Went to five guys today for lunch it was great. The team member taking our order was very polite and attentive to our order. Our order came out relatively quick and it was delicious. Being a California native, Ohio transplant, and lots of great memory's at a famous burger place on the west coast, Grant served up not only delicious food, but I would have to say provided one of my top 5 best customer service experience's I ever had! Thanks guys for 5 diamond hospitality and such a great vibe in your store. I think blink 182 (not positive) was on the radio and some singing and surfer vibes happening in the open air kitchen in Ohio was just a magical, much needed moment. Updated Review: Still one of my favorite places to get a burger. Unfortunately we can't go as often because of dietary issues. I do think it's kinda crazy that prices have increased so much, but I get it with the current inflation going on. The store is always clean. Staff is always nice and helpful. There is typically someone always cleaning up the tables and restocking stuff. Everyone in my family likes something here. My kids really appreciate the added milkshakes as does my husband. I have a love/hate relationship with this location now. Traffic is just terrible around Austin Landing these days, but it isn't Five Guys fault. read more

We stopped in to grab dinner to go last night and everything was great. I got a cheeseburger and my husband a bacon cheeseburger with a regular cajun fry to share. We ordered both burgers "all in" and it made adding toppings easier than usual, so will do that again in the future. They made everything fresh, as usual, and we waited close to 10 minutes and took our food home. We each have half of our burger still for lunch today, but ate all the fries since they are best fresh! I don't like cheese and I would just usually take it off but it was melted on the beef patty so it was hard to take off. Had to throw most of it away. Five Guys is located in Austin Landing and is nestled in between other establishments. There are other restaurants nearby, however, my hubby and I wanted to grab something quick while we were running our errands. For this visit, we ordered a regular hamburger and a regular order of fries to share. The meal came out to be around $10. While we were waiting for our order, we snacked on some free peanuts. Our order came out pretty quickly and we were able to chow down on the hamburger and the fries. The hamburger came out perfectly and the patty was juicy and delicious. I do love a sesame bun as well! I ordered curbside pickup for lunch, curbside since we are still during Covid times. When I arrived I just clicked on the "I''m Here" button. My food came out about a minute later, it was very easy to do. I ordered a little cheeseburger and it was made exactly the way I ordered it with the correct ingredients. I also ordered a small order of fries, and as you can see in the picture it was way more than I anticipated. They always give more than enough fries, but I am not complaining as their fries are delicious! They have Gold Peak tea and those nifty soda machines with the touch screen that provides a million flavors. Wow these burgers are GREAT! Stopped in here with my lady for a quick lunch and this place was perfect. Burgers were fresh and delicious and the staff were very nice. They even had a freestyle Coke machine which is super dope. I think this is about as close as you're e going to get to In-N-Out and Shake Shack. Highly recommend! read more

YELP info says mask required - none of the customers had masks on. Staff was partially masked but two had masks pulled down to below mouth and one woman making the food had mask as a chin strap. One staff member pulled her mask down every time she spoke(defeats the purpose!). The food is very greasy (as expected) and just ok - except for the price. Online order not made until I arrived. Order was missing a fry. Called back a few minutes after I left to let them know I was missing a fry and asked for a refund for the fry. The person who answered the phone apologized and said I need to speak to the manager. Then I heard the manager try to avoid getting on the phone. Then he finally came to the phone he proceeded to tell me is not authorized to give me a credit. I can get the fry with my next order if I bring my original receipt. Way to make a customer feel appreciated. Icing on the cake is when I opened my burger and it looked like something from McDonald's. This is not the five guys I always look forward to eating. Great cheeseburger place, really like the staff. Very nice and honest people. Best cheeseburger I have ever had by far. Certainly better than in and out. I would really like to see them have milkshakes, which I hear are coming soon. I wish they took Apple Pay. However it is still an overall great restaurant. The best part is, you get in way more fries than you expect. The fries are cooked in peanut oil instead of regular cooking oil, which makes them somewhat healthier. Although if you're eating fries you're probably not a health nut.I get a cheeseburger with catchup and pickles only, and remember a regular comes with two patties. Something to keep in mind for sure. Horrible customer service. I called in an order, they said 5-10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later. The lobby was packed w people. I stood in line 12 minutes before any bothered to come over and take the order of the person who was firs run line when I got there. Now 30 minutes after I placed my order by phone I finally make my way to the front of the line, the kid told me he forgot to enter my order so he can enter it now, but it would take awhile, I said that's fine as long as you don't charge me because now my orders at other restaurants are getting cold, manager refused basically told me food bad. Five Guys can be hit or miss. It depends primarily on the staff and partially on the manager training that staff. This Five Guys (a new addition to the Austin Landing development) is a hit without a doubt. We've been there three times now for to go burger orders and each time they have been fast and cooked to perfection. I was grateful this location opened because I'm not really a big Smashburger fan which is the only other high quality burger joint in the area. This place has them beat in every department. Myself and my wife went to five guys today for lunch. Less than 2 hours after eating my wife started vomiting in our vehicle. I'm not in health care but I'm pretty sure she got food poisoning. The bacon cheeseburger she had to eat. It had so much grease on it you could see it collect on the wrapper. I've never seen so much grease on a burger in my life. I would go to another place for a burger than this place. The guy that handed me my bag had so much grease on his gloves it soaked into our bag. Went here 10 Dec 17. My son and I decided on stopping in to take home some burgers to the family. We showed up first after their opening. The burgers all tasted awesome and they were juicy not dry hockey pucks. Picking the toppings makes it easy to keep the family happy. The order of large fries is a generous portion and tasted really good as well. I have been to other Five Guys spots. I prefer this one to the rest.
