It's' funny, the picture on the menu shows lettuce. I specifically told her that I did not want to be charged for lettuce that is supposed to come with it and I just wanted them to make sure they put the proper amount. This is the extra lettuce that I was charged for even after I told them I didn't want to be charged. It's not even a leaf , just a chunk. I guess the woman didn't understand English.

I happened to have some freebies that were about to expire on my Whataburger app, so coming here was the move. It was the closest Whataburger en route to my house. It is located in the parking lot of a large shopping complex so parking is not an issue. Walking in, the place was pretty busy with alot of older customers so it was nice, calm and clean inside. I also knew I wasn't in the burbs anymore because you had to have a code to get into the bathrooms. The staff was young but very professional. I ordered the new Bacon Steakhouse Double because it was free with the purchase of fries and a drink. The Whataburger app is great like that! The food came out in a timely manner and the burger was almost picture perfect. It was neatly made and not sloppy like other fast food chains. That being said, the burger wasn't all that. I gave it an honest try and I can see why it's a rotating item as opposed to a main stay. Odds are I probably won't be back at this location because I am hardly in the area. I just wanted to make sure they got their props for a well run Whataburger in the city.

Avocado slices, grilled onions, and melted cheese added a depth of flavor that I've never experienced before eating tacos! The steak was approaching slightly oversalted, which helped maximize the flavor within the meat as well. This place will be my go-to if I ever need to visit the DMV again!

It was kind of weird. I could tell something was wrong for the minute. I walked in the restaurant and she gave me the look about the coffee so after I ate the food, the burrito which was delicious. I waited waited waited. She never came to my table. I finally just got up. I went to check out. She finally came to check me out and I didn't leave a tip I think maybe for the first time in my life and my skin color is the only thing I can figure out why because I haven't done anything the day before when I came in I remarked that she had lost weight and she looked very nice and she kinda laughed and giggled and said thank you and I left it at that and I never said another word and today I couldn't even get her to come to my table, except to deliver the food. It's really too bad. I hate writing bad reviews, but I can't let this slide. This was purposely bad service. This wasn't a bad day. This wasn't. She was busy and she just forgot about me. There were only me and one more table in the whole restaurant and she was the only waitress working great food, though really great food. this was the location in East Houston.
