Grabbed the soda cup, went to fill it but machine was out of Dr Pepper. So asked the kid if there was Dr Pepper in back- again way back wherever trying not to help- super bothered, took the cup filled it half way, bugged after seeing it wasn't full, filled it a bit more, but only 3/4's of the way and gave it to me that way!!! McDonald's may not be a name associated with any semblance of quality customer service, but you will find the worst service of all at this location. I was robbed and refused service. I placed an order on the McDonald's app, and when I went to pick it up I was told, "We did not receive your order. You must cancel." Despite showing the receipt to the employee, and confirming that it was both placed at the correct location and that the charge had correctly gone through, I was told to cancel the order and leave. I was not even given an opportunity to place the order again in-person. Attempting to cancel the order on the app gave the message, "Your order is currently in progress, and cannot be cancelled." When I showed this to the employee he shrugged it off and walked away. The app does not offer any sort of support for situations like this, so I emailed corporate to attempt to get my money back for my unfulfilled order. The response stated that only the location that the order was placed at could offer a refund. I then attempted to call this location multiple times, and never received an answer. I've left voicemails asking for a call back multiple times and never received one. Finally, corporate was able to forward my original email to the customer service manager at this location, and the response I received was as follows: "Our mission is to make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone. My team works hard to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to guarantee that each visit you make is a pleasant one. However, by the sounds of your recent experience, it appears as though we did not deliver on this promise to you, and I have shared your experience with my restaurant team and the Area Supervisor. Please be assured that your complaint serves as a valuable reminder that our customers are our priority." Nothing about a refund. Nothing about next steps. No response when I emailed back asking for my money back. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, but this process will take weeks, and is not guaranteed to have a positive outcome. Avoid dealing this huge headache by simply going to a different location. Or better yet, eating somewhere besides McDonald's. read more

What can I say about breakfast at McDonald's!!! They have some of the best breakfast in the world, and I'm saying that because you can't go wrong with their food. They are fast and they are very efficient on their service. This place is always great for the blue collar workers. It is always so casual in the inside, with a play ground for your kids plenty of seating. I always enjoy coming here cause it is always the same here in the Utah as it is in Japan. The only thing I wished they did and always kept on the menu year round is the McRib and I wished they also had the steak and egg bagel. Those are always the best. But come and enjoy an American icon for breakfast l, lunch or dinner plus a late night if that's your thing. read more

I do not recommend this location. I did a mobile order for only drinks/med fry and had to wait 10 mins in the drive through. My husband initially went inside to pick up the order but no one greeted him or spoke English to help. This world has turned digital with no personal touches. This is a truly disgusting restaurant even for McDonalds standards. The restaurant was FILTHY, with garbage all over, chairs tipped over, dirty sticky floors and tables (not a single clean table- we had to clean our own with baby wipes). The ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup. The food came out quickly and tasted fine- no complaints there. I took my daughter to the restroom and while in there an employee came in, did her business and left without washing her hands. Yes, I know this is the worst McD on the planet but I couldn't sleep and needed carbs. My order was simple. Med fries, no salt, well done. That's where the crap show started. While I stared at all the garbage in the drive through I thought I can't believe I am a sucker again. Drive up host gave me my fries. Salted and limp. No ketchup, no napkins. When I brought the shortcomings to their attention they told me to "pull around." And I said no. I ordered fries, and they agreed to the order, took my money and put me on hold. Stopped here at 5 am on our road trip to California. The place was empty. The young man behind the counter was friendly and very accommodating to my coffee needs. This must be a new store because it was so nicely decorated with flatscreen TV's and led lighting that changed colors and hip wall decor. Our order was promptly taken. We got a sausage mc muffin, sausage mc griddle, has browns and coffee. The English muffin was a little hard, but everything else was fresh and tasty. I will have to say McDonald's has some really good brewed coffee. This location is just off the 15 north of Salt Lake City with easy in easy off. I was over the moon when they first built this location because it was in close proximity with my place of employment at the time. I had 15 minute breaks and I thought to myself "oh I can get myself some fries in that time!" Boy was I wrong. FORTY minutes later, I was out of the drive thru. FORTY. It's disturbing how slow they were, and their lack of customer service didn't make me too happy. I did give them a second chance a few months later thinking "Okay, SURELY they've improved their service." WRONG! I can't remember what in specific I ordered, but I was again trapped in their drive through I couldn't escape. I was so beyond frustrated that when I got to the window I told them never mind and continued to wait another 15 or so minutes until the car in front of me finally got their food and I was able to leave. Fast forward FOUR YEARS LATER. I pull into the drive thru after a long night with my son. I had taken him on a drive to help him fall asleep and decided I needed some late night food. One car was in front of me, no one behind me. I again ordered a large fry. When I pull up to the window, I show the cashier my coupon on the McDonald's app. She very audibly sighed and rolled her eyes at me. WHAT?! She scanned the coupon, took my payment, and when I pulled up to the second window to collect my food, she threw it at me out the window! The audacity! I was absolutely stunned. I was not rude to her in anyway. I understand bad nights happen, and sometimes you're just frustrated with work, but if you are working in customer service, you should not have that attitude. She was not wearing a badge that I saw so I did not get her name, but after that experience I am done. This location has been the topic of how horrible McDonald's locations can be.
