Cluster $&@#.... amazing how many mistakes are possible with just 1 order .... ..... .... Just came here again. TERRIBLY slow service- So UNDERSTAFFED.... Also- kiosk was "closed" but it doesn't say that. Go all the way thru ordering your food. Then try to pay... keypad said closed. Absurd to let a customer waste their time ordering at the kiosk and it doesn't actually work. Restaurant was messy. Almost every open table had stuff on it and needed to be wiped down. read more

Customer service is horrible, they take too long to take orders through the drive-thru. I have came here before and they have messed up some of my orders, and have not put in all of the food i ordered. Overall I have had a horrible experience coming to this McDonalds. read more

They always have extreme delays around 10pm at night. Folks don't take orders from the drive through at all and blame shift changes. Don't use the app to order ahead because there's a sting possibility you'll never get your food. read more

Still not working to prevent people from the drive thru from pulling a u-turn and going the wrong way. The other night I almost hit someone that did that from the drive thru. Food is decent.. service is horrible, 1/11/25 went threw the drive and they refused to answer the speaker until a couple of minutes after they responded with "we are close " with attitude. This McDonalds is decent compared to other restaurants in the area. The inside is neat and clean the majority of the time. The drive thru moves quickly as long as both lines are open. Many of the workers are well mannered and friendly, so overall the customer service is good. The food is normally fresh and prepared well. read more

I don't expect much from McDonald's, but it's as if this one is intentionally trying to make people not like it. I've been several times, but it seems to continue to get worse. The food is fine...it's McDonald's. The service is slow and not very friendly. I will say there was one gentleman working there who was polite and apologetic about wait times. They took away the fountain drink machine they used to have, so you have to wait on them to get your drink or refill...that's a personal major dissatisfier to me. Just went there now and ordered breakfast for my family. I went back because I was missing 1 sausage egg mc muffin and they refused to admit it. I didn't get no names, but there was 3 African American women (one being the "manager") that was attacking and yelling at me, telling me "fucking Mexican". There was no reason for any of that non sense especially over a mc muffin that THEY forgot. If they would do their job correctly, this would have never happened. The first time I ordered a iced latte, the lady in the drive they hands me my cup 3/4 full..I gave it back and said I paid for a large, I expect it to be full...employee goes over to the ice compartment and fills my cup with more ice..I told her so I'm expected to pay almost $5 for a cup of ice with a small portion of latte?? So the girl grabs me out of line when I was the next person up and says she will take my order at the stupid kiosk thing they have going on now . She says she will show me how to do it and I said I never want to know how to do it . If it's too difficult to just place an order at the register then I don't know what this world is coming to . Well I look over and at 3 people have places their orders with the girl at the register now. That is 3 people who were standing behind me . Well , she says she got my order of 2 Big Macs in now and it's 8$ or something like that . They are supposed to be 2 for 5$ . I had 2 different orders, i get to the window to receive my items and they didn't give me my drink... i tell the lady that was working the 2nd window at 10:52am on Tuesday, the 17th of November, 2020, that i had a drink and she tells me "i don't think so" and looked at me like i would lie about a dollar drink... she gave me a horrible vibe and i felt like she assumed i was trying to get something for free.... Just returned home from the McDonald's on 147 & Dixie highway. I ordered a filet-of-fish, 4 oatmeal raisin cookies, and a medium coffee. My sandwich had only 1/2 a slice of cheese ? I was told if I wanted x-tra cheese I had to pay .50 ! I didn't want extra, I just wanted a full slice of cheese..... just like the picture on the damn wall !!!
