When I walked in for my pick up order, there was one person at the counter ordering and two people behind the counter. I still had to wait for a few minutes before somebody addressed me when I was clearly there for a quick pick up. No one bothered saying thank you or goodbye?? I recently had a stroke and this was a super disappointing first outing to get dinner for myself. The sandwich was half full of meat, had one (1) green bell pepper, zero red bell peppers, a few onions, and a smidge of chipotle mayo (#42 chipotle chicken cheesesteak) and hadn't been heated very long. I'm really confused about the lack of quality and total disregard for customer service based on the price of this sandwich and the fact that I tipped well. read more

Out and about with The Homie and stopped at this particular Jersey Mike's in Lynnwood right as it opened on 1/30/21. What stood out writing this a month and a half later, clean shop, friendly, expedient, professional service. Customized sandwiches were prepared and wrapped nicely, reasonably priced, and tasted great. Terrific menu selections, and it helps to accrued points to eventually receive a freebie. Even got a coupon for a future purchase of a future sammie, free chips and soda. Of the sandwich chains, I prefer Jersey Mike's over Subway, Quizno's, or Jimmy John's. Glad I stopped in at this 196th/Hwy 99 location in Lynnwood. Great food, great service! read more

The food is the same at every Jersey Mike's, but the service here is mixed at best. Went there on a Friday night with a small, straightforward order and waited a long time. There were two hardworking younger employees doing everything, and one guy doing nothing but using the slicer and ridiculing every customer that walked through the door. He appeared to be the shift leader or someone in charge, and he shouldn't be. There is also some not-great food handling - unwrapped sandwiches on seemingly unclean surfaces. This review is an odd one! My neighbor gave me several coupons for Jersey Mike's subs. This is a good way to introduce a new dining experience with reduced risk of losing hard-earned cash. So once I try a two-fer coupon, I will return with an update to my review. But for now, I did a bit of research (including Yelp) and learned that service was mostly good, but there were some concerns. I'll find out for myself! The business responded to every single yelp review--remarkable! I see by the photos that there is a sit-down indoor dining area which works for me and most of my family members that I like to take out for lunch. The first time I came in here, the counter help was great. The young man who waited on me was friendly, courteous, prompt and good at his job. I had never been to Jersey Mike's before and was very excited about how good the tuna was. (I know, right?) The last time I came in obviously the guy there was new - but what a joke. I asked for a tuna sub on a gluten free roll. My son asked for a sub with no lettuce and tomato. He was getting my son's order ready and had a pile of lettuce and tomato ready to put on until we reminded him he had asked for no lettuce and tomato. I could see him dishing up the tuna onto the bread for my sandwich and it was the bottom of the container and basically a bunch of sloppy dregs of mayo with very little tuna. He didn't tune in enough to notice this. When I told him it was unacceptable, he said he could make some more tuna but I would have to wait 15 minutes. There was no one else in the place. He never even asked me what I wanted on the sandwich, and maybe there is a standard vegetable(s) they put on, but really, you should ask if I want lettuce, tomato and pickles!!!!! Don't I get to have it my way?? So, I have 3 questions: 1. Why didn't he notice when the last tuna sandwich was made that they were running low and make it then, so it would be ready for the next customer (me)? 2.Why does it take 15 minutes to mix tuna and mayo together? 3. Why did he not even notice that there was no tuna left in the slop left at the bottom of the container and that this would be an unacceptable thing to put on bread? I opted out of this sloppy looking mess of a sandwich and left. HEY MANAGEMENT, train your employees to be better! This is not a way to run a restaurant, even a fast food one. I have been going to this JMs for over five years because their subs were meaty, not like Subway where you can see light through the meat because it is sliced so thin. So last evening I pick up a sub, and notice immediately how light the bag was, and ensured it is mine, it way. Got home to find maybe-maybe a third of the meat I would normally receive. It was literally all bread and enough meat to know something else was there. Thought well, that's over, might as well be called Subway now. Of all the sandwiches places in the area, I regularly enjoy Jersey Mike's. The food is great; the ingredients taste fresh; the process of slicing the meats in front of the customers is reassuring, etc., However, my experience today was a joke. I normally hate writing reviews, but this was just sad. I went in to get sandwiches for myself and my wife. Multiple staff members had AirPods in their ears (not sure if this is intentional), and the staff were clueless, and obviously bored. The first person who started my sandwich rang up my order and didn't bother asking if I wanted anything else and then proceeded to help the customers after me while the other staff member finishing my sandwich took his sweet time completing my sandwich while yawning multiple times in the process. It took about 30 seconds for him to lay 7 rings of onions on the sandwich in a straight line. I left with one sandwich instead of two because I didn't want to waste another minute in there. I get working in fast food is not the best or desirable, but I would avoid this Jersey Mike's. Take the extra time to drive to another location, you will probably get food faster. read more

