It looked pretty sad and after I started eating it it's not hot fudge it's the Chocolate syrup that they use on their McCafe drinks. Can we say the employees need more training? I like the deals, i like the food when its fresh. I dont like that place always seems unclean. Theres a lot of flies every time im here, some of the walls around booths and tables have stains and greasy hands or spill that look like been there for a while. Staff is constantly changing. My Dad and I stopped in for a quick lunch on our drive back to Council Bluffs this past weekend. Everything seemed pretty organized and the employees were really friendly and knowledgeable, even though when my dad asked for a double hamburger, she got frazzled a bit and had to ask another employee on how to enter it into the system. Not a big deal but odd that she didn't know how to enter that. The dining room was mostly clean and the soda station was clean. The food was fresh and hot and my McChicken was tasty. Overall, I pleasant dining experience at this McDonald's and would definitely consider stopping back the next time I'm in Fremont. read more

Wish I could give 0 starts! This has got to be the worst McDonalds in America!!! The bathrooms are always dirty, tables always dirty, no napkins in the napkin tray, never have straws or lids. I even witnessed a gross nasty employee use the bathroom and not wash there hands, just went back to the kitchen to handle the food. The employees are always so rude and uninviting, there food is gross, found nasty hairs in my sandwich one time and the manager refused to give me a refund, and didn't even acknowledge that it was there fought nor did they even bother to apologize. On May 23 we stopped at Missouri Valley, IA at McDonalds for a 2 for 1 quarter pounder and a small fries. The reason we knew about the 2 for 1 is because I just downloaded the app and saw it. She charged me over $9.00 for our order. She was training someone and explained that I didn't need to use my app because it was in their machine. I discovered later the order should have been around 5.00. I paid it because I wasn't thinking clearly and she had me confused. Once I got in on the road, I looked up prices and realized we were cheated. Once I located their phone number, I called and talked to the manager on duty, Trish. I explained what happened and she said bring in the receipt and she would look at it. By then we were 40 miles away. I told her she could look it up on their records and she said she was too busy with customers. Hmmmm. I guess I don't count as a customer. I am sure her cashier would remember this sale. They might want to consider another trainer. In summary, they overcharged us and the manager refused to consider how to make this right. This was "customer no service." I won't judge all McDonalds but you can bet we will never stop at this location again when we are on a road trip. If you go there, watch your pocketbook. read more

Well I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as I went at 2:30 in the morning but still, this was far the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. So I went through drive through with a couple friends and got 2 mcflurries and a drink with 3 orders of 20 McNuggets. So 2 of the 20 pieces had BBQ and one had honey mustard, and we paid for extra on both. We got to the second window and probably waited 10 minutes before the guy inside decided to actually decided to help us. And he was just walking around next to the window too. I mean like how hard is it to walk over to the window and hand out a drink? Then when I received the one drink there was no ice in it and it was filled 3/4 the way full. Then we had to remind him we ordered the mcflurries as it was clear he didn't want to make them. And I probably should have checked the bag before driving off but all we got was BBQ. No honey mustard what so ever. And on top of that we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We got 9 sides, so 3 each but that is what comes with it. We specifically paid extra for a few more. On the bright side the food was actually cooked all the way through. Anyway this was by far the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had!! read more

The family wanted McDonalds breakfast, and as hard as I tried to convince them otherwise, I was still FORCED to go. It was Black Friday, so I expected the drive through wait to be longer than the typical 20+ minutes it usually takes. I chose to go inside this time and found a good sized crowd waiting for the single register to take their order. The supervisor, who was just standing around, never stepped up to take orders. Took my son in and we ate inside. Food came fast, but I was trying to get my drink I noticed they did not have the container of unsweetened iced tea out, so I asked the guy that was wiping down the drink station if they had any in back or of they can fill my cup from the one they use for drive thru. He said let me check and then never returned. I waited at least 5 minutes and was able to get the attention of another employee and he went back and grabbed the container. I thanked him. I feel like the first guy was rude for not even coming back to tell me it would be a few minutes it's like he walked back there and hid away because he didnt want to help. I don't get it, it's not a big deal to fill up a cup! I finally got my drink and sat down with my son, we had a total of 30 chicken nuggets and only 2 bbq's... ugh. The food is ok and the service is fast. The girl who took my order was nice and polite and friendly. My complaint is about the dinning room. There used to be family friendly entertainment in the old building with a small indoor playground and an outdoor playground. This newer McDonalds only has video games on a few tables which are usually monopolized for hours by adults. And when I say a few games I mean 2. There used to be 4 but I guess they broke and were not replaced. There are 3 TVs. Now you would think that a family friendly place would have those TVs on channels for children right? No. Two are on News and one is on The Weather Channel. And don't even ask to change any of the stations because even if management changes it there is always some regular who complains and has it changed back. They need to put at least one of the stations to something children enjoy like Disney, Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon or maybe take them out all together. This place is not for families but for their regular older coffee drinking crowd. read more

I recently went to the McDonald's in Fremont this evening I have never been more disappointed in any restaurant in my entire life as a veteran I have been to 13 countries in 27 States and I had to come to Fremont Nebraska for the worst service. After repeating my order three or four times because of the computers being down then I was informed I couldn't use my card that I would pay cash not a big deal but then receiving an order total triple the amount of what I ordered concern me so I went through the order once again with a gentleman who's hygiene lacked the attention to work in a public place around food this individual also walked around the restaurant dropping the F-bomb over the headset through the drive-thru to his other employees and and repeatedly at the window. The remainder of the employees were Hispanic and continue throughout their task then I could not get a receipt I did not get my drink the 6-piece tender I ordered was actually a 5 piece mess the two sandwiches I had ordered in a specific way actually came out to be four sandwiches in notaway I found consumable. I wish negative stars were an option in this review process I was thoroughly disappointed borderline agitated and blatantly disgusted in the service I received the monetary loss I feel was taken and only hope and pray future customers do not have to deal with or suffer through the things I had to drink my visit best of luck do you McDonald's I don't feel at this present moment that I will be returning thank you read more

Worst late night customer service ever. They have superior food to BK in my opinion, but if you want fresh food do not hit this store up late 3 am or later. After roughly a 15 minute wait a few days ago, I even knowing the service is very subpar decided I wanted breakfast, which I enjoy Mcd's much more than BK. I went and timed it and it was 14 minutes there improving!!!! The server actually said sorry for the first time too, it was amazing.
