This is a good Chick-fil-A where it's always a pleasure to dine in or use the drive through! I've eaten here several times over the years and gotten many to-go orders, too! As is typical of CFA, the service has always been top-notch, and the orders have been done correctly and quickly! The store is always clean, and the condiments and cups/napkins, etc., are always well stocked. I've also used this location to get CFA gift cards at Christmas time. The only issue I have had, and it's not CFA's fault, is backing out from the parking spaces I tapped another car's bumper, and that car was in the drive through. Thankfully, even though this store is typically always packed, we were able to stop, get a good look at each vehicle and decide there was no damage done. Despite that hiccup, I've always been pleased with this CFA for both dine in and carryout! read more

We swung by for a quick dinner while out Christmas shopping today. This location is smaller inside than most Chick-fil-As I have been to. There was a little bit of a line inside, but the cashier was quick and efficient. The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the overflowing trash can near the door. The trash dispenser was overfilled and there was trash falling onto the floor. Some of the tables were still dirty as well. I'd say these were due to understaffing or sickness. The food arrived to our table quickly-- fresh and warm. They even had fun Table Toppers for kids beside the condiments that we had to try out. It made us all smile to see these unique table stickers placemats. Overall, it was a pretty standardized Chick-fil-A experience. read more

Still 30 minutes until close, and other customers were already in the lobby, so it wasn't like I was causing them to keep it open any longer than the people were in there, and when I got to the window after 20 minutes someone else already picked up the order. 30 minutes that could've been used to do another order, that could've been a 5 minute interaction. read more

This Chick-fil-A location is one of the best and now oldest ones in Huntsville. They provide consistently fresh food and exceptional customer service. Every time we have visited our fries have been hot and freshly made. I can't say this about the other locations in town. They offer over a dozen curbside pick up parking spots as well as a relatively new double drive thru. When you enter, you must first circle the building to enter the drive thru. For a faster ordering experience, place your order using the mobile app and they will then check you in when you arrive. I highly recommend using the Chick-fil-A app as you can earn rewards like free food. After your visit, they occasionally extend the opportunity to complete a survey for a free sandwich that can be done and redeemed through the app. Make sure to request the condiments. If you place a pickup order for inside there is a pickup shelf they will place your order on when ready and there is a nice waiting area with couches directly across from it. read more

As far as Chick-fil-A locations go, this one was basically on par with others I have visited. Their parking lot set up is a bit convoluted, but I understand they have to adjust to being in a high traffic area. We ordered via the mobile app for curbside delivery. It took a bit longer than expected to get our food. Also, we were missing a couple things. We were able to speak with one of the employees who quickly rectified the issue. I stopped by for lunch for my usual order, The Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe but instead I ordered the Spicy Southwest Salad. If you don't know by now, spicy is my thing. :) The drive thru line was wrapped around the building TWICE (that is such a thing at this location, lol) on this day due to the holiday crowd but miraculously it still flowed quickly. The salad was A-Mazing! Spicy shredded grilled chicken, grape tomatoes, cheese blend, roasted corn, black beans and red cabbage/carrots blend. Served with packages of dried crispy peppers, chili lime pepita seeds and tortilla strips. I chose the Creamy Salsa to top it off with. Nothing beats a fresh, darn good salad. Please don't let this by a limited item. By far, one of the best salads I've had. *= A few pieces of wilted lettuce were present but I picked them out. Just a few. read more

I am not sure to be mad at Chick-fil-A or Doordash. I order my meal at 9:15pm on Doordash and the order is confirmed by the restaurant. The Doordash confirms super late around 9:50pm. So I'm thinking if everything is confirmed they should be able to bring my food. The delivery person texts me at 10:08pm to tell me Chick-fil-A closes at 10. I'm like okay why didn't Chick-fil-A call to say anything about the order? Also why did Doordash wait so long to even get a delivery person. I drove through the drive thru here to get my order. I was tasked with bringing food home for my family. The idiots here decided to put all the food into one big bag, a bag that was not at all sturdy enough to hold it, and give it to me. As I was taking it back home to my family, suddenly the bottom of the bag gave out and all the food spilled onto the ground, wasting $40 of my life(I live paycheck-to-paycheck, this is the one time I can get chik-fil-a for my family). Whoever is bagging the food here needs to be replaced, because if they had any sense, they would have put the food into two smaller bags. But no. Instead they made a stupid decision that cost me money, time, food, and peace of mind. Never going here again. read more