I am so mad today. No one pays attention to customers any more. It's all about the online orders and never about the person in front of them. I'm asked what I want, the woman slices the meat and bread, sets it aside, and then goes on lunch break. The guy making the sandwiches is head down only paying attention to online orders. I'M STANDING RIGHT HERE. He takes my sandwich and makes it according to some stray receipt from an old order ignoring my pleas. He then asks which one is mine. I tell him its the one he just wrapped and never asked me what I wanted on it. He then gets in a discussion with his coworker on the right figuring out what went wrong. I've seen this in fast food before. I'm going to wait another 2 minutes while they have their talk, I'm not going to get an apology, and I'm going to end up with a sandwich re-assembled from the other one. Though the sandwiches are good, even overpriced, we have been buying them as a treat about three full sandwiches per week. When ordering online there is the pressure to tip, which I have, but today was the topper. I brought in a card coupon for a small bag of chips and a drink. I can't carry drinks on my bike, so I just grabbed a small chips and made ready to exit, only to have the bouncer confront me for the chips. Last week I was craving a good sub. My manager from work bought us these sandwiches during the snow days we had and they were amazing! I liked it so much I had to see for myself how these sandwiches are prepared. After work I decided to stop by. The menu was all new to me that I needed assistance. That wasn't offered so, I had to look at everything and read. I decided on a regular super sub. The first step was done by a guy . I asked to try the rosemary bread and he proceeded to line up the meats. After it was warmed in the oven, I was asked by a girl what I wanted with it. I opted for the lettuce, tomatoes, olives, jalapeños and oil with vinegar. The regular size is about half of a foot long and cost me about 15 bucks. Pricey these days are up there but I still enjoyed the sandwich. I was given a card for point system because they want me to come back. I just might. Cleanliness is visible but then again, I walked in and out. Staff is pleasant but didn't care to explain or offered any recommendations. I think it's a nice gesture to do so but... My amazing 12-year old son got two free coupons for sandwiches from his vice principal for doing great in school. We went to order and pick up. My son went in first because we had our puppy in the car. He told me the employees were super nice. It was my turn and I ordered sandwiches for my hubby & I. One free, one I paid. And I got to experience what my son had said, the employees were beyond nice, welcoming and helpful. This is my first time at this location and I'll continue to come. GREAT service and GREAT food. Two were gf. one worker was very kind who took our order but the man who made our gf sandwiches was horrible. He yelled at my mother in law who has dementia and told her he couldn't hear her and made her write down what she wanted in her sandwich even though she kept saying "just MIKE'S way". when I did the same thing he rolled his eyes and said "let's try this again what do you want" and then when he grabbed onions and we didn't want onions he threw them and scowled at us. it was the worst customer service I have ever seen. he just kept yelling at us and rolling his eyes and then our orders were completely wrong. I go here almost every Friday after work(I get off at 4:30 pm) and the staff is amazing. Of course the food is awesome but I get talkin to the staff and they're really friendly while also being proficient in putting my sandwich together. Ok that was one of the most creepy and uncomfortable experiences ordering food. A chubby man with thick glasses greeted me politely. He seemed nice, little odd, but I assumed maybe disabled or challenged, I'm not sure but I took more than 3 seconds to order... he started eye stalking me. Staring is one thing but this creepy mother fucker was STARING like deep into my dark soul practically licking his lips like he was imagining what I tasted like in their meat slicer. He kept asking, "Can I recommend something for you" but in a creepy flirty voice while still staring at me. I finally picked what I wanted and while he was cutting my roast beef, he was still intensely staring at me, I'm like, seriously dude??, you better not get a damn finger in my sandwich! I could see him in the corner of my eye, then I'd look over and he would just smile like he was visualizing his next serial killer plan of attack. Closest to east coast style subs in town I do not like the amount of energy devoted to filling online orders and making walk-in customers stare at their shoes for 5-10 minutes while they wait. And dividing up the task of making a sub between 3 people is terrible logistics. I have to answer the same questions multiple times, and I even watch the staff repeating questions to each other when preparing online orders. How about ONE person makes ONE entire item at a time? I went in there 20 minutes ago, and they were awful. There was mayonnaise all over the cutting board and knives and staging areas. I ordered my sandwich without some of the ingredients I wanted, just because I could see Mayo all over it. I asked them not to cut it even because they weren't cleaning anything in between sandwiches. After making my sandwich, the employee used her glove to smear a bunch of Mayo off the counter, and then reached for my sandwich. I told her to stop, which she did, only after grabbing it. I told her politely that I didn't want Mayo on my sandwich and that I saw her wipe her hands with it just now. She changed her gloves and went to grab it again. I told her that I hated Mayo, and said "please, I'm very sorry, but I can't eat it" She made a big rude sighing noise and then muttered "oh my god....." I walked out instead of yelling. I'm writing this review during a time of uncertainty. Seattle, the nation, and much of the world are currently practicing social isolation and trying to limit the spread of pandemic. As a result of this, many businesses have had to close their doors. Many of these businesses are pillars of our communities. They are places we visit because they offer goods and service we're looking for, yes, but we also continue to visit them either because we identify with their values, we make strong connections, or they simply make us feel good. Jersey Mike's does all of these things. I own Chroma Salon next door and started going to Jersey Mike's shortly after they opened. The owner is extremely friendly, and my entire team frequently gets lunch there. The service is great and food is awesome. Who knows when we're all going to reopen, and what that might look like, but right now, we're all turning to our computers to stay connected. I've been seeing several great ideas about what we can do to support our local businesses during this shutdown, one of which is to leave a great online review in order to help them get more customers when they reopen. So this evening, I've decided to turn off the news for a bit, and recognize Jersey Mike's and their team for their stellar work. If I could give less stars I would. I visited this location on Sunday April 23, and it was the worst customer service I've very experienced. I love jersey mikes and am grateful for their gf options. I ordered 4 sandwiches 2 were gf. One employee took our order and he was amazing. Another employee called us up for the options on our gf sandwiches. He was super rude. He yelled at my mother in law who has dementia and told her he couldn't hear her and made her write down her order. All she was asking for was Mikes way with no onions. He then proceeded to grab onions and when I said she didn't ask for onions he threw them hard at the counter. I ordered mine MIKE'S way and he said "let's try this again, what do you want on it". Then proceeded to get the order completely wrong and roll his eyes and yell if I corrected him. We couldn't believe this was even happening. The other employee was embarrassed and apologized but the rude employees threw our sandwiches at us and stomped out. I didn't get his name but I am considering calling corporate. Staff was super friendly and patient with me deciding what I wanted, the lady recommended the club sub and it was delicious..
