    I usually don't do reviews on Fast Food locations as the expectations are usually minimal. However, after my experience at this location I had to leave a review. With that said, let's talk about service! Known for its service standards, Chik-Fil-A is an establishment that sets a high standard for customer service and employee to consumer satisfaction. Today, I had the opportunity to experience Gracie and I am convinced that she wrote the book on how to deliver AMAZING Customer Service. Gracie welcomed us into Chik-Fil-A with an amazing smile, vibrant personality, and organic cheer. As I walked to her register she maintained her amazingness throughout taking my order. When my sister began to place her order, Gracie still displayed customer service awesomeness. I'm talking about stellar service from an amazing individual. Thank you, Gracie. As we decided to dine-in Gracie ended up bringing our food to the table and guess what... she was still Awesomeeeeeeeeee. She delivered our food with a smile and thanked us again for coming into Chik-Fil-A. To continue the amazing experience, my food was fresh. Not just regular fresh, but fresh fresh. My Chicken Strips tasted 'farm to table' fresh and were perfectly seasoned and fried. Though Chik-Fil-A food is always good, this was a different kind of good. LoL! Great Service. Fresh Fries, Fresh Strips, and Polynesian Sauce! What better way to spend your Saturday??? The gentleman who was working the dining area was awesome as well. He welcomed us in, thanked us for dining, and gave us after dinner mints. Yes! There were mints too. LoL!!! For the record, if Fine Dining Fast Food was a thing, this would be it. The location is spotless. The ambiance is vibrant and the staff at the registers are efficient and conscious of one's time... To whomever hired Gracie, you deserve a Gold Star. To whomever set the standards for service expectations at this location, you deserve a service deliverable award. And, to Gracie... You deserve a million Thank You' and a Happy Customer Bonus!! If in the area and hungry stop in and enjoy the experience. If you see Gracie at the register, make sure to get in her line.

    This Chick -Fil-A is right off the highway positioned with a convenient drive up station. Staff are always on duty ready to accurately take your order and get you out as fast as possible. Here is where I went wrong. I walked inside on the early morning drive and failed to ask if they can handle some specific details on that order. The specific details that would have been addressed are "can you make my sandwich with a fried egg and can you toast the English muffin as brown as the Crayola color crayons? Instead I just asked for an egg and cheese on an English muffin thinking that most people enjoy their muffins TOASTED. When I got the order, the sandwich was a wrapped like a x-mas gift and I anticipated opening in just a few more exists. And just as my spider sensing began to tinkle the English muffin was as fresh baked and UNTOASTED as my imagination did. It want to imagine. So the question is does Chick-Fil-A own a toaster. lol I'm mean seriously they rank in all other areas as top choice. But as the photo displayed the sandwich was dry-moist, sweaty in foiled wrapper and untoasted. The toasted bread builds integrity between the relationship between the bread and the flavor!! But I'm not tripping, I don't love Chick-Fil-A at all and apparently they don't love toasters.

    Since the franchise Location moved it had been terrible! Rude associates, managers that don't care. Hardly ever hear "my pleasure" I have had SEVERAL issues w poor food quality. This is my last time. Ordered the Market Salad. A favorite for my vegetarian keto diet. I get the chicken on the side for my husband. It comes w a generous topping of blue cheese. I ordered it a week ago and received a DUSTING. Along w less than 1 strawberry cut up. Someone emailed me after providing feedback on my experience. They replaced the meal. Picked up last night explained it was free and written in "the book". I got home with it. No blue cheese. A few shreds of Cheddar. I literally explained I wanted the regular amount of BLUE CHEESE. I did not eat it as it was intentional and likely spit on or worse!! I will never go back to this location. They hire rude, unfriendly and ignorant employees. BLUE CHEESE. SHREDDED CHEDDAR??? Chipotle and Panera right there as several others! Skip the mile long line, rude order takers that rush and poor quality food! As well, when they mess it up on purpose you have to wonder what else they are doing!!!

"Well, if you want to wait, I can seat a table in the main dining hall at a much smaller table," the hostess said after asking. There goes the first item. I had boasted to my guest about how the restaurant was decorated. Then came the seating. No server, no server. Finally, STOPPED two of the many servers rushing past just to ask for water. The first server told us it was not her area. The second server rushed through, saying, "Yes, I will get you drinks." We asked if wine or cocktails were available; the response was that she would need to get an "adult to help." No adult ever came to help. No information/greeting of any type to welcome or on how to proceed with getting the food. Now for the $40 food. The appetizer of boiled shrimp tasted mushy, as it had just been poured from a container of water. Buffet: Did not know it would be an almost attempt at a country-type food buffet. Failed at that attempt, and not what would be expected from a fine dining restaurant. Black-eyed peas tasted like they had just been poured from a can, with no flavor. Dressing and mashed potatoes were good, and BBQ ribs were good. The ham had a large bone and gristle, the turkey was thick but dry, and the grease was starchy and had no flavor. The dessert was good, but we did not believe it was made at the restaurant; we ate some from Costco, and it tasted and looked the same. Very rushed and chaotic atmosphere. Staff running past 5-foot aisle along the back of our table and not once looking our way, without us waving them down to help. Used plates on the table were picked up much faster at other buffet restaurants. Maybe just a bad day for their business, but the customers paid for the fiasco. Not sure we will return; it was very disappointing and embarrassing for me to have guided my guest to the restaurant. Made me look and feel embarrassed. Do not believe this is the fine dining restaurant the Mashburns had intended. Classic on Noble Street in Anniston, Alabama, is closing permanently at the end of 2025 after 30 years in business. Owners Cathy and David Mashburn announced the decision on October 30, 2025
