Yelp needs to start allowing you to give NEGATIVE stars for this McDonald's and here is why.. I have came MULTIPLE TIMES past 2AM and the first time they said " our kitchen is currently shut down " like yeah ok then why are y'all 24/7 McDonald's.. 2nd time " oh we are only serving breakfast right now unfortunately " .. 3rd time which was today 10/20 at 2:17AM " we aren't serving anything that has a bun or anything that comes with fries " WTF? I'm convinced this McDonald's purposely stops serving and makes up BS excuses after a certain time. New management needs to be enforced and yes corporate is being contacted after this. Skip this location and go somewhere else if you want food late night. read more

This place is so slow and they can't even get your order right even though it's placed on the app which gives you the specifics line by line. The food was cold and the employees look like they couldn't care less. You're better off grabbing something at the adjacent gas station. read more

They get a 1 Star from me because I don't have an option to do 0.5. 3rd time stopping by this McDonalds and I repeated my order 3 times and they still get it wrong. My kids and I decided to give up on McDonalds. We are going to drive further to visit Chick Filet next time. read more

This has got to be the worst McDonald's ever. Went inside and there is no one at the registers. I do not work at McDonald's. I am not going to place my own order at the kiosk. Waited for over 10 minutes for somebody to come up to the register and ask what I wanted. Very rudely. I will never go there again, Way to any other options nearby. I visited this location , to eat . When I pulled up to the window , I was told to there was going to be a 15 min wait and if this was okay , I said no it's not okay , and asked what's the reason for the hold up. I was told because he was short staffed and the only one there , I replied and told him but theres no lines , he replied and said well I'm in the restroom, so I pulled off and seen at least 4 cars pull up and pull off. I wait in the parking lot, then return to the order speaker and get told the same thing about the (15 min wait ) I do this 3 times. Same outcome , I waited by the front parking lot for about 3 mins , pull back up and he's ready to take my order , as I get my food another employee hands me the food , which shocked me cause I was told by the other employee he was the only one on shift . Okay I get my food and my fries are COLD I didn't want to eat them or wait again, this is my go to McDonald's and this is the second time I'm hearing the 15 mins wait game , it makes no sense when this location has different employees the ice cream machine does not work or a 15 min wait is sending all the cars right back out the driveway, sad to say I visit this location very frequently enough to notice the lack. read more

On my way to work this am at 5:22 so decide to stop and grab a small coffee. First thing I hear at the drive up is, " my system is still resetting." So I replied "that's fine." Then I hear, " uh we are only accepting cash." I replied, "Oh that's okay I have cash, I just want a small mccafe." Only to hear that, " We don't have any coffee, it's getting cleaned." So I said ok I'll go somewhere else. Just to get a "Don't come back." Response. As I'm driving off a short hair female is laughing in the window hysterically and a male in a manager shirt waving sarcastically at me. Don't work the am shift if you don't want to work, don't work customer service if don't know how to be polite. It's not hard to not be a dick. read more

I am shocked at how rude their employee is and how unhelpful and lost their Manager is here. The cashier rung me up for 3 waters. I told him I did not know there would be a charge since other McDonald's stores don't charge. The cashier rung the drinks up as "Sweet Iced Teas" instead of water. The cashier was rude and had an attitude. He asked me 3 times what the problem is. I literally had to explain THREE times over and over again while in the drive thru line. I asked for a refund. He told me it's the customer's responsibility to ask if there would be a charge. I told him you charged my waters as Sweet Iced Teas drinks, which is ridiculous and not true. He did not seem like he wanted to give me back my money and was wasting my time leaving the drive thru window and coming back many times with no resolution. I asked to speak to a Manager. I FINALLY received my money back. However, the cashier continued to be rude. I asked for his name, which he replied he doesn't have a name. He also made a racial remark and then laughed. I had to go park and enter the store to speak to the Manager. The Manager refused to give me a phone number or email address to contact the Owner or General Manager. The Store Manager did nothing about his employee's terrible customer service. I won't ever come back here. read more

This is the worse McDonald's I have ever been to. First of all the drive thru line took twenty minutes. No one at the window even talked to you once you got there. My drink didn't have ice in it and he didn't put the lid on correctly so it spelt all over my car and once I got out of my car it was a mess. Only giving it a star because I have to. read more

I wish there was a way to actually give this one "negative" stars since the staff is just lazy...no other way around it. People will justify the poor service saying "what do you expect of people working at a fast food establishment" but you can't discredit the work force that actually will take pride in what they do. Go to the McDonald's inside the Walmart on Westview and Beltway 8. Those ladies epitomize what work ethic and pride in what you do looks like! No excuse for the ones working at this location. Worst managed drive through of any McDonalds chain. They have no idea how to manage dual lanes at one time. If you try to go early in the morning prepare for 25 minute wait and utter traffic jam due to confusion and lack of direction. read more

It was 9:30 on May 27, 2019. I decided it was a great idea to relive my childhood and go to mcdonald's. I went threw the drive through and order a happy with chicken nuggets and apple slices. I pull up and the girl says "you had the chicken nuggets and apple slices right?" and I responded "yes". I get it's weird that a teenager ordered a happy meal so she wanted to check. That's not the problem. I start driving home and I realize that they gave me a cheeseburger with gogurt. They also spilled the fries all over the box. I think it should be called a sad meal. read more
