She looked rather new and in training, however, her trainer/ whoever was involved in this situation, wasn't really doing anything rather he was ordering her around. She looked overwhelmed by the amount of responsibilities being placed on her. As a customer, the interaction was very uncomfortable to witness and gave the impression that teamwork and support among staff lacks very much in this restaurant.
