I wish I could give zero stars. My family and I live really close to this location so it's easy when we just want something quick. Usually the mess ups were tolerable such as a sauce, straw, drink or maybe a fry would be missing. Normal stuff. Lately it's been absolutely AWFUL! I've been doing curbside orders and they take almost 30-45min to bring out your food if not at all. These past two times I've had to leave the curbside parking to ho through the drive through to get my order and everytime they always say they can't find the order but after some looking and actually doing their job, low and behold, they find it! This time on 8/28/21 at 9:15pm I go through the drive through to get my mobile order after waiting in the curbside for 15-20min I go through the drive through just to make it easier for all of us. MIGHT I NOTE THAT IT WASNT BUSY AT ALL. I work in food service so I know what busy is and this was certainly not busy so there's no excuse for something to get lost. I probably spoke to every single worker in this location to try and find my order and all of them EVERY SINGLE ONE was rude, unhelpful and had an attitude. The only thing nice they did for me was make sure my fries weren't cold. I was perfectly nice to these people. I was apologizing for something that wasn't my fault and I was trying to level with them as a person who I know was tired after a shift but they still gave me attitude like COME ON! Us customer service people know that all we want is for people to be kind to us if there's a mistake and I was nothing but nice yet they couldn't even offer me a solution. They were trying to make me pay for a whole other order when I already payed for it. Overall this was just a horrible experience and it absolutely ruined my night. I've experienced a lot of crappy things at fast food restaurants, but this experience was the absolute worst. I will never be coming here again and I hope someone finally does an investigation on this place because they need to check their employees!! read more

Worst McDonalds I have ever been, you place an order and get what ever they want to give you. They can't count to 10, so if you order a 10 piece chicken nuggets, prepare yourself to get 8. I have tried 3 times to be fair but I will never go to it again. I rather drive farther! read more

This review is really an aggregate of maybe 7 visits over the last 3 months. The quality of the food and especially service at this location has completely tanked. This morning I used the mobile app to oder a simple Egg McMuffin meal. When I arrived at the first window, the girl left the window closed and didn't acknowledge me for over 2 minutes. I then gave her my order code and she spent another 3 minutes before telling me that the "system" was broken and asked that I pay with cash, which I did. I pulled forward and noticed three other drive-through customers parked ahead because there orders weren't ready (this is now common at this location). The girl gave me a bag and a small coffee and didn't offer to add cream & sugar, which I had to request. I then looked in my bag and noticed the hash brown was missing. She handed me a bag with 15 sugars and 11 creamers (for my small coffee) and went to retrieve the hash brown. She handed it to me without looking and closed the window when I grabbed the bag. Well, the hash brown was cold. Not warm. Not room temperature. Cold. This last visit is the culmination of many in recent months where I was treated indifferently, made to wait for far too long, forgotten as I waited in the parking lot, order items missing, food quality cold or poor and on and on. I will try to contact the franchise owner to discuss this matter because it is clear the restaurant's manager(s) do not care. I worked at McDonalds as a teen and I can tell you I took pride in my efforts and that my managers were extremely good. This location at Traemor Village started out fantastic when it first opened but it is completely unacceptable now. I would like to patronize this location again, but not until the owner provides reassurances that leadership and professionalism are returned to this location. Very sad. read more

If I could give this McDonalds NO STARS and still be able to write a review I would. Sorriest McDonald is ALL of Fayetteville. I have been to this McDonald's a couple different times and encountered unusually long waits, when from all outwards appearances, there shouldn't be a wait at all. I have always endured, because this is the most convenient McDonalds to my house. I CANNOT AND WILL NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS EVER AGAIN. Tonight's visit started with a 5 minute wait at the order screen, with not even a "can you hold for a second" courtesy. When the guy came over the intercom to take my order he said "uh hello, are you ready to order?" Like I had said I needed a minute or was bothering him. Ordered a #2 (2 cheeseburgers) and a McChicken meal. Pulled around, paid, pulled up to the food window and waited another 5 minutes. Just for the same guy that took my order to rudely thrust my food out the window and close the window. I couldn't even get his attention to tell him I needed straws to go with my drinks. I know waits are normal at fast food. And when it's necessary I'm ok with them! I mean who doesn't love fresh hot McDonald's fries? If you say you don't, you're not American!!! But spending almost 20 at McDonald's when there were only 2 cars in front of me, to not get straws, and then after I run in the restaurant to get straws I reach in the bag expecting to sneak one of those previously mentioned hot fresh fries and instead come out with Luke warm soggy old fries? After all that wait!? And then, I'm already disappointed and irritated because of the wait and the fries, I get home and my McChicken is a McChicken meat on a biscuit. Are you freaking kidding me!? No bun, no mayo, and not lettuce. A McChicken patty and a freaking old cold biscuit. I AM DONE WITH YOU MCDONALDS. The one over on Good Middling Drive has always been great when I have gone there. It will be my new go to McDonalds. Seriously who even special orders a McChicken like this!? read more

