For the summer McDonald's is rolling out several new meal additions in El Paso. I like some of their trendy beverages and some value meals. Thise includes some Specialty McCafé Drinks: - A new line of summer drinks . This includes Refreshers with Watermelon, Mango Pineapple, and and Passion Fruit. My favorite the FIFA World Cup Happy Meals: The world US soccer celebration has hit Happy Meals include plushies wearing official FIFA jerseys for host countries like Mexico, France, Belgium, England and Argentina. McValue 2.0: McDonald's is offering its value offerings, adding more items to the under $3 menu to help keep summer eating budget-friendly. They also added Crispy Chicken Strips. So it appears that McDonald got the message and is making an effort to curb inflation and offer more affordable meals! The ambiance of their new design is a little bot sterile as the company is trying to move away from counter services. Not so cool! read more

I honestly wish I could rate lower. I sat for almost an hour and a half waiting on my food while I watched MULTIPLE cars be served no problem. not only that, but I proceeded to watch more than 10 cars leave the line after ordering. Not to mention hearing the staff inside laughing and observ them horse around?? No wonder my food wasn't handed out to me in a timely manner. literally RIDICULOUS. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

They don't clean or stock the bathrooms, so I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. Bathrooms have pee on the floor. Toilets are nasty. The sink always has boogers and loogies in it. No paper towels. And when they have paper towels, the machine gives u a tiny piece of paper lol. Ya'll gotta step it up and start cleaning those bathroom every 30 min because they're tragic. read more

On this particular day, I was just wanting a McDonalds burger. Drive through is always a plus. The menu board was easy to read and the food came out quickly. It was tasty and just as I anticipated. I did like the plastic bag that contains your napkins and straw- but there was no ketchup and they did not ask me if I wanted any either. I don't usually eat fast food, so I don't know if condiments are going to be doled out on a you need to ask for it basis. The operation was smooth and I am glad for businesses in El Paso. read more

Worst experience yet this evening (June 2, 2023). Left me in carside service from 909 pm until 924 pm, I decided to walk-in and speak with a manager. I used the app and put in a mobile order. Manager said nothing to apologize but filled the order. They put spicy chicken nuggets in Happy meal! For a toddler. Dont use the app, the priority service is in the drive thru. Not gonna fall for that lousy excuse for service flow management again. 14 cars in drive thru got their order before I got out of the car and had to walk from curbside to the counter. The app told me to "Enjoy my order" which tells me either they gave my order to someone else or they deleted the order. Disappointing experience and shows a disregard for customer service, poor management and lack of leadership to get the job done. The kitchen was even packed with what appeared to be a full staff, that's the worst predicament. No one is tracking curbside order completions. read more

I had tried to get an order from doordash and they said they did have the order at first but when I came to the window they said they did not have it. Normally I wouldn't even review a McDonald's because, well, it's McDonald's they're basically all the same... But, unfortunately, this McDonald's experience deserves a review. My son and I went through the drive thru and had to sit and wait for our food for quite some time. Which I was completely fine with because I thought, "hey, if we're waiting this long at least we know our food is going to be fresh" and I couldn't have been more wrong. I got the two cheeseburger meal - I ate one cheeseburger and it was okay, the other one and my large fry was inedible and went in the trash. What horrible customer service when even one of the managers doesn't know their specials. Went in for a quick bite with my family. I ordered for myself the $3 bundle of 6 nuggets and small fries, husband and kids got meal combos (ordered with a cashier not stupid kiosks) Well when our order came, we were missing my small fries and my daughter went and manager and she told her they only charged us nuggets because there wasn't a bundle deal. I was like ok, but I know I saw it on the board. Well the fam wanted dessert so I went to get them apple pies. We waited a while and at that point I talked to manager to tell her the $3 bundle was what I had ordered and she should know her specials better. So I take the tray with the apple pies, which should have been 3 and only have 2 on the tray. While I was talking to manager, another employee comes and gets one of my pies to give it to the drive thru. They said I had to wait another 7 minutes for the pie. I told them to just give me my money back. Don't know what kind of Mickey Mouse operation they are running. My expectations aren't set high for McDonald's, but this was a pretty bad experience. read more
