This McDonald's has the better experience than another McDonald's nearby on Nick David Rd. Which that one has slow service. Sometimes raw food, and 20 minute wait. This McDonald's had a 5 minute wait but due to it being busy. The area has a good spot due to being near a CVS, a Publix, and other restaurants. This McDonald's is a must go in 2026. Service is sooo slow at this location. They never have enough help to service their customers in a timely manner. They have gotten to the point they can't handle their 2 lanes of service and continuously close off one of the lanes when they get busy. They even shut down the lane with cones to block it while customers are in the lane. read more

Honestly, I have always been a fan of McDonalds. Especially now since they are serving breakfast all day. I mean, how many times have you ever pulled an Adam Sandler, and was running just a few minutes behind schedule? I definitely have. This location is clean, they rarely get orders wrong, and most of the time they are courteous. Should you expect a fine dining experience? Absolutely not, but you can get 20 nuggets for $5.00 here. Just think of the possibilities. Need to bring pot luck to work? Get 100 nuggets for $25.00 and viola you have fed probably your entire office building. They have a dollar menu, and now are currently selling all drinks for $1.00. If you are expecting something spectacular, why in the world would you stop at a McDonalds, but if you want a hot cup of coffee, I can almost guarantee you that it will be hot ;). The staff is majority of the time extremely courteous, especially late at night when they aren't too busy and can actually have a conversation with you. I do order my cheeseburgers, and mcdoubles all plain with just meat and cheese, so my burgers are always fresh, and cheese nicely melted. The perks of preferring a plain burger i suppose. The grilled chicken snack wrap is also great, and they cook it fresh most of the time since its grilled chicken, just make sure its done before you take a bite. Terrible location. I'm local and this is on my way into and from work. I would've thought mobile ordering would help accuracy of orders however this isn't the case. Routinely they don't have drinks or carbonation. If you order and pay using mobile app then arrive the order is not correct or items unavailable, they don't know how to refund. Three times now i've lost a refund because they tell me I need to use the mobile app to request this however the mobile app clearly tells me to see the store manager. It's hardly worth my time to have to go in, find a manager and explain the situation. i've done that today and they tell me it'll show up on my CC when it never does. tired of this. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would. Order was completely jumbled. Grandkids protesting. Wife had to go to counter to straighten out order. Was met with rudeness and wanted to charge extra for things we already paid for. Rap music was playing loud and is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me. When the misses got our order straightened out I took a bite of the burger and noticed a large area on the bun that had greenish mold on it. This harvest location is notable me my wife and my kids got ice cream my daughter got tea though they didn't even put ice in it I got a McDonald's flurry and the put it in a tiny Sunday cup and they put the Oreos on top and didn't even blend it my son got a chocolate milk shake it was melted my wife got a strawberry banana smoothie and they didn't even give us that they gave us a strawberry milkshake small we asked for a medium smoothie not small and it wasn't even the smoothie don't go to this location and the service was horrible read more

Me and my mother stopped at McDonald's. It was right after the power went out. I had to use the bathroom really quickly . the door was propped open. I walked in and a group of employees were all sitting in a booth talking. That is not a problem because the power was out. What is a huge problem was one employee said really loudly , "how the f---k he get in?!" Really loudly and hateful. Then as soon as i start to use the restroom a female employee bangs on the bathroom door and yells "were closed!!" All i had to do was just use the bathroom. Then my mother was about to use the restroom and they come out and told her in a mean way, that they ate closed. So my mom told them that their customer service was not good and that they were in the wrong for cursing at her son. Then all of them came barging out yelling and cursing at her. So my mother told them we will contact customer service and one of them yelled back, "customer service ain't going to do s--t about anything!!" It was more than 5 or 6 employees that screamed back at us. This McDonald's has done many wrong things and not only have i complained but many many other people have also and it seems nothing is ever done about it. But this is over the top! This was very wrong and not how you treat loyal customers!! It has been my neighborhood McDonald's but we are done! We have never been done like this by any employees at any other establishments! This is probably the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, and we eat here at least once a month because its conveniently just down the street. They continuously forget items like cheeseburgers in Happy Meals(!!!) and sauces for nuggets. Their french fries are rarely hot and crispy and the customer service is USUALLY crap. This place is awful. The night staff is hateful, unprofessional, and rude. They got my order wrong and when I told them about it, they insisted it was right. I offered to pay MORE MONEY to fix it and they wouldn't take my money, she flat out refused to be helpful or fix my order at all. If I could give this review 0 stars I would because this MCDonalds is horrible AND the staff is garbage. First of all why is it that every time I order a large fry aside from the fries being overcooked or cold, the container is half filled..... like literally it's like a small fry in a large container. So we went and got food from here, (keep in mind nothing else is open) so we get home and they've gave us someone else's order so we go back to have them give us the right order and they were already closed at 11:45. They proceed to tell us that they've ALREADY cleaned the grill and that they took our names (which was a lie because they never asked for our names. They tell me to come back tomorrow and they'll fix it! When I go back in the morning I'm spending the entire day there standing in the front door telling every customer that comes in how they treat their customers. They are rude and the manager is closing the store 15-20mins before closing time. They're not supposed to close til 12AM. McDonald will NEVER get another dime of our money! So I went by this McDonald's at 4:45pm on a Saturday and ordered a McFlurry. Once again they said "the machine was down for cleaning". Doesn't make sense to clean your ice cream machine at dinner time on a Saturday night. This was no surprise because 90% of the time I try to order ice cream they are "cleaning" the machine. I have 4 young kids and we eat out a lot so you'd think they'd try to keep my business. It never fails that anytime I go to this location they mess something up or are just flat out rude.
