. I only have a complaint because we saw 35 cents up charge per drink when we had an order of 7. We spoke with the manager and ask why we were charged 35 per drink. She said it was because they are upgrading our drinks from a small to a medium. I asked if the meals came with medium drinks. She said that they didn't, all a while she was making comments about us asking about the up charge calling us broke. If anything this felt like we were being up charged to help pay for someone else's meal. The fact that they charged us without asking is a reason, than the manager started to be condescending with my girlfriend when she went in the restaurant for the food after we pulled over to the parking spot until the food was ready. When my girlfriend returned back to the car she was flustered and agitated. So when I asked about the sauce we were charged for, she told me they didn't give her any. She looked at me and told me not to be rude as I told her I'd be back and go get it. I pretty much recorded the whole interaction. Not video but audio. The worst McDonald's i have ever been to most unprofessional business in putnam county. Food was served to me cold. When i asked for replacement i was met wit ridicule and nasty attitudes from the employees. And the store was full of flies. I was disgusted with the restroom the sinks wasnt even working. When i went here after a long miserable day, i just wanted a mcflurry. i asked if their ice cream machine was working, the worker said no. fast forward a few minutes and BOOM a friend of mine has a mcflurry. after i was sad about it, i find out that my other friend has also gotten a mcflurry. Terrible service! Ordered food at 10:16pm.... told to pull up to reserved parking #1, because I ordered nuggets. finally received it at 10:50 after all the lights were turned off. For the most part, the employees are USUALLY nice a corteous. But theres always this young lady working at window 2 that just seems to have a attitude like she dont want to be there. Also, when i get breafast for my family on Friday and Saturday mornings, they always seem to get my order wrong.