I really love Chick-Fil-A. Compared to all other fast food restaurants, this is most definitely a 5-star experience for me. Most recently my boyfriend and I snuck away during our lunch hour to go grab a bite at this Chick-Fil-A on Valentine's Day. They were actually handing out carnations to all of the women that came into the restaurant. It was such a simple gesture, but it went a LONG way with me. The chicken is SO TENDER and delicious. I love every single thing they serve on the menu. The customer service is also a step above the rest. The workers are polite and generally seem happy to be doing their jobs. I go to this Chik Fil A restaurant multiple times a week - today I had the most insulting disappointing service ever. We had to pay for our food twice - first worker said his card reader didn't work. A lovely young black woman took out order the second time and put our card through. We all heard it beep, and she said it went through just fine. So later while waiting in the Particularly slow line (usually this restuarant is fast) the girl who takes the cash asked us to pay with our card the THIRD time. I got out the vehicle at this point and went and spoke to the lovely young black lady who took our payment the second time. She vouched that it had went through. I told the girl asking us to pay to go speak to her and that young lady who took the payment said in her words she was "POSITIVE" the payment went through. At the window, they asked us to pay for a FOURTH time! I tried to explain the situation, and the owner/manager Jamie was BEYOND rude. He cut me off and said you know what forget it, it's ON ME. I am NOT a charity case, we PAID for our food! The proper response is our whole system is down, so don't worry about it. NOT to be an arrogant jerk acting like you're doing a favor after we'd paid. And if the whole card system is truly down, what good would paying up front do? I also got low key racist vibes on how they spoke to the truthful young lady who scanned our card the second time. And update- there is a pending charge on my bank account for th3 price of the food! read more

Normally am a big chick-Fil-A advocate, but this institution is the expedition. I always use the mobile app and preorder my food. However, on 3 of the 5 times I have used the app at this location, my order has been inaccurate or incomplete. I've called each time, no answer, and left msgs. They called me back from 2-4 days later. Only once was my meal refunded. And the second time they mailed me a coupon...that wasn't worth the cost of what they missed on my order. That and the layout of the drive thru allows people in-line to block those trying to leave. If they would assist with this issue, they'd be able to have their customers leave and make room for those getting into line. Shame on this facility and their owner for letting them lose a loyal customer. read more

I buy from there every Saturday when I go to Huntsville to visit my son he likes chic fil a so we go there but I know they're going to get my order wrong and they do EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We have tried eating here before and we had a bad experience. We decided to try it again in hopes that it had changed and we had Anna as our cashier this time. She was completely rude and never said " my pleasure", she didn't smile, say hey, or anything. We then pull up to get our food and we see workers fussing about how people talk and then we see the manager come up in their conversation and start playing around with them while they are busy and not trying to hand any food out. Our food is finally ready and she basically throws our food in the window and turns around and starts her conversation back while we had asked for another straw. She turns around and says "huh, you said a straw". Then, we go to leave and the same people are yelling " ooo I'm tired of how these folks been parking they cars. Imma yell at them and tell them to move out the way" We couldn't believe a chick-fil-a acted like this. Honestly, we probably would have gotten better service at McDonald's. I will never eat at this location ever again. The service has been incredibly slow. A few weeks ago I went through the drive-thru and asked for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich combo. I sat by the window after paying for about 2 minutes and then was told to pull forward and wait by the curb, which I did for about 5 minutes before my sandwich came. Today I went back with some free gift cards corporate sent me after complaining. All I ordered was a plain chicken-biscuit combo and it took a staggering 17 minutes to get my order! I guess I should've complained sooner when I started noticing everyone behind me getting their food first again. It was like my order just disappeared. I stopped by Chick-Fil-A because I was really thirsty for some lemonade. I ordered the frozen lemonade thinking that it was like a slushie or slurpee and it turned out to be a milkshake type drink. I got back in line to get some lemonade instead and the team leader on duty asked if there was something wrong with my order. I have made it a habit to stop in and get myself some chicken minis for breakfast before class at least once a week. I have always had a good experience at this location. The staff is very friendly, greet me when I come in, and a few workers have remembered my order (which might not be a good thing haha). Even when I come in and it's busy I still get my food rather quickly and never feel like I have waited unreasonably long. The food is always good quality and my order is always correct.
