Idk why everyone is being such a whiney jerk in the reviews for this place. It's a fast food place with $5 meals that serves food to your fat butt from 6am to midnight... get over yourselves. We went through the drive through. The manager that took our order was clearly pissy the entire time. We had a large order so we asked him to read it back to us, he threw the receipt at us and slammed the window in our faces. THEY STILL DIDN'T GET US ALL OUR FOOD. Went there at 10:00 pm and there was only one guy working there at the moment. He told us that he was the only one there and reminded us to be patient. While we were looking at the menu he said, "here let me help you." He proceeded to sing the jeopardy song while we decided what to order. I ordered my food and he was super cool. When I asked for my lemonade he said, "would you like Minute Maid or would you like to go bougie and have pure lemonade." Literally made my day. We pulled up to the window and he brought all of our food out within seconds. Don't know how but he did. Wendy's is seriously underrated. Extremely disappointing experience. The service was painfully slow -- we stood there for nearly 10 minutes while employees looked right at us and still ignored us. Not one person acknowledged we were even there. Half the doors were locked, and the men's bathroom was completely inaccessible. It felt like they just didn't care about customers at all. I don't understand why this Wendy's has trained their drive-thru staff to only do one car at a time. If they have a car at the window they won't take your order until or even greet you and ask you to hold until the other car leaves. It is annoying and one of the reasons I rarely come here anymore. I have tried Wendy's a number of times over the last several years. Gotten sick once. On Saturday I stopped in to get 2 baked potato's. I mean what could go wrong with a baked potato. I would like you to know that we received the two worst baked potato's I have ever seen. the skin was tough but the interior of the potato was a mix of black and an off white. One of them was for my dog, and the other one was for me. Neither of us could eat them they were so bad. Thanks for reafirming my prior observations. My sandwich was made incorrectly two separate times. I had ordered a Dave's Double with no cheese. The first time it had cheese on it, the second time it had only lettuce. I received zero apology at any point. In fact the manager tried to argue with me that I had entered it incorrectly through the app, which is blatantly false. I order through the app quite frequently, know exactly what to input, and seldom have any issues. Moreover the kitchen staff seemed quite put out at being asked to remake the order twice as I observed them glaring at me and making exaggerated gestures to show them making my sandwich. Mind you that while my demeanor surely conveyed annoyance, at no point did I yell, swear, or make any threats - after the second mixup when they started arguing with me again, I let out a "come on guys!", which was the extent of my reaction, so I found their attitude to be highly unnecessary. I somewhat aggressively took the bag on the third attempt at my order, which prompted the manager to yell at me across the restaurant after I had walked away and was trying to eat. Again, completely unwarranted. I understand that mistakes happen. This could had been quickly resolved if they offered a quick apology or even said nothing and just fixed the order instead of arguing and blaming the customer. But they chose to escalate the situation multiple times. The entire staff who was working this shift needs significant retraining in customer service. People come here to have a quick meal and sit and relax for a minute. But the dining experiences of several individuals were disrupted by a staff who continued to escalate things and particularly by a manager who was shouting across the restaurant to dress down a customer. Frankly anyone who was dining at this location between approximately 1:30-1:45 this afternoon deserves to be compensated for their inconvenience. read more

Quite possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Not really with the food, it's standard cookie cutter stuff across the board. But this spot was the dirtiest, most unorganized and poor customer service I've ever seen. The soda station was a mess, the tables were all dirty and the floors were so bad we almost left. We asked for napkins because the station was out and they just handed us some, they never even restocked it. I asked for a towel to wipe down the table myself and I assume that Manager came out to clean it, but my GF already did. He walked right back to the kitchen and didn't even clean another table. There was so much soda on the floor I had to take my shoes off before I got back in my car. The biggest concern.... this restaurant isn't a few months old. Recommendation to management. One rude employee really kind of ruined this experience. We went to Wendy's and made a mobile order for curbside pickup. They have the option for drive thru pick up as well, but we chose curbside. When we placed the order, their app was having issues and started stating "we cannot find that order in our system" and then was showing as completed in my order history we had also already been charged. We get that technology can be unreliable sometimes. So naturally, we popped into the drive thru to make sure they did actually did get the order so we wouldn't be just waiting and waiting for nothing. (They did get the order though, so it was just a few app technical difficulties.) So as we were asking about it and explaining our situation to the, very pleasant, drive thru attendant- this other person comes over the speaker and quite rudely and loudly exclaims "you ordered for curbside. See those signs over there that say curbside pickup- you need to park over there and wait!" It was not