The Salmon Burger is cooked on request, and is always tasty. I think it is frozen, but who cares? It still comes out delicious. I opt for lettuce, tomato, swiss, and tartar sauce. The bun is toasted on the grill, which adds so much more to the flavor. I argue it's reasonably priced ($6.50) and it's something different.
