One new guy at the counter is incredibly rude and gruff. Might be an ESL issue but still. Another kid is helpless- just stared at me blankly until I asked "are you ready to take my order?" Then he stared at me again after packaging a takeout bag (I wanted to eat in) and I had to ask "is that food for me?" Worst: a young girl ignored my burger in the 'pass' for 2 full minutes while she scraped container after container of sour cream onto her baked potato staff meal. Someone from the kitchen even stuck their head out to remind her that my burger was done. I asked "is that my burger, and is that your lunch?" To which she replied yes to both (as if obvious). I let her know it's not okay to ignore guests' food... but I doubt she cared. If you want bad service and cold food, this is your spot. These are multiple experiences and not a one-off.
