This place is very odd. First of all, you're greeted by a door full of condensation and you're hit with a brick wall of coldness; this place is a literal icebox. There is no one to take your order, so you are forced to use the kiosks. Which for me isn't an issue but I know it can be for some. The bathroom floors are super wet. My favorite MacDonalds. The people there are always friendly. The lady at the register is HILARIOUS. I walked in the door and broke into an instant sweat it's so freaking HOT in there today but the staff is still smiling and joking. It was so hot we took our lunch to my truck. Even with their Air Conditioner out they cooks are super fast. If I had a choice between any Macdonalds in Greenville this is my favorite. Fresh food and great personnel. read more

I do not know what happened tonight. Pulled in the the drive-thru around 7:25 and ordered a tea and Filet-O-Fish sandwich. I was only car in line and was to pull around to second window for my food. Theee to four minutes later I was asked to pulll up to the third window. I waites for 12 minutes and witnessed other vehicles pulling up behind me and leaving with their food. Did they forget about me? I pulled over wand went to the door and found The inside lobby was closed due to COVID-19 precautions. figured my only resort was to get back in the drive-thru. I stay the hell away from this location. Me and my friend were in the dining room and it was30 minutes till close, we just sat down and within 2 minutes 2 different employees were pretty much making us finish up so they could clean up. I had 30 minutes to eat...I guess they were ready to smoke their crack or something. This McDonald is 1 of 3 locations who all need a manager overhaul and retain all the staff. I used to visit this location because I stay 2 min away from it. But the service is horrible and the bad thing about it it's the managers who are the issue. The staff just follow what they see and most of them are kids just starting out in the work world. It's always an issue when I go inside because I order everything fresh or cooked to order because it taste better straight out of the grease or grille. But I always seem to get the lady at the register who seems to always be the heavy set mgr who gets a little an oyes when she sees me because of the coupons on the app that can be only used 1 at a time so im doing 2/3 separate transactions and holding up the line sometimes but oh well, I always apologize to them while ordering. I remember I waited in drive thru about 15 min around 12 am because I work 5 min from the location and when I got to window to place my order because they could not understand me at the menu board. So I had to do everything at the window and again 2/3 transaction and the was running it. And she told me I don't have time for all these transactions, I have people waiting and I replied I waited in line for 15 min if they wanna eat here there gonna have to wait like I did. There order is not more important than mine. So I was told I'll do it for you this time, but in the future there's only 1 transaction per car. So I got my receipt and did the survey telling who ever about the horrible service I got, no reply or calls to find out what happened. Just the code for the free item listed in which I didn't go back for. I even emailed the owners or dreambig@gmail.com from the problems or complaints posted on the wall. GUESS WHAT NOTHING HAPPENED. Ordered an oatmeal along with my meal and asked for it to be subbed with milk instead of water. When I got the oatmeal I asked the lady, "hey, was this made with milk or water?" And she said "um creamer and water." So I politely responded "no, I asked for it to be made with milk." The manager got an attitude and said "we can't make it with milk." I used to work at mcds so I know it's possible and I responded "yes you can, please make it with milk." The manager had an attitude and walked up to another employee whispering "I'm done with today already." Not to mention, when the MANAGER made it with milk it was still wrong and she handed to me cold. They fixed it again and brought it out hot, which I appreciated and said " thank you so much." They also forgot to give me my orange juice and got an attitude when I asked for it. I get mcds gets stressful for the employees but when you're not swamped and still make mistakes then catch an attitude when a customer kindly asks for the mistake to be fixed, it's a problem. If you don't like your job, get a new one, otherwise lose the unneeded attitude and act professional. Not to mention my friend asked for one maple syrup and grape jelly for her hot cakes and the employee sarcastically said "um it's 0.27 cents." Why do you have to be sarcastic? Terrible service, now I understand it's a Friday night and they were busy. Yet, I didn't give them fake money, so I shouldn't have to understand that its a Friday night and they are busy. I'm sure if I would have given them fake money they wouldn't understand. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and small fry. After a 15 minute wait, the fries were cold and the burger had been sitting in some bin, was definitely not fresh and was thrown together. After I took it back, the "corrected" it (since they don't give refunds) now the fries were fresh and hot, but the burger was just "recycled" still an old burger on a cold bun. Definitely not what the pictures and commercial looks like. I will NOT be patronizing this place again! read more
