Please choose another Mcdonalds restaurant to go to, why because the store manager who took my order through the drive thru was not pleasant. I was driving my son to work that night, and he decided to order two mc chicken and two double cheese burger and also he order me a fish sandwich and fries. After receiving the order, I rush to take my son to work, he told me the food was not hot, and I notice later that my food was not either. I contacted the store later on that night spoke to another non-pleasant manager. John expected me to bring food back and receipt that evening. I guess I'm suppose to go to my sons job and interrupt his shift and ask him for the receipt and food, give me a break. I ask the restaurant manager, what is the name of the owner, and he claim he could not give out any information. The customer service is lousy, the people who work here never smile and the drive-in is super slow.

Unfortunately, I eat McDonalds much more than I care to admit and frequent this location because it's the closest to my house. Today was the last straw in dealing with this sorry bunch. Went through the drive thru, placed my order and pulled up to pay. The only reason I knew my total was that I read the drive thru screen. The cashier said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to me, no words, no eye contact, no greeting, nothing. Practically threw my change at me. Same thing with the clerk handing out the food. Almost got food dumped on me as she couldn't even make eye contact. No words at all. Like I got the dumbest, mutest Mcd's crew on the planet. I was pissed. Going to whomever claims to be the manager here is pointless. Fries were cold and chewy too. Going to speak up with my dollars and head a little further up the road from now on. Came thru bout 3:20am or so today and had 2 seperate orders. Cash only apparently. Ordered a bacon smokehouse a couple pies and a small smoothie. The smoothie wasnt what i had in mind, but you were out of caramel for the frappes. The young girl taking my order was very sweet and patient, offered as many similar options as possible and gave descriptions of each drink leading me to the smoothie, one of her favorites and i can see why. I was at this location on January 17th from 3a.m to 3:15 approximately. I was told cash only which is fine but when I asked for a receipt he said no because they reboot the computers every night at that time? which was strange because I go to this location at this time a lot and I've never encountered that. I look at the computer screen behind him and it was not rebooting at all? Anyway he seemed kinda nervous about me asking questions and I just blew it off as no big deal. I get my food at the next window and head home. When I arrived home I noticed all of my food was hours old I ordered a mcchicken with cheese and the cheese was on the bottom which was very strange because I never gotten it like that and my single burger was literally rock hard. I have never seen a order being taken down with a pen and paper at a McDonald's lol. Anyway I'm not going to say they are reselling old food and pocketing the cash but hey if it sounds like a duck it must be a duck. Been going here since I moved to the area, and I gotta say, I'm not a fan. For starters, the place is pretty slow. Between a crappy parking lot, one drivethrough lane, mediocre workers, and constant traffic, everything seems to go by at a snail's pace. The employees seem to be half bad, half decent. For whatever reason, the worst ones are always on the drivethrough, so you get these monotonous people that barely talk above a whisper trying to take your order, which they often make you repeat completely. Meanwhile, the cooks take forever to get anything done, and I've never once heard someone apologize for my 20+ minute wait that happens on a night with even five people are in line. In the end, I'll give them two stars because they've been surprisingly accurate with my orders, and a couple employees have at least shown some general courtesy. Still, it's a pretty bad McDonald's, which sucks because the location is so convenient. read more

I have been inside this McDonald's location 5 times in my life. Without fail, every time I have paid a visit, a male employee approaches me in a flirtatious manner. Whether they are biting their lip and looking me up and down, or asking me weird questions about my tattoos - it's always incredibly awkward. I no longer patronize this business. Seriously, you guys need to have an ethics meeting and learn how to properly conduct yourselves at work. The last time I came in, I was literally completing my order at the automated kiosk, and a young man in a McDonald's uniform approached me and said "you look like you need some help" while licking his lip. Went in today and actually had one employee with a nasty attitude follow me to make sure I was getting the free water I asked for from their ever so valuable pop machine. Then as I was leaving with an associate, I found I was being racially profiled by an employee as he stared angrily at me, cell phone in hand ready to call the cops. He thought by our dress and what we ordered (just some dollar burgers and fries) we must have been some thugs about to rob the place. He eyeballed me until we left the building and I was just shocked at what I was witnessing. Horrible service and will never go there again and for any black people who don't look like they work at a million dollar corporation...please stay away!
