I really hate McDonald's, but I will have to give this one kudos. (yeah the food is the same, and the order taking set up is one of the stupidest things McD's has ever done), but this place is wide open as far as seating goes. (you aren't stacked on top of each other (see Troy McD's). They have WiFi and through out the place they have video screens set up for the little kiddies to place games or draw pictures on. The also have a large flat screen tv inside (though you can't hear it) and a travel center station. I am a daily iced coffee McDonald's lover the staff there are exceptionally nice and caring one day I forgot my debit card at home stupidly, and they told me to pull up that it was on them the service maybe a little bit slow like any other McDonald's but I prefer this one. read more

I go here often on my way to work in the morning and have usually been more or less satisfied. BUT so they have this sign that says that if they don't offer you an apple pie, you get one for free. There is this one cashier (the older lady with the squeaky voice) who almost never offers one, and then when I call her on it and ask for my free pie, she gets a big old attitude with me and insists that she isn't the one who took my order (even though she has a very recognizable voice and I KNOW it was her...). This has happened three times that I can remember. And there have been other times where she didn't offer a pie but I didn't call her on it because I didn't wanna fight with her about whether she took my order or not. Just own up to your mistake and give me my damn pie, sheesh. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First of all, the Ice cream machine is down every time, what a surprise. Wonder why there's memes about it. Secondly, I've gone in for a morning ice coffee ever day for the past week and each time I ordered the same thing it was made incorrectly and different. Each time. It's very infuriating. I drive by this McDonalds every day. Very convenient for something quick to eat. Good McDonalds, customer service is ok. Fresh almost every time I go there. I have seen a lot worse off locations. Always clean when I go in there (I go there pretty often). I love the new grand mac. read more

This McDonald's is extremely slow. Today I left for work 20 minutes early wanting to stop by and get a hamburger because I know from past experiences that this particular McDonald's is slow. Even still, today blew my mind. There were literally only four cars ahead of me in the drive-thru line. Yet I sat in line for about 15 minutes. Luckily the guy two cars behind me was stuck at the speaker so long that he drive off and then car behind me backed out and left or else I would have been late for work. I too backed out with two cars in front of me. It is literally quicker to drive to either McDonald's on SR-73 and back than to go to this McDonald's. read more

On the way home from doing a service call tonight I went through the Drive Thru to get something to eat.I got a Big Mac and fries.It took 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me.The guy working said he was the only one running the place.After the wait the food was nasty! This McDonald's has serious issues in the morning. They cannot handle the rush. Up until today, it was always faster to go inside instead of the drive-thru. The drive-thru is the slowest I have ever tried to use so over the years, I go inside and am out before the drive-thru moves. Today, they've changed their inside service. Every seat was full and the line was to the door. They have 2 cash registers but only have one open operated by a VERY senior citizen. She is sweet as she can be but cannot operate the register (she's been there a very long time) so one of the Managers always has to assist her. My order was to go with a large coffee. They handed me an empty coffee cup and told me to fill it myself. I'm not above doing that but I asked for creamers to be added. She said add it yourself. Okay, I turn to get my coffee and all the pots were empty. I had to ask them to get more and fill my cup. There is another McDonald's just a mile down the road... I think it's time to start going to that one OR perhaps going to one closer to home (30 minutes North). The service at this McDonald's is much too slow to be in the Fast Food category. read more
