Great food and great price. Been to many places lately that charged $15+ for a burger with no toppings and no sides. $16 for a veggie burger with two patties and a ton of fries was reasonable to me. The burger was delicious. I usually don't like smash burgers but these were really good. Cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The fries were reasoned well too. Can't wait to come back. My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time. We got there on Thursday at around 12:15, and the place was completely empty. My girlfriend looked at me and said "I have a bad feeling that the place is completely empty at lunchtime. I think we should leave." I said that we are already there let's just try it. We were charged $10 ($5 a glass) for two glasses of flat Coke that were poured out of a 64 oz. bottle. Why would any restaurant owner feel the need to charge $5 a glass for flat Coke poured out a $1.69 64 oz. bottle? We both took a bite, or two, of our cheeseburgers and both agreed something tasted off with them, so we just left. Both of us got sick to our stomachs like we had mild cases of food poisoning. We were both glad we only took a couple bites each before we decided not to finish our burgers. Oh yeah, they add an 18% tip and they don't even wait on the tables. So today, me and my girlfriend tryed out a new place called (just smash it) ... I'm very disappointed that I came into this location the music is banging to a point that you can't even think. We ordered 2 smash hamburgers and 2 chicken tenders and a half with fries and one pop my bill 48$ completely overpriced. The Smashburger was as thin as can be the chicken tenders were pulled out of a freezer bag and the fries were the best thing about it but mid Won't be back at all Woudl rather go to McDonald then this place......... check my reviews. Very fast service. Very personable staff. Good food. My issue is the waitress asking me if I " wanted my change" without providing a receipt at cash out. When I asked for a receipt, I noticed the AUTOMATIC 18% gratuity that was added to my bill. She forgot to mention that. I don't like feeling like I'm being taken advantage of as a customer...and she tried it. That was enough to make me never set foot in or spend another dollar in this establishment. Food was good. I'm glad I didn't go off of a few reviews. I ordered the triple beef burger with all of the fixings and the Cajun fries. Walked right in and my order was ready in 10 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh. Also I ordered the lemonade and strawberry lemonade mixed slush and omgggg it was so good. I loved it! Tried the turkey burger and decided to get the double. Yes the patties are thin, but on the double they were perfect together. One of the best turkey burgers in the city! It was packaged well and all the condiments went well together. I noticed most of the bad reviews are service related, but I had no issues on my visit late on a Tuesday night. I ordered a double smash burger & the jalapeno cheese fries. The server asked all kind of questions on how I wanted my burger. I requested to have the smash sauce on the side, but mayo & ketchup on the burger. My order was ready in approximately 8 minutes. I didn't check my order before I left which was my mistake. Got home & noticed I didn't receive my smash sauce & only mayo was on the burger. The lettuce & tomatoes were soggy. The burger was very salty. The fries were ok. I probably won't try going back. first time here. the resturant was nice clean and welcoming. wasnt busy cause it's early Sunday. server was nice and sweet. my cons are first on my flight my regular lemonade had a mildew taste. other 3flavors were good. we were told our food would take 10minutes . we waited 20, even though there wasnt many customers in the establishment. and when my food arrived both burgers were burnt.
