Well this place is nice and it is relaxing as you come in just like any other jersey mikes. The service was good as always greeted with a warm welcome, it is only getting 3 stars due to the food, it was a good sandwich. I did the Italian which was ok, it is that when you say Mikes way they over do it even when you say not to. I DO NOT LIKE SOGGY BREAD AT ALL!!! It is just gross. I don't get Mike, how he likes soggy bread. But hey it is what it is. Also it needs more sides to add to your sandwich. But to each their own. I will still eat here. Thank you. read more

We have always loved Jersey Mike's. But this location absolutely sucks. We didn't get the veggies that we asked for. The sandwich was cut into 4 pieces. It was incredibly dry and when we asked the crew of 4 why does it look like this and where are the onions, peppers & mushrooms? They just looked at us. When we said we want our $ back ... that's when they said they would remake it. We asked to speak to the manager. He was absolutely no help... he just made excuses. I asked for the owners name. He was the unsure of who it was. We've gone to many many Jersey Mikes. I would never recommend this one. Gave it a one only because you can't give it a zero. read more

This location is right down the road and I was craving a sandwich so dropped in at 8pm on a Wednesday night. It was surprisingly crowded/busy at that time but only had two staff working. They were working hard but couldn't keep up, and I waited almost 20 mins for my hot Philly cheesesteak but they never asked if I wanted anything else on the sandwich (normally add mayo and pickles). The sandwiches were good but I do wish a JJ was closer as this wasn't quite up to that level. read more

I love Jersey Mike's. Whenever I come to the one in Farmington they are SOooOooo slow. I ordered a sandwich online and I waiting 20 mins for it to be ready. Customers who came in after me stood in line and got their sandwiches faster. I usually go to the one in Layton because they are well staffed and trained. read more

Good sandwiches, but very poor service. I live in Farmington but drive to the location in Centerville because of the poor service I have received over and over at the Farmington location. I have ordered in the app multiple times only to arrive at the pickup time and wait 15 to 20 minutes or more for my order to be completed while they continue to wait on walk up customers and push in app order behind. I thought that was the point of pre-ordering in the app, so they have time to prepare your order and have it ready when you arrive at the time they specify. Centerville Jersey Mike's understands that and always has my order ready. If I arrive a little early they still get it ready as soon as possible and always before the pickup time. read more

Jersey mikes is always my spot so much better than other places, so my experience here was awesome, and as always the staff were amazing and very friendly. Got my sandwich and everything. The staff had a good conversation with me and told me how they were doing asking how i was doing and told me some cool tricks about there sandwiches. Overall great service, and will definitely come back and recommend this spot to friends. The inside was very clean, and well taken care of. Their Covid-19 rules were posted and they in forced them. Quick, friendly service. I tried a club sandwich and my wife got the Philly cheesesteak with the chipotle dressing. Both sandwiches taste good, and it was really nice to get them within a minute or two of paying for the order. This sandwich shop is different enough from Subway, Quiznos (is that even around?!), and other deli's to be a nice changeup if you still want something light and quick that isn't a total grease-bomb. I love Jersey Mikes. They have wonderful customer service and are always welcoming. I'm GF and they're careful about cross contamination-separate knife, separate cutting board, glove changes and fresh paper each time the sub is moved. Food was great, service was not. "Do you know what you want ma'am?" Is not a greeting. Also the person ringing me up stopped mid transaction to go clean something in the back... the employee next to her acted like they didn't know what was going on then finally finished ringing me up. I really don't think it's the teenage employees fault though... it seems like no one put much thought into training the younger employees. read more
