I would give this location negative stars if I could. We placed our orders around 3:46pm. Mine came out pretty quickly. My mom's order took longer. After I realized that MULTIPLE people came in after us, ordered, got their food, and even finished the food and she didn't receive hers, I went up to the counter to ask about it. The first girl I spoke with was kind but looked lost and confused. All she kept saying was "we're waiting on the nuggets", which made no sense. It had been 30mins since she ordered. So I asked why is it taking so long and again I got "we're waiting on the nuggets". At this point my food is cold and nasty because we had been waiting on hers. Mind you, inside wasn't packed at all. My mom then went up to the counter and the kid she spoke with was a complete D BAG. He had an attitude and just kept running his mouth then walked away while she was still politely talking to him to help another customer. STILL RUNNING HIS MOUTH while he's ringing up another customer, talking about "it's not my job to prioritize your order". It is when literally everyone else got their order AFTER my mom placed hers. My mom asked for a refund, so he walked in the back and yelled "some lady wants a refund". The manager did give a refund but he also looks lost and confused. Also, if you're the manager you should probably look professional and presentable. Not like you haven't showered in a week and just rolled out of bed. Just saying. They need to train their employees on better customer service and how to "prioritize" orders and not get sassy when a customer is wondering why their order is taking 30 minutes and not even made correctly. read more

I come here in between shifts. They can't make the simplest sandwiches. I just don't get it.

I would give this establishment negative stars if I could. After receiving my receipt I noticed my order was wrong after trying to explain to the cashier she rudely closed the window on me, MID SENTENCE! Once I got to the window to receive my food I mentioned my order was wrong and they called the manager over. When I say this lady was about unprofessional as it gets I couldn't elaborate any more. I was met with nothing other than rudeness she raised her voice at me, gave me no chance to speak. I eventually just drove off after spending my money and received nothing. This McDonalds I went to in new years. It took 25 minutes to get mycnuggets. This is ridiculous and I could've died and acsended to heaven by the time I received my food. Nobody was being kind to my party and they were short with us. Do better McDonalds on university up north. This is a shame to this chain of restaurants. Not happy read more

As far as McDonalds locations go, I've gone here an hour before close and right after open, as well as during their busy hours. No matter when I'm there, the DT line moves quickly, and the food is faster than I expect. Also haven't had anything missed yet. I saw a number of bad reviews and I really think there are much worse places to eat here, so I had to bump the numbers a bit. Thanks staff and cooks, you're great in my book. read more

A large McDonalds just north of the NDSU campus, by the airport, and near the local Fargo North High school, this has a large playroom. Standard McDonalds food, the service was okay, and it was a little strange pouring my own Sweet Tea, but nice that I could do it (too used to all the drinks behind the counter in big cities, I suppose). read more

We are visiting and I decided to take my kids through the drive thru. Cold, salty burgers and the cashier looked grossly unprofessional with her multi-colored hair and zombie looking white contact lenses. McDonalds has a play place, which means it's intended to include children and families. Allowing employees to come to work looking like that is unacceptable. It scared my kids terribly and they don't ever want to go back. My family in the area, who used to frequent this McDonalds often, will no longer go to this location after our experience there today. I am absolutely disgusted by this establishment. I understand this is not fine dining but after my experience today, I'm debating contacting the health department. My 4 year old son was rewarded for good behavior and he chose to go to McDonald's to get a happy meal and play place. When we walked in it SMELLED so bad. I looked over and the garbage can was OVERFLOWING. I'm hoping that's what the smell was. Sticky stuff all over the floor, trash in the floor, Etc. This establishment needs a CLEANING CREW. We walked up to counter and employees were gossiping and I had to grab their attention. Customer service after the fact was decent but why are there people standing around when there is trash on the floor and your trash can is overflowing? I don't understand why or how the tray holding my food was served to my son with old dried ketchup all over it. I will never come back to this location and I want to throw up and how disgusting this place is. read more

The playground has been removed, only one cashier stand now, the remodeling feels awful, lack of refills unless you wait, no napkins or supplies as you need. Over half of the tables had a mess on too. Guess it's drive through only for us from now on. read more

This draft was saved from 7/11/2020 as I decided maybe I would give them another chance so here's a little background first, on 7/11/2020 I went through the McDonalds drive thru because I was craving chicken nuggets.... don't ask me why but I was and a hot apple pie. The gal at the first window where you pay said I'm sorry but the apple pie will take about 10 minutes yet and I said okay I would wait and asked if I could get all my food at the same time and she said sure. 2 minutes later when I got to the food pick up window another employee in a dress shirt, maybe he was a supervisor or a manager asked me if I wanted an expired pie.... I said no thank you I would like a fresh one please and he gave me my chicken nuggets...15 minutes later I finally got my pie... So today 7/19/2020 decided to give them a second chance and came ordered a drink and an apple pie... it's 1:26pm and there was only 1 car in front of me when I ordered and surprise surprise again they have no apple pies ready.... Drive through screws up the orders a lot. Often the food is poor quality from sitting under warmer too long.
