It's easy to enter from any direction you're coming in. I could fit my pickup nicely. They also have a cute little patio outside. They're in the heart of papillion and were so pleasant. I sat in the drivethru line over 15 minutes while they attempted to figure out how to apply my $5 off bday coupon. After unsuccessfully applying it, they decided it was a good idea to give me a physical $5 gift card for my next visit. Weird way to "make it right" considering I clearly visited to use the coupon today. Why wouldn't you just give me a free drink or ring up a separate item and apply the $5 gift card? Anyway, that would have been easily forgiven if the items I received were up to par. Customer service was friendly, but in a fake friendly not sincere way. The french toast sticks smelled and tasted like chemicals. I was actually appalled at the taste and regretted being brave enough for even a bite. I called to inform Stories and they simply said "thanks" and hung up on me. No apology, no refund offered. Not only was this off putting but honestly leaned me into the direction of not eating any food from this location. The porkbelly burrito was sloppily made and wrapped up like a toddler did it, falling apart within the first bite. Tortilla was also rock hard in places. Almond croissant was warmed up making it soggy, I did not realize this was the default and was not asked if I'd like it warmed. Another disappointment as I planned to eat later in the day. The brown sugar espresso was very sweet, I'll stick with my Starbucks. As of right now, I'll stay away from this business. Maybe this location needs more time to...mature? Until then I'll spend my money on places that insure I receive quality food and genuine employee interactions.

I visited this Caribou Hy-Vee location, and it was a great experience. They had all the same options as the Caribous I have been to while traveling (even though those were brick and mortar locations vs this kiosk location). I wanted my Turtle Mocha Latte with Dark Chocolate, and they were able to make it lickety split, and it tasted the exact same as my previous orders of my fave. The proprietor (I say that because I wasn't sure if she was the owner) we spoke with was very pleasant and cheery. She was quick with the preparation and even made sure to give us some chocolate covered coffee beans as a treat when we checked out and grabbed our drinks. I will admit when I'm wrong - and I was very wrong to think this wasn't as "official" of a Caribou location as the ones I'd been to. It is that and more.
