I like McDonald's. This was my first McDonald's as a kid & it had just opened in our area. I have seen it renovated many times. Not a fan of these latest changes. Very bland, nondescript, and impersonal. There is no sign fthat it is in Chocolate Town, USA and you can only see a hint that you are in a McDonald's. When you walk in the door, there are 3 kiosks to place orders. To get to a human, you have to turn the corner & that is where mobile orders are located. No more self-serve soft drinks (which keeps the place much cleaner). I'm all for change but this McDonald's has lost all of its character and charm that welcomed tourists to Hershey. As for the food - the standards are met as expected. Service - service is pretty good for the high volume of business that they have. Drive-Thru is efficient. Cleanliness - pretty good compared to others.

don't get the burgers they're made with rat shit.

rat shit in the food. i got a burger and i realized after eating the burger there was rat shit on the wrapper. it smelled like rat shit.

Having fast food for lunch is only an option when you're on the go and need to eat something edible quick. Being that said, my family and I had 45 minutes to get to an attraction nearby this McDonald's location so we decided to come here. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the updates on this facility comparing to the layout of other typical McDonald's. They have few large monitors for people to place their orders and paid via credit or debit cards. Although I always prefer using the machine to place my order over a live person, the place does look a bit shady so I question the security practice they use storing credit card information. I decided to order over the counter and yes, no customers were standing on line at all. Placing the order was quick. I was surprised that this location left fountain cups on the side and tells their customers to go ahead and grab whatever cup size they had order. I'm not sure whether they should trusts their customers or it is that management simply don't care since it's all flavored spritzer at the fountain machine anyway. The water drainage by the fountain machine is utterly disgusting and it's clogged with what looks like ketchup from the condiments area. From the time we ordered to the wait time for the food to be provided to us took about 10 minutes which makes absolutely no sense given that there were no other customers. I can't imagine how slow their service would be if there were customers besides ourselves. Must avoid here next time!

It really sad that the workers have to eat out of the customers bags. One of the workers took a French fry out of the bag I don't know if it was my bag or another but it was the girl that was putting together my order #807 after she did it I said something out loud that she was eating out of the bag then she ran to a manager and asked if she could use the restroom. Employees need to not ever eat other peoples food they should be thought that from day ONE.

I stumbled my way in here after 4 hours sleep twice and managed not to look like shit. All hail the baristas!!! Food sold here is almost positively freezer to shelf/microwave, so don't do that. Find some bacon or another nice protein to eat, or just skip it all together. BREAKFAST IS NOT THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY! WE HAVE BEEN LIED TO! Employees are fine. Happy to help you along your way. No issues there! If you are here and tired. Get some coffee. You look a bit down.... '26 - 2

OMG. So, let's put…read moreit this way, seeing that the "bagels" were really pre-sliced and in long plastic bags in the back, I opted for a croissant. They looked... croissanty enough. I asked if they could put ham and cheese in there. No. No, we cannot possibly. But if you'd like, there's a croissant with egg, cheese and sausage. I of course said yes and lived to rue the day. I'm kind of glad I didn't take a picture of the light yellow spongy disc that was the egg. Though I'd like to share the horror, I'm happier that someday perhaps I can forget it. Somehow, the croissant I saw had been swapped for a PERFECTLY CIRCULAR "croissant". Considering the word croissant comes from crescent... nevermind. The "sausage" (which only vaguely tasted like any sort of pork I'm familiar with) was predictably circular as well and the non-descript white cheese as well, also circular. It was $9 for an affront to the palate, the eyes, hell, all the senses were affronted. There is not one thing I could point to as even remotely worth the asking price, nor even, appetizing. It's a great place if you have no sense of taste, have been starved, and perhaps have some kind of non-refundable gift card for. I expect this kind of food in Silent Hill, or in Raccoon city, or indeed any other city in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. That would indeed be the only excuse I would accept for a round croissant for $9. Avoid at all costs.

They just launched this limited-time lineup featuring bright, tropical flavors across both bowls and smoothies. I had a chance to try a few items, including the Mermaid Mood Bowl with a pitaya and blue spirulina base, topped with granola, fruit, coconut, and Nutella, along with the Mango Glow Bowl with a mango base and toppings like granola, fruit, coco whip, and chia seeds. For smoothies, the Purple Mermaid Smoothie and Passion Glow Smoothie both stood out!! They're packed with fruit and have a refreshing, lighter feel that works well this time of year. Everything looked and tasted great and had a fresh, vibrant flavor. It's also nice to see ingredients like collagen and blue spirulina included, which add a little something extra beyond just taste. These specials are available through June 15! If you're looking for something refreshing and a little different, you must check out these new specials!

I bought one to go, ate the entire thing in my car, and immediately went back in to buy another one for breakfast the next day. A few days later, I brought the whole family. Best acai bowls around!

Ambiance: 4/5 Nice, typical brewery vibes -- quiet, laid back, and a great space to hang out with friends. They have some neat arcade games in the back which is a fun touch. The outdoor seating exists but could use some freshening up to really elevate the outdoor dining experience. That said, it didn't take away from the overall experience. Solid spot. Service: 4/5 They did a really good job accommodating a large party. Not the most stellar service I've ever had, but no complaints. Great job overall. Drinks: 5/5 This is what they're known for, and rightfully so. Great beer selection -- tasty and a solid variety. Five out of five on the beers. My wife got the strawberry lemon drop, and she absolutely loved it -- said she could have had fifteen of them. It reminded her of a drink we had at a fancy bar in Vancouver that she hadn't found since. The fact that we found one in Central PA that matched it exactly is a real testament to the quality of their drink program here. Food: 4/5 When you look at the menu, you'll think you're in for a fine dining experience. Pump the brakes -- you're at a brewery, and the food is bar food. Good bar food, but bar food. We got a wide variety: * Wings: 3/5. Good, but could have been crispier. * Duck Fries: 5/5. Absolutely banging. Great truffle flavor. Would not hesitate to order these again -- highest recommendation at this establishment. * Nachos: 2/5. Big portion, I'll give them that. But subpar... just didn't do it for me or my friends. Try it yourself, but don't say I didn't warn you. * Harvest Salad w/ Crispy Chicken: 2/5. Twenty bucks for a small portion with a forgettable dressing. Would not order again. Overall: 4/5 Don't let the menu fool you into expecting fine dining. It's a brewery with a unique and wide-ranging menu, and they do a good job with it. Get the duck fries. Get the drinks. Enjoy the vibes. You'll have a great time.
