Negative stars by far. I've been here many times. Its McDonalds, its fast food, low expectations to start in general. Expect a mess up, its young people who could care less about anyone else but tonight was like I've never had before. I always take the mistakes and just deal with it but not this time. I ordered a #5 and a 4 piece happy meal with sweet sour sauce, go gurt and apple juice. All was fine till the pick up window. I was told to go park. I ordered grilled chicken, this is normal. I went. It took 15 MINUTES and 3 attempts before they came to my window with the correct order. The lady asked me what I ordered. I started with the 4 piece chicken nuggets happy meal, ect. She handed me my box and bag. I got home, picked up the happy meal and noticed how light it felt. I looked inside and there was no nuggets, no sauce, no juice. Just cold fries and a getting warm go gurt. I was fuming and drove back as fast as possible. I went inside, up to the counter with the box and receipt. It took forever to be recognized, when I got this young girl she could see how po'ed I was. I told her all the problems, everything missing and all I got was the cold fries and go gurt. Her response " did they say they were going to be fresh fries". No I'm sorry, no let me fix this, nothing about the missing fries. I snapped back at her oh my fault, I wasnt aware I had to specifically order fresh fries, I must have ordered the stale ones by mistake. She with body attitude and resent fully got my order. With her continued attitude asked me what sauce. I told her which one, "just like I told them when I ordered ". She handed me the box and started walking away. I AGAIN had to ask for the juice. Her response "what, they didnt give it to you? I said no, thats what I said before. So she slapped a juice box in my hand and walked away. NEVER APPOLIGIZED! Never tried to even give me an excuse. I got a cold shoulder, lots of nasty looks and all attitude. I stormed out of there and told her I will never come back again. why did the person who brought it out not be able to tell how light the box was? There was no weight to it. Nothing but incompetent morons with no customer service skills and could care less about doing their job. Based on my experience and many similar reviews, clearly there is no management here, they dont care about their customers or putting out correct orders. Doesnt sound like anybody is being held accountable for all these mistakes and ticked off guests. read more

This place can NEVER get your order right! They never make the sandwich as u request or totally leave out things u order! I ordered a cold beverage, they tried handing me 1 that was hot! Then to make it right they changed the cup & put it on ice! Making the drink taste like shit!!! I wouldnt recommend this Mc donalds to any1 even just 4 a soda! If you're going through the drive-thru here, just expect to be told to wait in a parking spot for your food for a long time and for it to be missing items. This is now the 3rd time in a row that we've had this happen. This time was the kicker though. We ordered 2 mcdoubles and a 6 piece chicken nuggets... that's it. My son had an interview this Saturday April 22nd.. He shows up.. Mc Donalds tells him they don't do interviews on Saturday's.. Was told to come back Tuesday April 26th at 230pm.. Shows up at 2pm , 30 minutes early and was told the person giving interviews went home already... I find this very unprofessional.. My husband frequents this McDonald's, but after the meal he ordered last night, that's changing!!! He ordered a quarter pounder with NO cheese, and got cheese! The fries were so limp and greasy that the napkins thrown inside the bag sopped up so much grease that it was sickening! First time I've ever seen them actually cleaning & it's because some lady from secret shopper is coming & they got tipped off & they want to make a good impression. This restaurant is always dirty. Lots of flies. Bathroom never have toilet seat covers or paper towels. The employees very nice. Good deals on McDonalds app. Small restaurant that does a lot of business. Need bigger kitchen & need more employees. Need fan system at doors to keep flies out of restaurant. Need to clean & stock bathroom ALL the time not just today. read more
