The chitterlings were seasoned with cracked red pepper and came with a side of boiled cabbage. The chitterlings were chewy and had a spicy kick. It was not very tender so I could not eat a lot of them. You get a good portion if you order small. The staff were very nice and helpful. My entree was perfectly cooked pan-seared salmon filet, with perfectly grilled large asparagus and the most amazing take on grits I have ever had (not your mama's breakfast grits).
