I was in the area running an errand and I decided to grab some McDonald's for lunch. I was hoping for the McRib but they were unfortunately sold out, so I instead decided to go with the Spicy Deluxe Bacon McCrispy ("our southern-style fried chicken patty on a soft potato bun, topped with shredded lettuce, hickory-smoked bacon, tomato and our spicy Habanero sauce"). I ordered using one of their kiosks and the food was ready within five minutes. I took it out to the car and began eating. It's a decent sandwich. The chicken was pretty crispy, yes, but it was also kind of dry. The plentiful sauce helped in that regard, although it was hardly spicy at all. (Did I get the wrong sauce?) The amount of bacon was so minuscule that they might as well not have included any, but it did give the whole thing a decent crunch. The potato bun seemed fresh. I also grab a few containers of the special Savoury Chili WcDonald's Sauce, which turned out to be a spicy Szechuan sauce. It's probably a little too sweet but I quite enjoyed it and it was perfect for dipping my sandwich into. read more

Every saturdy I have been coming here for curbside pickup for breakfast for my family and each week it has been great! I have had no issues with the order or quality of the food! Perhaps some of the older reviews were based on past management? I'm not really sure but I can say I've had an excellent experience! There's always a huge line at the drive thru, but they are generally very fast... here's a tip though skip the line and order using the app for curbside pickup it's much faster! 4/5 stars bc they always have the same toys in the happy meal read more

I've only been to this McD's once, and that was enough for me. Driving up, the first thing I noticed is that the building it is in is massive. It is a huge concrete unit that extends from the restaurant way back. But when you get inside, the restaurant is fairly small, and without any add-ons like a kiddie play room. What is in the rest of the building? Who knows. Could be a meth lab as this is Etobicoke. Creepy. We went for the McD's coffee that one time, and had to wait an inordinately long time for it and not sure why. Recently a friend found his Big Mac had a brown slime coating on the bottom that looked like mold, and smelled really rank. He took it back and complained to Toronto Public Health as well. A few things I just had to mention about this McDonald's: While the line and wait time for food to be ordered/served took an extremely long amount of time, I witnessed the actions of whom I believe was a manager of this McDonald's Location. His name I believe was Jordan (if I didn't get that name right I sincerely apologize as I only got a quick glance at his name tag). I saw as he tried to speed up the ordering process, offering to help input customer orders into the kiosks himself, offering balloons to all the kids in the restaurant, and made rounds asking everyone how their meal was going. While operations themselves definitely require some work here, especially noting the super long drive-in line as well, I must admit I have never seen such a high level of enthusiasm or guest services at any other McDonald's location - to be quite honest, some higher end restaurants are not even on par! I hope he is recognized for the great amount of effort he puts into his job. Just to mention something about the food, despite the wait time everything did come out nice and hot so that was at least another one of the positives. read more

I live right by this McDonald's and use it often because it is the only one near me. After going almost every day for over the last few years, I can count on 1 hand the number of times they have got an order RIGHT. Each and every order is consistently wrong. They do not listen at the drive-thru, I often have to repeat my order several times, only to have it be wrong at the pick-up window. They tell me all the time about how busy they are and how they have to multi-task when I am trying to order and then miss or mess up my order. On Sunday mornings we order breakfast through Uber Eats, and every single Sunday the order is wrong, we have to re-order through Uber Eats and then have to sit on the phone with them to get a refund (today it took 13 minutes). It baffles me - we ordered 4 meals today - and three of them were wrong, including missing an entire sandwich - one of the main parts of the order. It is beyond frustrating and I cannot understand how a large chain has allowed this level of dysfunction. If you can help it DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the frustration. read more

Each and every time I go to this particular location, it is never a good experience. My number one complaint is the waiting time. Even if I am just ordering a coffee, I am waiting a long period of time. I always see young people working behind the counter and it doesn't seem to be very organized. I also see that friends of the employees tend to hang out by the order counter and it looks like the employees are giving away free food, while a paying customer has to wait. The order counter is always dirty and the McFlurry machine is ALWAYS BROKEN. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS! I would NOT recommend going to this location. I really really really dislike this McDonald's. 70 percent of the time my order is wrong. Today they tried to serve my child expired yogurt! It is disgusting ~ expired dairy products can make you really really sick! So much for family friendly. A previous time they tried no less than 3 times to make pancakes each time they came out stone cold. They also forgot the apples. The burgers are not assembled with care. Like why? Why is the ketchup on the outside of the hamburger?!? This is seriously ridiculous. The bathrooms are also gross. The soap pump doesn't work well and there's no water pressure! Don't go here. For an organization that prides itself on giving you an equal experience at every location this is a serious serious fail. read more

