To the lady in the driveway thru at 1am on 8-17 thank you for the fire fresh meal after a 5 hour drive

When I clicked 1 star, it asked "Oh no, what could improve?" Literally everything. Everything can improve. I feel terrible for the owner of this McDonald's because they probably have no idea how much money they are losing by having these employees "run" this business. Or maybe they do know and they just don't care. That's a possibility as well. I'm visiting from out of state and pulled through the drive thru. We ordered the pancake/sausage but switched sausage for bacon instead. She couldn't figure it out. We waited. She got it figured out eventually and then we ordered a deluxe breakfast with an orange juice and two milks for my kids. Orange juice didn't make it into the order and the deluxe breakfast wasn't compete. It had a biscuit instead of an English muffin so we asked to switch it. They said yes only if I can take my biscuit out of my breakfast and give it back to them. They said never mind, keep it and they handed me an English muffin wrapped up. We pulled away and once we started to eat the items on the roadtrip back home, the "wrapped English muffin" wasn't an English muffin but ANOTHER biscuit. Are you kidding me!? To top it off, the deluxe breakfast didn't even have bacon in it. We were already on the road by the time we noticed the muffin and missing bacon. We paid $30 for breakfast for more than half of it to be wrong. read more

Why does the drive thru take 30 minutes? And why do they never take the orders in the same order that cars drive up? This used to be a good Macdonald. Also they have false advertising because the title of unsweetened ice tea lemonade makes it sound like it's all sugar free and they up charge you. If you use your mobile you can't get the $$ back. In a hurry to get boat in water. Pull into drive-thru and order three hamburgers and a large fries. Pay and the cashier says next window; wait at window for 5 minutes and they say pull to front area. Pull to front area and told to park; Bill $19.00 and change and 20 minutes later they bring my three hamburgers and fires - $20.00. I should have just left. Worse McDonald's Donald's EVER ! The employees look like they are on leave from a drug clinic. The orders are never right. Lots of times they take you order ( drive through) have you pay at first window then when you get to window for food they will tell you all the things that don't have available. Tell me this before you take my money. Orders are always screwed up. Big heavy set dude couldn't complete a sentence to save his life. Hands is Mac flurries and says we have no silverware available !!!! Uhh I'm suppose to have the kids eat it how ? No straws for drinks ? Came in around 8pm on a weekday and pulled into the left drive through (there's actually 2 lanes). After being asked to "hold on for a moment", we counted 4 cars who finished ordering in the right lane next to us. After waking up the millennial who was clearly sleeping at the wheel, we ordered 2 meals and swore to NEVER RETURN. A few weeks later I contacted corporate to inform them of our experience and they didn't even offer to compensate us for our terrible experience. Also to date, we have NOT been contacted by the District Manager. This organization is a joke all the way around. read more

Order 1: I got a McFlurry that was barely half way full. Order 2: they forgot my fries. And order 3: We order 2 meals and got no fries but they gave me 20 nuggets instead of 10 and 2 burgers instead of 1 and no ranch again!! Visited this Mc Donald's twice, both times I was served fresh sausage mc muffin sandwiches and hash browns. The second they did mess up and not give me the creamer and sugar in my coffee but I checked my order before taking off and just asked for what I needed. When we picked up our order, the gal handed me the tea in a clear cup and it was so foggy, it looked like it had milk in it. This McDonald's is a Joke! Ordered 2 burgers,1 with No onion. Well guess what?! They both had onions. Took 15 mins to get our food with only 2 cars in front of us. Large fries were more like a small. Maybe they'd have better reviews if 3 of their night time employees weren't all taking a smoke break! I rather get out of our truck in this heat and order it from the local Walmart next time. Very disappointed. I ordered a large unsweetened iced tea which costs $1. Then I ordered my sons 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal which is $3 with a chocolate milk to drink. The lady taking the order takes off the chocolate milk and replaces it with the tea so she can charge me an extra .59 cents for the chocolate milk. I see it on the screen and have her change it back so she has to delete the happy meal and redo it. She redoes it as a 6 piece mighty kids meal which is $1.99 more and so I tell her what I ordered and she "fixes it". I get home and I have no fries in my sons happy meal and instead of 4 piece I have 6. I will now be inspecting my receipts and contents of my bag when going there. I suggest you all do the same so they don't try to over charge you either. read more