kind or helpful. It was condescending and rude. Yes, we knew what sort of pick up we ordered for, but we wanted to make sure since the app was having technical difficulties. That's literally it. And at that point, they could have helped us in the drive thru since they brought out the order to us at the same time they would've handed it out the window. There was no one in line behind us and no one came up before we got our food. So basically, we just dealt with someone who wanted to treat us like we were ignorant and stupid. No customer reacts well to that sort of "service". They could've at least tried to be nice instead of abrupt and condescending. This location is not very far away from the Kaysville location. We have never had anything but good (even if a little slow since they're always busy) service at the Kaysville Wendy's. This Wendy's in Farmington, however, did not make a good impression. Drive thru experience. I ordered the Grilled Chicken sandwich combo. When I got home and opened the wrapper I received a breaded deep fried chicken sandwich that was dry and crispy/crunchy. Disappointing. Also side note my total was $11.62 and I handed the guy $21.62. He gave me $9.80 back. Really? I dug out extra change to make it exact so you could short change me on simple math. $.20 mistake wasn't that big of a deal but the combination of errors makes me not want to return to this location. This is a pretty new location. See some reviews that seem to have the same complaint..... skewed up order or missing items. This is the worst issue at most drive up windows. Manager needs to prioritize this issue to anybody working the drive up. HATE THIS!!!! So I've been here 4 times and finally going to review. They are fast here.... granted it hasn't been over ran with business as it's new. I will say they have done pretty good on all my orders. It's Wendy's so we all know what we're getting. Coupon cycle right now so it's reasonable priced lunch dinner. I get that's it's very clean because it's a new building. Hope they can keep it this way in the future. Had Dave's double cheeseburger! He was buying this round. We made our orders, he paid. As he looked at the receipt he thought he ordered a different combo and asked to get it corrected. I will leave that for a different review. We received our food and were left wanting. Specifically, the baked potato was extremely small and burnt to where you could taste the burnt smoke. I figured to get up an order something else. Somewhere in my hunger I mistook that offer to have 2 jr. burgers, nuggets, a fry and a drink. I see my math button was erroring as that is 5 items. We will come back to that. The total was $8.66 which confused me for a $4 order. I was paying cash and the order taker - who I will leave nameless here and formalize in my internal review to the corporation - could have solved my issue easily by reading back my order to verify before hitting the place order button. He instead charged me for 2 of the aforementioned combos. He clarified that i ordered 5 items. My mistake. I own that. I asked to correct my order. I will have just 1 of the 4 for $4 combos. He then said that he was worried that his drawer wasn't going to balance - subtle this round as he was softly assuming I was a quick change artist. I let it go as he was doing the math of my $10 bill that he left on the counter as he was counting back my change. I went to my seat where I was sitting near the ordering area - worlds smallest dining room at this location in Farmington, UT. I picked up my order and sat down where he apologized to the customer he was ringing up as he was slowed down by dealing with a "shady customer". Me? Shady for correcting my order? I think not. The drive through took forever and then when it was my time to order the person kept messing up my simple order of 3 4 piece nuggets, 2 fries, 2 kids frosty's, 1 small frosty & a coke. When we finally got to the window they gave me my food. I got home to find that they gave us no spoons for the frostys, and shorted us 1 4 piece hockey nugget. Worst possible experience at a Wendy's restaurant. We were stuck in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Half of that time went by after I ordered so I was surprised when I finally reached the window only to hear that they wanted to swap out my chicken tenders with nuggets because they didn't have any cooked and ready. Really? What were they doing the whole time I was in line? It's not like I surprised them with that request at the last minute. To get the chicken tenders, I had to wait another 6 minutes. So frustrated! In the end we didn't get everything we ordered or even any napkins. The employee I dealt with was rude especially when I refused to take the nuggets instead of the tenders. I will NOT be going to that location again anytime soon even though it is less than one mile from my house. read more

I went through drive-through tonight and I ordered 2 big bacon cheddar burgers with extra bacon jam. When I got home it ended up being two chicken sandwiches of some sort and chili so I'm not sure if they messed up someone else's order or what not so I grabbed the receipt in the bag and not only did I get the wrong food they actually charged me for someone else's order so I'm not sure what went on but anyways I tried calling numerous times tonight and no answer. I finally got a hold of someone, manager Marco. I explain to him the situation he didn't apologize for the mishap in fact he wasn't what I would expect a manager to be or act like so anyways he basically kept repeating himself so bring the receipt bring the receipt bring the receipt as if I was trying to rip them off so I brought my receipt and I came to the window and he just gave me this stare very unprofessional and he took my receipt stared at it for about five minutes then told me that they were going to make the right order and to pull up a little bit.
