I recently tried McDonald's new Big Arc Burger, and honestly--it surprised me. It feels like they've brought back the old days, when burgers at McDonald's were actually big and satisfying. Over the years, it seemed like the cheeseburger kept getting smaller, and even the Big Mac wasn't what it used to be. But the Big Arc? It took me back 30 years--to a time when you could get a truly big, tasty burger at McDonald's. Really impressed. Also, shoutout to Cynthia from the evening shift--super friendly and welcoming. Hadn't eaten yet today, so we came to the drive through. Tried to order a grilled chicken sandwich, but they do not carry it so we just ordered a couple Big Macs. The cashier/order taker was really friendly and efficient. To pay for the order, he provided us a reader from the window so he didn't have to touch our cars. Sweet!!! No problem with our Oder. Was fast and as pleasant of a transaction one could hope for from McDonalds. read more

Now I remember, why I haven't eaten at one of these is 14 years. You would fast food, double drive thru, this should take 5 minutes to pull in order and exit. Wrong I pulled up n paid for my order 11:26AM, told to park and my Big Mac meal would be tight out. Wrong, at 11:39, a young woman brought out my Big Mac meal. When I mentioned it sure did take a long time to make a Big Mac meal, she said they had been busy. I told her I knew that bcz I could see the cars pull into drive thru and pick up their orders and drive away. That must have confused her bcz she tried distraction by talking with my dog! Oh he's a cutie no doubt, but I was complaining and she turned away. I drive sway ready to eat my Big Mac meal and found an apple pie. I thought they knew I had been here to long and was giving me an Im sorry about the wait prize, when I noticed the fries were cold and chewy and stuck in a wad in my throat, so I washed it down with an over carbonated beverage Surely the Big Mac would be warm I waited so ling, I was certain they had been cooking it. Wrong, the burger meat was cold and tough to chew and the bun seemed, stale.. I guess you can see why I gave it a 1, and I believe either the owner of the franchise or McDonalds cooperation owns me $10 and 15 minutes. I stopped eating at these when the cooperation began pushing childhood vaccines on their tray mats. Sometimes, you just can't go back, nothing taste as it once did, the fries were the best, now, uh. Nothing "Fast" about it. Of all days I get 30 minutes to run up the road for lunch I sat in the line for 22 minutes before paying, along with several other cars. At the Cashier window, she asked if I still wanted my food when I got there after questioning the speed of the line... yeah I've been patient. I have never left a review for a McDonald's but I decided to for this location because they were so friendly and efficient. I was on a work trip and stopped to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Typically you know what you're getting when you go to McDonald's ... either aloof or barely friendly service and maybe your order in a timely manner, maybe not. Usually they just want you to leave. It's really fast, at first I was going to go to jacks, but I was kind of in a hurry and the jacks took too long. I got out of the drive thru line without food, and went to McDonald's. It was very fast, and they got my order right. Also very clean bathrooms. read more

This was a nice clean efficient McDonald's. Most of the clerks have been replaced by the self service kiosk. Though there was one clerk available. The kiosk wAs easy to use. The Big Mac, Chicken McNuggets, and fries tasted good and were fresh. The bathroom was also clean. read more

When it comes to a long day at the dealership The Dent Guys and girls choose McD's. Their chicken biscuits are great here with the chicken being much larger than the biscuit. It's great they offer Grits here now...btw. if ya love ice coffee they do serve a large size unlike other locations read more

While it was clean and a short walk from the motel the breakfast was a disaster. When the order of two orders of scrabbled and a sausage patty is not a stock order i love the scrambled eggs and two portions is just right for the medicine i take. So i have ordered this all over the country. First off it looked like a dried out single when i questioned the order i was rudely rebuffed I took it to the table opened it but it looked like a reused old clump and the sausage was cold. I just got up and left on the table. I have never waited so long for food at a fast food restaurant. Took 30 minutes of waiting inside for a combo meal. Multiple people in front of me had incomplete orders after waiting longer than I did. The drive through waiting area was full and multiple orders were brought back in missing items or being completely incorrect. It did not appear to be very busy either. I suggest waiting a few more exits for your fried delicacies if you can manage. read more

This is hands down one of the best McDonald's around. I had only one issue with something, they not only replaced it, but I also received an additional meal free on my next visit. For the most part, I've been pleased with this location. The staff is generally very friendly. But I was very unhappy with my service today. I don't know who the young lady was running the second window about 5:30pm, but she shouldn't be handling food. First, she was not wearing gloves and had her hands all up on our ice cream cone. And NO napkins! We waited at the window, tried to get her attention for some napkins and nothing from anyone. I certainly don't think we will be returning for ice cream again. read more

First of all I ordered two LARGE Frozen Coffees, instead I received the smallest medium I've ever seen. After being handed the coffees I requested barbecue sauce from Seth, which is no where to be found. After I started to distribute the food within the bag to my family, I discovered they forgot another thing, the small fry that I ordered oh so clearly. Now let's get this straight, I speak perfect English I speak the same language as everyone in there, so there's no way that was the disconnect. Disgusting. Appeared to be very new, but had filthy dining room and bathrooms. Employee was standing on the customer side of the counter eating and when a customer approached her with a question, she sat her open hamburger on the counter next to the register and went behind the counter. Employees eating in the dining room and smoking outside the entrance. Large puddle of water on the floor near drink dispenser. Every single table was dirty, as was the floor. Health Department needs to re-visit and management needs to start over. read more
