This review is for a dine in. The self order board was broken and no employees were at the counter for minutes. A customer in front of me just left. Once I was about to provide my order the employee was friendly and efficient. The dining room needed a good scrubbing. Floors dirty, tables dirty and trash cabs full. My order of a Quarter Pounder combo took around 5 minutes or more. The food was hot and tasted fine. A stop statue Men's room found everything' working, however dirty! A 2.5 rounding down. They were incredibly slow when it wasn't that busy. The employees seemed a little lazy. The guy taking out the trash spilled something on the floor and just left it there even though he saw it again when he made time to come get a drink refill. One of the employees was eating at the counter they bag the to go orders at. Just not impressed at all. The food was good. Dining room was cluttered and dirty. A couple of gnats got in my daughter's barbecue sauce.To high chairs that haven't been used the entire thirty minutes I have been sitting here are just sitting n the middle of the dining room blocking paths. Ordered on the app for a counter pickup order. Waited in the store for 20 minutes after placing the order 30 minutes ago WITH NO ONE GOING TO HELP AT THE COUNTER. We finally went to the drive thru to ask for a refund and told us to pull up to the window. We went back inside because it takes way to long for there slow service drive thru to get to the window. The manager was very kind and gave us a free order. Food was good 8/10. Spicy snack wrap is very spicy. It was just upsetting to me that my grandbabies didn't have a good McDonalds experience. read more

Terrible customer service the teenage who waited on us was not trained in customer service his name is Dallas. The drive through is extremely slow. Once you walk inside you would be disgusted how dirt it is and the employees also do not look clean. Several teens working and looks like they have very low standard. This place is miss managed all around. I will never go back. If I were the owner I would be highly concerned about the food safety and sanitation situation and the lack of trained personnel you have working at this location. Waited over an hour, never got our food and eventually left. Few employees by the looks of it, ppl were asking if they could volunteer to help cook but employees said the boss said no. We went through the drive thru at 10pm tonight. Received excellent service from all three employees, at the point of order, payment and the delivery window. Great job tonight team! This place is in such a good location and should be an excellent place for people visiting Holiday World. BUT...... service here is terrible. It is staffed with young kids that can't even get an order right. We repeated our order 3-4 times and they still got it wrong. Plus when I pulled to the window I was initially given the wrong order. Thought we all could run in and out, wrong!! Nothing quick here, we waited 34 minutes for our kids meals with no toy and nothing spectacular about our order and absolutely the worst customer service. Our coupon was argued, the sandwich options were more than the first listed line item on coupon and the woman argued with us. We were not the only unhappy customers. This is our third time here in three years. While the food is your typical McDonald's, the staff is not. They are the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever encountered in fast food service. This time around it was the counter guy, Matt. He was completely swamped with customers and maintained a smile and his composure the entire time. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to by far. Waited 15 mins for food, ordered hardly anything

This is one of the busiest areas in this part of Indiana and they did a superb job. We were in there at 10 in the evening, by no means was it perfect but when you have 25 people standing out the door at this time, what can you expect. Everyone was on their toes helping out. Food was delivered in less than five minutes, the manager was very apologetic in my wait time. We got everything we had ordered. The drink stand was a little crazy. However, what some people don't realize when writing reviews is you have to look around at who is responsible for the mess. There was a baseball team in there helping to make it. We stopped here for a quick breakfast our way to Holiday World. Worst.decision.ever. We ordered a Big Breakfast and Hotcakes. It took 15 minutes to get those items and another 15 to get 5 hash browns that we added on to our order right after. My daughter and her fiancé ordered 3 mc griddles and waited 20 minutes for them, only to have two of them be the wrong sandwich. Finally, my niece ordered 3 cookies and a bag of apples which took another 20 minutes and her number was skipped over. This was seriously the longest, most frustrating time I have ever spent in a McDonald's in my life. No one was cleaning the lobby or the restrooms either and both were dirty. On our way home we bypassed the McDonald's for the Wendy's across the street.... Much better experience. We will not be visiting this McDonald's ever again. read more

When we walked into this McDonalds we were very impressed. It looked like it just got remodeled and even the bathrooms were nice. We ordered two fish sandwiches and some fries. Then some teenagers came in and seemed to know the cashier behind the counter. When an actual customer came in he had to ask her to take his order after standing there for 5 minutes waiting for her to stop carrying on with her friends. We finally got our sandwiches and they looked like they put them together while having a seizure. Very sloppy. While we were eating, one of the younger employees came in to check his schedule and then laid across one of the booths with his feet up on the seat while on his phone as if he were at home. Just trying to get a snack and was a bad idea. First the people working were so slow and half of them looked like they were super mad. While I was there, the employees dropped 3 food items and barely cleaned them up. I ordered a 2 hamburgers and I received cheese burgers and the sandwiches were bent in half. This is the saddest and slowest McDonald's in the district. I've been pulled up multiple times for 2 items or less. Their speed of service is horrendous. If you file a complaint, you never hear from them even if you say you want feedback. I'd go to Wendy's, Subway, or some other restaurants close. I went to dine-in before too, and the cashier looked at me like I ruined his day because he had to take my order. The family behind me, most of their order was wrong when they sat down to eat. Overall the food is what you expect from a fast food chain. However the workers are what really make this place a bad environment. For one there's too many people standing around not doing anything. Two, the employees aren't even local I was told that they come from a nearby city. When asked the young girl behind the register said that they were called the TellCcity River Rat Pack. Our food took forever to get to us. Not to mention that half of the toppings that go on the sandwitch were just on the bottom side of my box.
