No clean tables or seats. I got the drink that was left sitting behind the counter for 10 minutes. I took a sip and there was so much syrup I couldn't even drink it. I tried to get one of the employees attention and was ignored. Every other experience was fine besides today. Happened on May 20th around 2:20.

I then had a couple questions and a little trouble navigating their menu, and although she didn't say anything rude, the sudden loss of patience was palpable in her voice. It's bad enough having to navigate all the choices in coffeehouses, going through sizes that are named after I don't know what, but when you get exasperation from the Barista, and you're paying $4.60 for a medium cup of coffee, it's icing on the cake that I would just rather do without.
