The service at this location is super slow. Ordering through the app seems like a huge miss on their part. Apparently they "dont get the orders" on time yet they charge the card immediately. Even their own employees stated that they worked on the order already but the manager comes out to say that they hadn't received it. They make you wait so long. Even through the drive thru, they make you park in one of those spots, even though there is NO ONE behind me. And yet i still end up waiting 15+ minutes for a small order. Sucks cause this is the closes McDonald's to us, but I suggest everyone avoids it. There's no reason why picking up an order should take 1+ hour. Yes, 1+ hour, for an order placed via the app. Manager is making up excuses when his own employees are stating they already worked on the order but someone else misplaced it. read more

I very rarely eat McDonald's but I was forced to today because I needed something very quick and couldn't leave the car cause I had my cat with me. I was in and out of the drive through in 2 minutes and I was able to get just what I wanted. I wanted a biscuit and even though they don't serve all day breakfast they were able to make a biscuit for me. The fries were hot and fresh, biscuit was delicious, and my latte was perfectly SLIGHTLY sweet just like I asked for. I didn't have to ask twice for my sauces & they made sure I had plenty of butter for my biscuit as well. The employees here are very professional, efficient and friendly. So I had a problem with my iced coffee because it didn't have any sugary flavor, so I asked nicely a lady who attended the orders and told her it didn't have any vanilla flavor, so another person that worked there told her to give me sugar packets and I'm like what a heck , so my mom came right beside me and told the ladies it didn't taste like vanilla and that lady that told the other girl about the sugar packs kept her mouth shut and rolling her eyes at us , like what's wrong with her ,we give them our money and they just treat us so bad.