Ordered sausage egg cheese bagel with a round egg. What did I get folded egg and a complete burnt bagel. It was totally black. I'm pretty sure this is the slowest McDonald's around. You are constantly being asked to pull up. When you do you sit there for 10-15 minutes. I've ended up going in more than once. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. everytime I go to this McDonald's my order is wrong, & I'm given an attitude or talked about when I mention it. I ordered chicken nuggets and opened the box and there was a fish patty in the box... a fish patty in a chicken nugget box? No bread or anything just a plain fish patty. I ordered today. And I had to go back 4 times only to be told I ordered over an hour ago and why are they fixing my order by a girl with curly hair behind the window who left it slightly open. The first time I went back wa s because they forgot one of my whole meals and all of my fries? Then when I got home the Big Mac they forgot was cold. My fries were soggy. When I ate Into my cheeseburgers (both of them) THERE WAS NO HAMBURGER PATTY. It was just two pieces of bread and cheese. I didn't even mention to them that they were supposed to have extra cheese and no pickles which both of them did not have. Even though this McDonald's is closest to my house I'd rather drive further down the road for a better service at a better McDonald's. There has been plenty of times when I don't mention anything at all when they mess little things up but it's a constant pattern. read more

Continuing Smoothie Saga... (see tropical smoothie cafe post) So after I leave TSC i checked starbucks It was closed so i went to this Mcdonalds to get the smoothies as a last resort. As I pull up i see an employee bringing someones food out and i ask her if the dining room was open ,She says yes- So I go inside (the interior was actually pretty nice and well kept and is the reason why its getting 3 stars and not 2), NOONE was in there Just Me , her and the ppl in the back. As im standing there waiting for her to finish drive thru and take my order,ironically one of the guys that was inside TSC comes in and was like" You were just at TSC werent you? That was messed up... ect" I appreciated his sentiment. Heres the kicker, The cashier Finally comes over, walks right by me not saying a word after just speaking with me outside and TAKES HIS ORDER FIRST. She didnt ask whos next or anything and the guy (who probably didnt know if i had ordered yet or not) didnt say "He was here first". I basically said am "I invisible today or what?" When she finally goes to take my order she was completely disinterested.No "sorry about that" no nothing. 0 customer service skills. - Not to mention they lost my order earlier that same day but the staff at that time actually was pretty helpful and pleasant. read more

Once visiting this McDonald's there was almost a fight with staff and this time I repeatedly told them in-front of the supervisor that you can't just take the pork off the sandwich (which was wrong one of coarse) because I am allergic to pork. That did not happen. I am writing this here while having an allergic reaction. I only have this reaction with pork. Anyway, I want others to be weary of this McDonald's. This is my second time going here for dinner. Both times they messed up my order. I used the order online process. The first time I get there and pull up to the window where I was told they don't have chicken strips and asked if I would like to substitute it. I said yes for chicken nuggets. Get my order and they gave me a 6 nuggets and but was missing fries and drink for one of 6 meals I order. Had to go in and tell them what I was missing, but when we looked at the receipt they didn't make the nuggets a meal like my chicken strips was. I pointed it out and she said 6 nuggets don't come in a meal. I informed her I didn't tell her how many nuggets to give me common sense would be to replace it to a nugget meal to a similar pice as the chicken strip meal. I didn't tell her I didn't want it a meal I ordered a meal so clearly I wanted it a meal. She was rude from the start of me showing her what went wrong. Second issue we was missing one of the 10 nuggets from the 2 we ordered, got drink and fries just not the nuggets. Again we had a large order 5 meals total. This is one of the worst McDonalds I've been to. Been in here twice in the past 2 weeks, figured I'd give them another chance. Not so much. Very slow service even though there was only 3 cars in the drive thru and 2 customers inside, one of which was me. You order and takes forever to get it. And it's wrong both times I was here. So I pull up to the drive thru and I wait for a couple mins for someone to take my order, nbd right? I order bacon egg and cheese on BAGEL. I had to correct the lady because she thought I said biscuit I guess so she changed it on the screen. Again no big deal. I then get to the first window and again I have to correct her. I then go to the second window to get my food. I leave without Checking my food because who would guess that they would give me BISCUIT INSTEAD OF BAGEL.
