I don't know what happened, if it was a change of staff or management, but i've come here as a regular for a while, little to NO mistakes ever, now all of a sudden, every meals is wrong, or im being given terrible attitude by the staff members, i have decided to never go back to this mcdonalds, I know losing 1 customer is nothing, however i wouldnt be surprised if countless others had the same thoughts and experience. this mc donalds is the worst!! after today i've has enough!!! that place is soo unprofessional for a year now they have been giving me soo many problems all over "pies" !! i used to work at mc donalds so i know how it works but the mangers and employees there are super unprofessional!! they allow the emplyess to mock and make fun of me mind you i am deaf i have a disability!! time after time they have continued to lie to me one day it's 12 mins wait time then it's 30 minutes!!! the managers who run that place are the worst!! a few months ago i asked one of the employees for the number to human resources she asked me why i said i just need to know how to find the number please?? she told me to hold on and then went to get the same manager who has been soo rude to me!! mind you i know this is agaisnt work policy but on several ocassiona i have given one of the mangers there "tip" money more then once about 3 to 4 times maybe and each time she took the money from me and then still kept being sooo rude and unprofessional. .....every time i come in i get so uncomfortable you can tell when someone is talking about u or making fun of you i never in a million years knew mc donalds would allow such thing! i am in the process of getting a lawyer ive had enough of their repeated harrasment towards me!! mind you i had the same issue at another mc donalds cause i eat mcdonald's frequently and all i ever order is just pies mostly and sometimes sandwiches but it's always cold and sloppy you can tell they are doing this to me on purpose!!! the secobd mc donalds i asked again to one of the employeees for the number to human resources again, went to the manager mind you i was shocked she boldly lied in my face because they knew they were so wrong ...she told me look on the receipt for the number .....so unprofessional i'm tired of the harassment and i pay for my food every single time i have had enough ...today was the worse they were all standing together literally mockijg me and looking back at me i stood there nicely took a photo of the business and walked out!! i would not ever ever recommend anyone going there!! im definitely going to sue them hard im tired of it!! read more

We stopped at McDonald's in Harrington, Delaware last tonight, and my wife ordered a smoothie. When the employee passed the smoothie through the window, my wife jokingly commented that she was being cheated out of some of the product. The cup was 3/4 filled. The young man apologized and went to add more product to the cup. Apparently, he was intercepted by someone in the business. He returned with the same cup and said that this was the correct amount of product. I want to commend the young man for trying to do the right thing. Apparently, someone else in management thought he was not, and sent him back with the same unfilled cup. Some folks don't need to be managers or supervisors. I won't be visiting this location anytime soon. We took pictures and may send them to the owner of the business. read more

You should be ashamed of yourselves - asking a customer to pull up so you can make a fresh pot of coffee - saying it would take 3-5 minutes and leaving the customer to sit for over 20 minutes. If a staff member had not come out with food for another car, I could still be sitting there. Even when the manager came out to apologize they could not explain why it took over 20 minutes to bring the coffee. Guess you don't need customers or care about their orders read more

I ordered a #2 which is a quarter pounder w/ cheese fries and a small dr pepper. I get my order from the drive thru and pulled up so others can get there order and found out it was a small fry, that's it!! The soda was a diet and no straw. Do these people go looking for the worst of the worst and hire them? I had to go inside and asked the manager to look at my receipt and then the bag and tell me what's wrong. He took the bag and knew there wasn't a sandwich in there. How hard is this people. Every time I go to Harrington mcdonalds they find a new way to screw my order up, but I know it wont happen again because I will NEVER go back there. Let me start off by saying this is my first negative review all because of the manager John. I ordered an Ice Coffee and was prepared to use the app to apply a discount. The cashier was having an issue and called the manager over. He mumbled something under his breath to the cashier and when I inquired what the problem was he gave me rude and short answer. I tried to offer a correction to his explanation about the app coupons but he wanted no part of it. Milford has a ton on fast food such as chic filet, taco bell, hardees and KFC. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that appreciates your business. Good clean place for fast food. Renovated last year. Great locstion, plenty of cars lined up at the drive thru but they moved quickly.

I got off of work and was really hungry and so I knew mcdonalds in harrington de closed at midnight I pull up at 11:25pm and they are closed and this isnt the first time this has happened they closed 35 minutes early, they tend to do this a lot actually. We come here bc it's in the town closest to us and there are not many other options. That being said every time we come our order Is wrong. EVERY TIME. They spend to much time trying to get the drive through orders under 90 seconds by doing this they clear their orders on the screen and they can't remember what the order was.
