They did replace it to what I ordered but they should have got it right and then been clued in when I said what about the cheese because you don't get cheese on the biscuit. Power was out and I couldn't make breakfast on the stove so we ventured off to get some grub and ended up here cause it's fast and breakfast is usually good. The drive through is one of those split ones, and there's no line so I pull into one and am told to wait a second. While waiting, a line forms and two cars make it through the second drive through kiosk. I say "hello?" to see if the guy has forgotten me and he impatiently says to give him a second. I ask if I should just go around and get into the other line and he rudely asks what I want, and after taking my order he tells me to go to the 3rd window. There is no 3rd window. Also the number on the screen after my order did not match the actual price I paid/price on my receipt. There was like a 2 dollar difference in my favour, which, cool, but they need to have that looked into in case it makes mistakes for other customers that end up costing them more. My girlfriend and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our car in the parking lot and we were sitting there in the parking lot waiting for the tow truck assistance to get us back in our car when an employee from McDonald's name Jose came outside and offered to let us come inside to get something to eat and drink, and to get out of the heat while we waited, even though their lobby was closed at the moment and the entire experience was very pleasant and my girlfriend and I both appreciated it and will be coming back again to eat here because of it! read more

I waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. Ordered and pulled up to get the food. I handed the lady my receipt to ensure she got me the right stuff. As this place is notorious for screwing things up, I checked before I left. Missing food, despite the check on the receipt. I drove back and parked. Realized the lobby wasn't open due to Covid. I waved down someone inside that came and I explained what was up. She sent the "manager" to provide me my food and when I she handed it to me, I asked her what the problem was with not getting food correct, even after the quality check. She seemed offended and told me that wasn't her problem. I explained that since you are the manager, it IS your problem and she was very combative from this point forward. I got fed up, asked for her name. She refused to provide her name and walked away. I drove back through the drive through, got a refund and made her confront me again, only to find that she was pushing blame on everyone else and they were short staffed. Still refused to give me her name. I told her I was moving until she provided that information. She sent over a man who claimed to be the manager. He provided me her name but refused to provide me with any corporate information or anything to do with his superiors. I got a refund. Lesson learned her is....if you see a young, short, Mexican girl named Jenny here, be aware. She was rude, unconcerned about anything customer service oriented and once I can get an actual person on the phone, I will be filing a complaint at the corporate office using Jenny's specifically. I hope she/they see this. I also recommended to Hector (the "new" manager), to terminate her or at least write her up and he started getting argumentative too because I was "holding up the line". Hit or miss with the drive thru. The problem with this McDonald's is with the management. They just don't know what they are doing. Three times in two weeks they won't turn the lights on. I have passed by this McD's several times because I can't see it at night without the sign lit. I won't turn around. I'll keep on going to the next fast food place. Three times I told the staff there that their lights were off at night, and still they don't have a clue to turn them on at night. I'm at a loss for words why not. I tried to come on my lunch break on a Monday, as soon as i got out of my car, at 330 pm, the manager came running to beat me to the door so he could lock me out. McDonald's website explicitly states an egg and cheese biscuit typically costs $1.39 (without tax) only to be charged for one folded egg, 1 American cheese and 1 biscuit, like I'm making this sandwich up out of my imagination and the cost easily becoming $3+. I'm surprised I wasn't charged separately for salt and the wrapper while we were at it! Is this an issue with the owner or the manager on site this morning? I can understand if your restaurant 'doesn't participate' with certain things, but to basically take a $1.39 sandwich to a $3+ sandwich is a whole new level of greed unlocked! Then to use a coupon, in which egg and cheese biscuit is clearly on the list of eligible items for buy one, get one free, the person taking my order notifies me that the coupon will not work for a bogo because they charged for each component separately of the sandwich. So in order for the coupon to work, the person taking my order switches the sandwich to a sausage egg biscuit for $4.49, remove the sausage and add cheese for an additional $0.50, for each sandwich, meaning my 'free' sandwich was by no means free. I doubt it, but I have been thinking about their coffee lately and have decided it's time to tell the world what I think. :) What was it? Four, maybe five years ago I was in Vegas on vacation and my friend wanted to stop at McDonald's for coffee, I couldn't imagine why anyone would buy their coffee there but I was told it was only a buck (that's good) and it was Seattle's Best. Well. You can't beat that. So we went to McDonald's and had coffee. Wow was I surprised! It was delicious coffee! I mean it. I'm kind of, but not completely, a coffee snob and I REALLY liked their coffee. So fast forward to being at home and picking up a coffee every morning on the way to work. I could... go to Starbucks or some other coffee stand and pay $3 to $4 for a coffee with cream, or I could go to McDonald's and get a 20 oz, with 4 cream for $1 plus tax. WOW! How times change though. At some point McDonald's has stopped using Seattle's Best, not that I know what they use now, I just know that it's awful, terrible, and generally really bad. It sometimes has a beef after taste! It's really disgusting, and they raised the price. Of course, everything in the world increases in price over time. That really isn't the issue, it's the undrinkable coffee that's the point. So here we are again McDonald's. After I ordered, I was informed that there were no soda options available so the guy OFFERED me a shake instead. I said yes, vanilla. Then he charged me $3 for the "upgrade". I said "wait, so even though you don't have any soda available and you offered me a shake instead, I still have to pay the extra $3 for it?" He said yes and the other option is just a double quarter pounder and fries without a drink. I said okay and asked for a water. I was not given my water or any napkins. Also, even though my burger was in a box that says "double quarter pounder" right on it, I only received a single AND it was literally sitting in the box with literally over half a cup of excess grease just poured in with it. I measured the amount of excess when I got to work. The fries I received were also very cold. I was on a break so I didn't have time to return to have my order corrected. Even if I did, the line is an absolute disaster because of the way their parking lot is set up. This the just another in a long line of bad experiences with this restaurant but it is by far the worst experience. I will not be returning. Then there's the food... prepared wrong items even when ordered via the mobile app WHERE THE ORDER IS WRITTEN OUT FOR THEM! The wrong food was so badly prepared, unappetizing in appearance, and cold. I had the worst experience here with my friend. We ordered food through UberEats app and since it took so long, we decided to give McDonald's a call to ask about the order. The lady who spoke to us through the phone is really rude. We tried to explain the situation and she said she didn't understand and hang up. We called back and she didn't pick up until the third times. I swear we still tried to talk with her and explain again. We asked if she can understand my situation and she replied rudely :"No". The only McD I go to. Ask why? Their drive thru is very fast and efficient. I'm always happy to get my order right and just so. However, i only come for the breakfast menu. My usual: hash browns, sausage mcmuffin with egg, no cheese and a grape jelly on the side. I get home and I simply insert my hashbrowns in between my breakfast sandwich, add the grape jelly on one side of the bread and bam! Happiness! The sweet jellly and the saltiness of the sausage is match in heaven... They also make really good coffee here and really, unexpectedly, it is strong enough but not too strong like other places which, also can be too strong and bitter, and also have some coffee pulp mixed in. Anyway... So, my usual habit is the drive thru run and eat at home at my backyard while getting my early dose of sunshine. Prices have gone up over the years but whatever, everything else has. I know many of you think that McDonald's is so bad for my health but you should see my other big breakfast I make at home. That's another story for another time. Anywho, Filipino breakfasts (pls google typical Filipino breakfasts if interested) is way too much if eaten on a day to day basis! To end on a very positive note, I prefer this location all the time. Someone finally came to the door and told us it was locked because the credit card machines were down and they were accepting cash only. Okay, why did you need to lock people out for that?