I don't know why I continue to subject myself to McD's. Service has slowed to a crawl, and they can't seem to be able to master the timing to serve BOTH the fries and burger hot. And @ almost $10 for a Big Mac combo, there's no real value here. This location has been updated to the McCafe interior, is generally clean and has a play place if you have kids. For some reason I feel that the clientele here has a higher percentage of 'the crazies' than most, so you can also look forward to a random stranger starting a conversation with you about their day! On the plus side you don't actually have to participate, they will talk at you till you fake an illness or walk away. I remember why I like it here, it tastes like the past when I could afford to stuff as many calories as I wanted in my pie hole! But as the speed slows, I come back less and less. read more

Honestly don't know what I should expect from McDonald's but I think it should be better than this. No ketchup in the spouts, and when I asked they gave me ketchup packets but I sat there and no one changed them. Employees are kept longer than they are supposed too, as one asked the manager if she could go home and the manager, whom was just leaning against the wall, looked up from her phone, looked at the clock on the wall, then looked back down and said nothing. But what got me was the bathrooms. Everytime I come here the bathrooms are gross and unhygienic. There was a used adult diaper in one of the stalls and fecal matter all over the toilets and floors. This by far is my favorite McDonald's, not that I'm the biggest fan of fast food in general but when you need food fast what can you do?! This location is truly 24hrs and unlike many other locations this one will serve icecream and treats all night when most locations choose to clean the machines early and opt to not offer it... This is a little peeve of mine, hate that! I thought it was just a policy of McDonald's like the change at breakfast however this place is always on point. They even offer breakfast a touch early I think.... I'm used to places waiting till 5am when at this location they were serving breakfast a little after 4am. Although they tend to get super busy they always seem to get my order right and they do it in a courteous, prompt manner. I've never bothered to sit in as when I'm in the fast food mood I just grab it and go but from peering in from the takeout window it appears to be clean and well organized. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALDS. I used to order here all the time, but whenever I use my skip the dishes app or Uber eats something is always messed up. They forgot MULTIPLE times to put the burger in the bag, I don't know why I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but Im no longer ordering from there ever again when I decided to take a bite from the Big Mac, it tasted like the meat or something was rotten, the fries were freezing cold and they forgot another Big Mac that I ordered and this wasn't the only time they've done this, 3 days ago I ordered a McDouble meal and they didn't put the McDouble in the bag. Was here back in October with my coworkers and boss. At first the service was a little show, but the manager selected us to try McDonald's new approach to serving meals with the stainless steel basket for the fries and a nice tray. The burgers were even presented in an appealing manner, I thought I was in another restaurant. I can't remember the managers name but she was very polite, upbeat and comical. It's close in location for me and the service is faster than other McDonald's but you never get the correct order. My boyfriend ordered two burgers and only got one, you never get straws for your drinks and they never give you sauces for your nuggets. read more

This McDonalds served me the worst McDonalds I've ever had in my life. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was old the Egg McMuffin was hard and it was disgusting ....egg was dark..the hash brown was so fried that the center of it was hard and it felt like I was eating a chip and the coffee tasted like chemicals ....I order a coffee black all of the time so it wasn't anything that had to do with the milk or anything I added to it. This is hands down the worst McDonald's on planet earth in terms of service. We live nearby and I'd say our order is wrong about 80% of the time. That's not an exaggeration - in 10 orders they get it right twice. Just now I ordered 4 happy meals (all identical) for our kids and after driving away we realized their were only 3 in the bag. Receipt says 4, bag has 3. This happens over and over and over with this location. 100% of the time, the drive thru line is diverted to the waiting spots beside the building where someone saunters out to bring you food 10 or 15 minutes later. I don't know if the location is franchised or owned by McDonald's corporate but someone needs to fix this place to be in line with McDonald's global standards. By the time you leave the drive thru with an incorrect order there's no sense in going back in person to wait in line and fight with the manager who usually tries to contest the receipt until you show her clearly that it was their error. We've burned a hundred dollars in missing food over the last few years. It's just absurd that they don't have some kind of protocol in place to guarantee the order is always right - in any other industry and probably any other McDonald's, they'd have a whiteboard counter with incorrect orders and if the count was over 1% on any calendar day, someone would be in trouble. This location looks nice, is very clean and often very busy but I have never had a good experience here. They always forget something from my order and items are sloppily put together. Whenever there is a hot drink promo they are always "cleaning the machines". Once I went in and I think their fryer was busted as I received the coldest, greasiest fries I have ever had from ANY fast food restaurant. They replaced them with another container that was exactly the same. The last time I went in they admitted the toaster was broken so the buns were steamed instead, it was not a good substitution. read more
