This was the funniest visit. Went around to 11pm. I was ordering for a friend in drive thru. They didn't have ANY salads. My friend was shocked and confused. So she then ordered a cheese burger that comes with bacon on it and they didn't have any bacon The team was super nice. I was Cracking up, probably from being sleepy and up past my bed time, and my homegirl was ready to go. We ended up scrapping the whole order and I dropped her off at the hotel hungry. The light skin plus size manager is so rude and disrespectful. She needs to be fired for her poor attitude. I told her my strawberry lemonade was way to sweet which isn't normal because I always get this and she said okay what else do you want. The GHETTO-EST Wendy's in Illinois, I came through the drive through on 6/28/2022 around 10:30am to order breakfast. Well, as soon I drove up to pay for my order, I heard the supervisor screaming at the cashier "Uh, we do not have any eggs left and you just charged her credit card. (She was speaking about my card). I asked the cashier (who showed no emotion or interest) is she speaking to you about me? I wanted to make sure I was accurate. THe cashier was dumb founder and said to me, my manager and the cook here are so mean spirited, I told her woman to woman "never let anyone speak to you in that matter" no matter what mistakes you make. Although this is a fast food restaurant, I feel like the ladies that work here deserve a good review! I always feel like I am at a sit-down restaurant when I eat at this particular Wendy's. The staff is always friendly, especially the management. They even take the time to come to your table to check in with you. Staff was very polite and courteous. An item was left out of my daughter's kids meal and the manager apologized and offered to replace the meal at my next visit. I returned the next week and the manager replaced the meal as promised. The staff was again very friendly and even joked around with my girls. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE SLOWEST WENDYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The drive thru is ridiculously slow. I have sat in line for almost 15 mins just to order my food and then another 10 mins just to pay for it.
