We stopped here for lunch on our way to the beach. Everything was wonderful! And the cookies hit the spot! Our food was served to us quickly. We got a mix of nuggets, grilled nuggets, chicken sandwiches, fries, and a salad. We got several kids meals and everything was just great. This is a great place to stop for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich on my drives to Brooklyn. The Milford DE location is on Hwy 113, a shortcut I take off Hwy 13 except during standard time. The road has lots of desolate areas. So Milford & this Chick-fil-A are always a welcome sight. As is common, service is great both inside and outside at the drive through. The location is clean & has the standard Chi-fil-A decor. Thank you for being a welcome island for a hungry, tired traveler who still wants to stick to her diet plan. read more

Everything was cold except the iced tea that was warm and fresh! The customer service was horrible, asked to have my sandwich remade and was told by the girl working that's how it's supposed to be. I'm no rocket scientist but pretty sure you're wrong. I'm glad it was your pleasure but please try to do better. We should have serious concerns about the ingredients used in their food products. You will be disappointed to discover that many of their menu items contain seed oils and various chemicals. The food is highly processed and the use of artificial additives and preservatives raises questions about the overall nutritional quality of their food. While we can all appreciate the hard work and dedication of Chick-fil-A's employees, I believe the company needs to prioritize the health of its customers by using healthier, more natural ingredients. If you haven't tried this establishment, basically they serve above average chicken sandwiches, nuggets and salads that are hopefully pink slime free. Everything is pretty good. The dipping sauces are friggin awesome. You won't be disappointed if you need a quick bite here. Apparently they offer something called super food. Which is a alternative to French fries. It's basically broccoli and other greens served with light dressing and raisins. I was super duper impressed by this. Also, the service here is over the top good. A employee offered to refill my drink while I waited for the rain to let up. They would never do this at other establishments. They are taking orders in the parking lot as you drive up so preview the website if you don't know their menu. The ordering was done quickly via an employee with a tablet and a card reader. If you have cash they have a clerk for that too. The order was fast and contactless. We got the order and it was flawless. All of the staff were incredibly polite, cordial and friendly. As far as fast food is concerned, Chick-Fil-A is by far the best. However, all locations are not created equal. Milford is one of the good ones! The food is always fresh and never greasy. But the best part about this location is their employees. For example, the other night I was greeted with the standard welcome and a nice big smile from a young man (Mason). I was undecided on what to get (fried or grilled) when I reached the register. Mason was extremely patient and hospitable. He offered a couple suggestions and quickly had my food ready. Would never come here. Literally I returned a large soup from two nights ago that tasted burnt and the girl Brooke gave me a hard time about it. She said it was protocol. They literally did nothing. She tried to tell me that I had to go in a parking lot and said she doesn't want to hold up customers yet took me about 10 minutes to even get my soup a few nights ago. I guess I'm not a customer. When I went through five months ago there was a kid that I asked him to wipe a soda off. He took his hands wiped the soda off in front of my face and started to laugh and handed me the soda. Bad service. They served stale crackers with their chicken noodle soup. Consistently making errors and not correcting them. Every time I order something there is a mix up with the order or they forget something. They are really bad. You have to be careful where you choose to eat around here. This is the only decent fast food in Milford. Everything else in Milford is missing items, made incorrectly, stale, cold, wet, or just generally bad in food quality. CFA consistently gets it right and it doesn't matter what day (except Sunday for some weird reason), time, or what you order. The employees here actually give a s*** probably because they pay better and actually bother to screen their employees. It's so frustrating living in a garbage town, but at least there's Starbucks and CFA. (Stay away from Taco Bell/KFC, McDonald's, Burger King, Hardee's, Dunkin' Donuts, and Popeyes. Luckily they permanently closed the Wendy's before anyone else accidentally went there, but there's still the usual torn up shack of a building that still taints the Main Street.) read more

I was really excited to try Chick-Fil-A's new gluten free bun, so I ordered my first sandwich in years! Well, I'm not sure what went wrong after I ordered, but it took nearly 15 minutes to get my food. Total disappointment on the bun. It's the worst gf bun I've ever had. Where do I start? It's bone DRY, completely tasteless, crumbly and way too expensive for the extra charge (I believe it costed $2.00 extra). Please make a better gf bun! We loved the food. It was fresh and hot. Our problem was the number of employees who were not wearing masks. We got in the car line. I was masked. As we got close enough to order, we could see the young man taking orders in the other line was wearing a mask. The young lady taking orders for my lane was not. I was wearing a mask & lowered my window a small amount. She came to my car & asked for my order. I told her I was uncomfortable with her not wearing a mask. She said ok & trotted off; without taking my order. We continued to move forward to the young man taking cash payments. He was masked. I told him what had happened & that we needed to order. He took our order & I paid cash. Then as we got to where we were to be handed our order, both employees walking up to cars with food were unmasked. I was very uncomfortable. I am not sure what their mask policy for employees is at this Chick-fil-A, but if you go be aware that a number of their employees approaching your car will be probably be unmasked. read more
