Another McDonald's, another bad experience. I can see why the Golden Arches have been losing revenue if my recent experiences are the norm. The service was painfully slow, from waiting for the cashier to stop gossiping and turn around to the excessive wait to receive my food. One of the napkin dispensers at the beverage area was completely empty. Almost every table was dirty, left uncleaned and sanitized food laying on the tables and seats. The floor appeared to not having been swept recently as there was trash and food there as well. My order was at least well prepared and delivered hot. Not bagged to go as I was dining in. This could be a nice location. The decor is fresh, modern and well laid out. If only it were clean. I'm noticing a trend with McDonald's which leaves me wondering why I should return. Giving the guest a positive experience seems to have gone by the wayside. read more

Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves. Worse service always slow and the old ladies are always gossiping. Pathetic.

I don't expect Michelin-star service from McDonald's, but I do expect the bare minimum: knowing what's on the menu and giving people the food they ordered. Somehow, this location failed spectacularly at both. The drive-thru was packed (red flag #1), and when we finally pulled up to order, the young man working the speaker had no idea what value meals even existed. Zero. None. He confidently told us the "double cheeseburger meal" was two cheeseburgers, which is what I wanted, so fine--we ordered it plain. My husband ordered a Big Mac meal and a chicken sandwich, both "all the way." Then chaos ensued. We pull up to the window and the employee reads back an order that had absolutely nothing to do with what we just said. Wrong items, wrong everything. He has to start over and re-ring the entire order. The receipt comes out and--surprise--everything is marked PLAIN, including items that literally do not come plain. We point this out and are told to let the next window know. Spoiler alert: telling the next window did absolutely nothing. We are handed the wrong food anyway. At this point, we park and go inside because I only received one burger instead of two. When I ask about it, I'm casually told, "Oh, it only comes with one." That directly contradicts what we were told when ordering--and even if that were true, why did no one know what they were selling? This wasn't a mistake. This was a complete operational failure from start to finish. No communication. No menu knowledge. No quality control. Just pure, unfiltered incompetence. If this McDonald's were any slower, more confused, or more disorganized, it would be standing still. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted time, and the wrong food. Go literally anywhere else--even a gas station would be an upgrade. I'll say this in closing, you have managed to do the impossible. Me and my friends had came in for a quick snack, everything was okay.. then apparently there was a mishap about a DrPepper soda.. This older black lady had kept questioning my friend if she had gotten her cup, my friend said that it's not her order and she ordered separately. My other friend was walking back with his DrPepper cup and she asked if it was his, I said "yes ma'am". Then she asked for his receipt, he handed it to me and I showed her it was indeed the DrPepper cup she was talking about. She then proceeded to give me an attitude about it, saying that's the cup she was talking about and it was all she was asking about. Smh, plus the smell of weed was strong inside there. Bad experience with staff at their main office during interview process. You people hire unqualified workers not only on the restaurant but also in the main office. The lady was rude with a condescending tone. Felt to me like I was the wrong skin color for her liking. When you go to the restaurant you only see one race and they give out sub par service. I Ordered and received my food at 9:49PM Dine in, Carmen the manager, took my order and smiled. I reviewed my food, sat down,and ate. Then the employee Henry told us that we had to leave shortly since dine in is closing and he had to mop the floor. That was extremely rude of him, so I'm scuffing down my food. Few minutes later Henry comes back and told us we must leave since Dine is close. I was almost done with my meal, and came to Carmen. Carmen tried to justified and she told me that dine was closing in 4 minutes which was a lie. I asked for corporate's phone # and left a message. I've been going there many years since I live down the street. In fact I came there twice today. One for breakfast and the second time for late dinner. I was there today at 2:45 p.m at the drive thru and was shocked to hear that I was so F...ing bad at ordering it has made the all of the employee upset. Is profanity ok from a cashier? To her credit, she mouthed it rather than say it out loud. When I asked for her name she said she wouldn't give to me... I wasn't even mad...yet. I am just going to keep doing bad reviews. Just left this restaurant because the worker was incapable of taking our order. The gas register was malfunctioning and locked up. The worker started working on the register as I waited. He eventually told me to go place my order manually at the screen. The food items I wanted were not available on the screen so questioned the worker and he refused to assist me and said he could not take my order. I suppose in hindsight I was lucky because upon leaving I noticed all the tables were filthy and the trash cans were overflowing. This McDonalds is across the street from where I live and I would never go to it again. I have tried to go thru the drive thru at different times during the day and have the same results every time; slow. Take for instance a couple weeks ago. I entered the drive thru at 6:40 am. Ordered my food and waited 15 min. When I finally arrived at the window I was told that the credit card machine was down. Instead of sending an employee outside to let everyone know or at least telling people when they ordered their food at the speaker box they chose to waste 15 min of mine and everyone else time. Very slow service! I only came here because I had a training seminar near here and stopped for a "quick" breakfast. First, the lady when entering told me to order on their kiosk so it took me awhile but I did, then other people walked in and refused to order at the kiosk so she went to the register and ordered for them. Three different people who came after me got their food before I did! All I ordered was 1 breakfast sandwich maybe the kiosk takes a few before the order goes through. When visiting the location, I ordered a double cheeseburger and med fry. The frustration began when it was only two cars ahead of me and it took at least 15-20 mins to receive my food. As I grabbed for for my burger, the bun was so hard I could not bite into it. So, now i am extremely frustrated because I waited in line 15-20 mins to only be served TRASH. When I got to the window to return the burger I explained my frustration, gave him the burger and receipt and asked for a refund on the burger. The worker returned with a new burger and said that the manager said he will not be issuing a refund. I asked to speak to the manager. Could not even explain my frustration to the manager as he kept cutting me off and saying that he won't be giving me a refund.
