Ya know what? I typically try to cut fast food joints a break on ratings. But you know what this is the third time in a row that I didn't get what I f*** ordered at a different McDonald's across the country. On top of the fact that I had to wait over a half an hour. AND YOU STILL DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT. I've been running 13 hours straight, without a meal and decided to try this place, because it had both older Golden age employees, and younger employees. I guess I knew who's in charge of the orders don't I. I ordered a Big Mac with extra everything, extra sauce no bun. What did I get? Exactly what I ordered. I also ordered a double quarter pounder bacon with cheese, extra everything, no bun. What did I get? A double quarter pounder with cheese, ON A BUN. You **** ****! Why would I order one burger without a bun and order another burger with a bun. Not only did you overcharge me, you gave me the wrong food and now I'm pissed off. This is The reason people fight and cry for $20 minimum wage, so they can spend their life working in a fast food joint. You know why? Because they won't make it in the real world. You want to know why? Because they get the order read to them, then they put the order in the system, it pops up on a computer in the back, the cook makes it, then the order pops up again a fourth time when the person is bagging it. AND YOU STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT. THANK YOU, FORCING ME TO THROW AWAY MY SECOND BURGER! 1 star because I have to give one but slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow, slow slow! Do not recommend even if it is the only place to go. They messed up the order. OMG!!!!! The best service of all the McDonalds I've been to in all my life. Staff is super friendly and got the order correct and in a flash and this place is packed. The manager is on it. I wish all McDonalds have managers like him. I hope he gets a well deserved raise and is able to move up. Store is very clean and very comfortable. I strongly recommend. Two thumbs up!!!! read more

I always stop at the Love's station that houses this McDonald's on my trips between Florida and South Carolina, mainly because of the gas prices, the dog walks, the clean restrooms, and yes, for this particular McDonald's. While the lines are always long, this is one of the few eateries in the area along a well-traveled route, yet as busy as they are, the workers are always pleasant. I have left a positive review with corporate before, but I think this site also is good for this hard-working staff. As thankless a job is for many in the fast food industry, every employee I have met here has remained positive no matter what day or time I may happen to stop by. The only reason for 4 stars is simply about the food: while convenient, fast food will always be...well, fast food. read more

For McDonald's in Hawthorne this morning I had a great drive-through experience complete with cheerful service that was fast for a change! The food was hot, fresh, and made right! The crispy chicken biscuits were as advertised with moist meat, crispy breading, and a tender tasty biscuit. Everything was indeed in the bag with no problems at all, and the final meal server was so pleasant it put a smile on my face! Thanks for a job done well! read more

Took over 20 minutes for two egg McMuffins when I told them about how long it took their reply as well. You got it now.

Ordered through the kiosk and got no receipt....then waited fifteen minutes for food as the lady didn't call out the name (ordered with the app) and when she called out one order number four times I asked what it was and she stated the order I said it was mine.... She rolled her eyes and when I asked why she didn't call out the name she said in smart ass tone "we don't do that here". Funny how the night time crew was smart enough to do that.... I stopped in here on 6-18-2022 en route back to VA. I ordered the 1/4 pounder with cheese MEAL, no onions (little did I know that they would have been slithered onions) with a large sweet tea. And now I see that there is an upcharge for the large drink of $0.69. These restaurants are charging for everything these days, although this could have always been the case and I'm just noticing it more nowadays. The line moved at the pace of a melting glacier!! I couldn't figure out why and didn't spend too much time thinking about it. I wanted my food. The burger was what I expected. The fries were their usual hot and tasty!! The sweet tea was good and sweet. I probably could have drank a gallon (which I didn't need and didn't do). There seemed to be a lot of "noise" in the parking lot with people and autos. Not sure what that was all about. I got my food, checked it, and then got on the highway. I doubt that I will be back. I didn't get a good feeling about this place. read more

Me and my grandparents stopped here on a road trip. We walked in to find an empty restaurant so we assumed service would be fast. We stood in line (where there was no one at the register) for probably 5 minutes and was never approached. The Worst McDonald's! Always a wait. Eggs on sandwiches Undercooked. Why wait if you aren't going to finish cooking it. I Watched Linda push trash down into the can and pull the bag out. She then served food to a customer dining in, pulled a childs milk from the cooler and handed out a Togo order. No Gloves, didn't wash hands! Nasty! Stopped here on approx 530pm ordered the double NEW Bacon Smokehouse from SIGNATURE CRAFTED meal and a regular NEW Bacon Smokehouse from SIGNATURE CRAFTED meal then i ordered 6 piece buttermilk chicken tenders and a quarter pounder meal my total was 32.64 .. I wouldn't have cared if the food tasted good, hot, and fresh..BUT ALL THE FOOD SUCKED..DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE NEW Bacon Smokehouse from SIGNATURE CRAFTED NOT WORTH IT..the french fries was old, loaded in salt and cold.the new signture hamburgers was very very sad.
