Just horrible service. 5 kids in the washrooms and they are lost in space when it comes to ordering.

Used to be my favourite fast food burger... but I won't be back…read more Tried to mention all this to the manager but he didn't care. Kitchen staff are great. Food quality is still there. But front-house staff are intolerable. There's an old woman who cleans the dining room. Bless her heart she's trying... but I don't want to have a full conversation in the middle of my meal and I feel guilty hinting that she should leave me alone. One new guy at the counter is incredibly rude and gruff. Might be an ESL issue but still. Another kid is helpless- just stared at me blankly until I asked "are you ready to take my order?" Then he stared at me again after packaging a takeout bag (I wanted to eat in) and I had to ask "is that food for me?" Worst: a young girl ignored my burger in the 'pass' for 2 full minutes while she scraped container after container of sour cream onto her baked potato staff meal. Someone from the kitchen even stuck their head out to remind her that my burger was done. I asked "is that my burger, and is that your lunch?" To which she replied yes to both (as if obvious). I let her know it's not okay to ignore guests' food... but I doubt she cared. If you want bad service and cold food, this is your spot. These are multiple experiences and not a one-off. Wendy's website feedback page doesn't work, so there's no point trying to tell them directly.

Waking up as a passenger on a car ride provides many mysteries and possibilities. We pulled over…read morefor gas which was when I was woken up as we were searching for a place to eat. In the distance we see a place called Harvey's. One of our fellow passengers say it's good food and that it's a burger chain. I'm not from the area so I was unfamiliar. I vote to go and try it and I'm glad I did. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and a salted caramel shake. It was essentially a breaded chicken submerged in buffalo sauce. This surprised me as many other chains just lather on buffalo sauce on top or internet videos have you put Chik fil a chicken in the sandwich bag, add sauce and manually shake it yourself. This was much better at Harvey's. Also the chicken was the right amount of soft with a slight crisp that I prefer. They also ask you what type of toppings you want on your burger which was unusual for a burger shop. Places like subway or chipotle do the toppings on front of you but, first time I've seen them stack a burger which was a nice experience that probably isn't a thought for others. I also really liked that they add pickle slices from the long way of a pickle instead of the smaller short circles in used to. After that, satisfying sandwich, I washed it down with a salted caramel shake. I can't say as much as it was a milk shake with salted caramel flavoring but it was smooth like milk and not thick like ice cream Service was quick, workers just took my order and were patient. I don't know if this is how all Harvey's operate but I really enjoyed what I had and I can recommend trying it if someone sees one in the area

The girl working was super nice and suggested she can make a pogo in a bun. I declined went to subway (same place) the customer service was atrocious at the subway but that's besides the point. Came back asked for the pogo in a bun and let me tell you it was actually pretty good. I genuinely appreciate the effort and creativity. Generous amount of onions in the bun huge plus, it's like she knew me ))) . Customer service 10/10. I'll be back for the proper hot dog next time.. or two! :)

It's an excellent place to stop. It's so good I even saw employees from the adjacent Subway get their lunch there. The classics are solid. The cheese dog is worthy of the name, and the poutine will make Canada proud. They are very generous with the gravy, making this a tasty proposition. The signature dishes are the Rise to Fries dog and rose to fries poutine, both featuring their "secret sauce" and pickles. Both are great and preferred over the plain classics. The sauce has a nice herby flavor that works well with the sour taste of the pickles. It's really worth a try. Finally, the lady at the counter was warm, friendly, and energetic, like she actually wanted to work there, a rare phenomenon in this industry.
