I don't know why I keep coming back to McDonald's anymore. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food and service you get. They also charge you for every little thing now like sauce or milk (instead of juice). This time I ordered breakfast. They gave me multiple bags of food. I asked if it was what i ordered. They said yes. Spoiler: It was not... The entire order was incorrect. I came back and they gave me the correct food but its just terrible they cant get a simple order correct. It wasnt even busy. Please refrain from eating at this sorry establishment. The fat man at management needs to go sorry, you truly should not be serving food anywhere and I hope we never experience this again in any McDonald's. They also spit at the one from Calexico, avoid that one too please. How hard is it to get good tasting food at a McDonald's? Apparently pretty hard. Ordered their Big Mac combo cooked to order through the drive thru. Paid, moved to the next window and was told to move to a parking spot because the fries weren't ready. 15 minutes go by, no food yet. They finally showed up. What I ended up with was a room temp Big Mac and undercooked fries. The more I eat at a McDonalds the more I never want to eat here again. This last visit has sealed it for me. No longer going to spend $17 for crap meal. read more

Went through the drive thru to save time, and they had me sit in the parking lot for 15 min before I had to go inside.

Stopped for coffee other snacks and bathroom. One of two stalls in women's bathroom locked. In the other stall a woman had at least one small child and was using the space for a dressing room and nursery. After several minutes I asked if she would be finished soon. No was the response. This is an update on a 1 star review I did for breakfast about a month ago. Can't believe it but I'm updating my bad review already. We are driving again to Las Vegas to visit family for the holidays. We stopped again at the same McDonald's because it is right off the freeway. I'm not sure if they read the reviews but it got a whole lot better. We ordered the same thing as last time and it was actually quite good! We had a large party drive through right in front of us (an SUV with 8 seats filled) so we had to wait for a couple minutes to get our meal. Our meals came out fairly fast considering-even before the large SUV before us-though they may have added more since a group hopped out and went inside. We always ask them to brown our buns a bit more and they did it perfectly. It gives flavor to the English muffin. The sausage was good too and not dried out like last time. The Egg McMuffin was good too. I did a review from the receipt and the Egg McMuffin was free. We tried a hash brown and it was not greasy. I'm not generally a fan of fast food but this was quite good. I'm always happy when a restaurant fixes problems and serves good food-because that's why we all go there. So, props to you McDonald's for fixing whatever wasn't working. I would recommend them now for breakfast (the only food we tried) and would go back. read more

Tuesday, August 30, and it was 117 in the shade at three in the afternoon. My friend and I had just ridden through the heat on motorcycles in full protective gear. We stopped here to cool off and drink something. I guess I was in pretty bad shape--heat stress--because as soon as we sat down, a worker came to me with a small bag of ice. Then he brought me another bag of ice. And then a small wet cloth towel. He never said a word. I did not lose consciousness, and I finally stopped gasping for air. I have no doubt he saved me that afternoon, and I'll be forever grateful to him. His name is Ricardo. Thank you, Ricardo. (Meanwhile, my riding buddy was oblivious to what was happening to me. He was checking his email.) The drinks were fine, as always at McDonald's. The tables were clean, and the women's restroom was also clean and well stocked. May God bless you, Ricardo. read more

We were on our way back to San Diego from Arizona and stopped off the freeway here. Hungry but not starving. Checked out the affordable menu - $1, $2, $3 menu on the kiosk. WHY were fries on that menu at $4.39? Went to the counter and asked if there were cheaper fries. Server told me he didn't know why the fries were on the cheap menu and that there were no cheaper fries for sale! Can you believe it!? $4.39 fries only! What if I had three children? That's practically $15 for potatoes! I wrote McDonald's and complained and they said it's up to the franchise owner to set prices. So there you have it - it's their fault. Fries are the only item that we could enjoy. For $20 for a filet o fish combo and a double cheeseburger with small fries , just go to In N Out Burger. At least you'll get the ketchup if you ask for it. We got nothing. Burgers were dry as heck (probably sitting in the warmer before we got there). Asked for ketchup and nothing was added to our order, burgers were gross but the fries were edible. Again, just go somewhere else and spend your money on food you'll actually enjoy. As for this McDonalds- holy cow- this was like the nicest McDonalds I have ever been in, which you wouldn't expect from the 50 foot tall highway visible sign in the parking lot.
