Stopped on the way from CA to AZ - Got 2 for $5 Big Mac and Medium fry. We decided to drive thru and eat in parking lot. Friendly employees, picture perfect Big Macs, & fresh French fries. This place must be running a scam or the employees are to lazy to work! I drive back from San Diego every Friday morning to work out here in the valley , this is the 3 rd time they only except cash, no credit cards. This happens every time at 5:40 am. I always believed its food choices, as shown in the Iowa School teacher's experiment who ate at mc dolands for 30 days, http://www.cnn.com/videos/health/2014/01/04/dnt-teacher-eats-only-mcdonalds-for-90-days.kcci But I need Low Carb glueten free foods. I dont always want the salad, so I order 2 egg whites, sometimes bacon and coffee for my morning treat. If the chicken was not processed i would get that for lunch but i hate processed chicken. I think that MC Donalds should also offer a lettuce wrap like Carls jr does. As far as this mcd's in el centro, When im in town i end up at the drive througth usually between 3:30 and 4 am and the service is quick, the shift supervisor is GREAT, friendly curious and looks like a hard worker, if I could have gotten his name i would give him a good review on the MCd's website. The food was horrendous! I ordered the large chicken mcbites and they were so small, I've ordered these before in plenty of places and they have never been that small. The only thing I liked was the manager (the one with gauges and tatts), hit me up with a message if you read this. =) read more

Eat somewhere else! After we ate my husband visited the restroom. He came out and said that I would be thrilled to know that at least one of their employees did not wash their hands after they finished! Ugh! Really?? Who'd doesn't wash their hands after that? Especially when they handle food! There are signs in every restaurant bathroom. Ok I get it's Mc Donald's but that is NOT ok anywhere. I drive through El Centro about once a month. Everything was filthy! The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. The counters were dirty and had food stuck to them and the soda fountain looked grimy. I have never seen a McDonalds look like this. I took my food to go and the more I thought about the filthy conditions the less hungry I became. I tried using a Livingsocial promotion here which they would not honor. Last time I checked McDonald's managers don't decide what promotion they feel like doing off the top of their head and which ones not to honor. The regular employees seem to be nice but unfortunately the managers are poorly trained which reflects on this store. read more

McDonalds, the name we all know. This one caught my eye because it had some sort of retro look to it, so I said why not and stopped here on April 2 on a morning road trip from Phoenix to San Diego. Very nice and clean inside, probably the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been too.. NO LIE... so I ordered a hash brown and an Egg McMuffin while someone in my party used the restroom. The employee was prompt by bringing it out in less than 2 minutes, so I jumped in the car and drove off. As I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed that the Egg McMuffin was extremely cold. Not happy but I was already on my way. Not sure but 5 minutes later my stomach started feel uneasy, I pretty much wanted to go take a "juicy deucey" so we pulled over at the first chance we got which was the Golden Acorn casino so I could relieve myself. Not sure what happened, but I'm pretty sure I blame the Egg McMuffin for giving me the temporary squirts and I can say I won't be stopping here ever again. read more

I asked for extra cheese on my filet o fish and didn't get it, asked for lettuce and tomatoe on the quarter pounder with cheese and didn't get that either. They ran out of water bottles and dont carry lemonade so the girl offered a cup of water with ice but said I would still be charged for a drink, so I got a smoothie. Lastly, I asked for chocolate chip cookies and got oatmeal.. nothing was right. read more

Fries are always cold and they can NEVER give you your order at the pick up window at the drive through. Every single time I go there they make me wait in a parking spot for my order. And don't get me started about the inside. Their trash is always full and spilling out over the top. They just got the place looking new and they can't even keep it clean. read more

This is the winnest fast food burger place in El Centro. It has a retro kitsch 50's theme going. No playground, so no kids - very nice. Still its McDonalds so you either love it or hate it. read more

The drive thru lines are always ridiculously long. It's supposed to be "fast food" and you will literally be there for 40 min making line. They need to get new staff or something because they weren't like that before... & also they always run out of ice cream. ALWAYS. read more

LISTEN EVERYONE NEVER GO TO THIS MC DONALDS!!!! I'm very disappointed, we stopped by to get a breakfast and oh boy we should've gone jack in the box across the street. When we got there we ordered our food as normal and then went to pick out our table. We noticed the table was dirty so we told the worker if she could clean it. She did a terrible job, she was spilling the crumbs of the food all over us. Then to make matters worse she asked ME the CUSTOMER to CLEAN the rest of the table because she couldn't "REACH". I'm highly and when I say highly I mean HIGHLY DISSATISFIED. When you thought it couldn't get any worse they didn't have any ketchup holders for our ketchup!!! Instead we had to use LIDS that are meant for cups for our ketchup. Also, the workers are completely rude. This place needs to get their act together, if I get one more worker rolling their eyes at me I will have this place SHUTDOWN!!! read more
