    Pear prosciutto pizza
    Sara B.

My boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch on Saturday afternoon. We got a table right away despite it being busy. The table was a bit uncomfortable to eat from since it was so small. The room was also loud and hard to hear each other. I ordered the pear and prosciutto pizza. I really enjoyed it! I would go back for that pizza. My boyfriend got the hot honey chicken boli and was not as impressed. He did try a slice of my pizza and said that the pizza was much better. I think he'd return to try different menu items. Not bad. I'd probably go back in the warmer weather and sit outdoors.

Cool little spot. Server was high energy and pleasant. Drink wasn't my favorite but it was decent. The nachos were amazing and were enough food for four people. Lobster and shrimp tacos were tasty but could have used more lobster and maybe a sauce. Overall, very good experience and food and I will return to try the beer selection.

Nachos that were messed up but still look good

Very good meal personally Nashville hot sandwich, wasn't a traditional spicy chicken that you would expect. But still good in its own way fries and ranch to go with the meal complimented it perfectly. Our server wasn't the most attentive we waited about half an hour for our food, on top of that two of the meals at my table were wrong or messed up which can play into both party's, server or kitchen. Overall very nice looking brewery nice scenery definitely recommend was probably just a off night for them

Had this place recommended and finally stopped in. We had a great time and really enjoyed our dinner and drinks! We came in on a Monday evening and were able to get seated right away, even with a larger party. The whole place has a great vibe with the industrial, brick exposures. Inside is a nice size with a bar and plenty of seating. TVs and some games throughout as well. There is an outdoor patio in the front as well. The food here is delicious! Everyone in our party was happy with their meal. The pizzas are great and definitely shareable. I would recommend the Mike's Hot Honey Chicken Stromboli and the Salmon BLT. Great portions and very well made. They have a great selection of their brews! Whatever type of beer you like, they make. The Aunt Shandy is fantastic - a perfect summer shandy and easy to drink! Wish they made it available to take home. Rubber Soul is a great spot and worth checking out!

    Mushroom and burrata pizza!!

Stopped in for lunch with a friend and what I love is a large bottle of cold water and glasses on the table when we are seated. What a great idea! I was sooo thirsty and didn't have to wait for a glass of water. I sampled two beers and I chose the Shanty because it was nice and light and only 4% alcohol content. It's pretty neat they have numerous sizes to choose from. I was driving so I ordered a small. My friend got an orange crush and said it was good. I ordered the mushroom pizza with burrata and a side salad with Green Goddess dressing. My friend ordered the fried chicken sandwich. Our meals were delicious! The pizza was large and sooo good! The dressing on the salad was yummy!! My friend enjoyed her chicken sandwich and we both thought the fries were good. She even liked her pickle and she doesn't like pickles that much. She said it was different, like a sweet and sour pickle. We even received extra napkins before we even ordered. Love that!! This place was great! We will be back.

We came here after spending hours antiquing across the street to refuel and we were blown away! The beers were really delicious and the waiter helped us pick out exactly what fitted our palate. Where we really were just gobsmacked were how amazing these WINGS ARE. We got the hot and the gochujang wings and both came out steaming hot and were just delectable. So saucy and so freaking good. I'll be thinking about these for days. The restaurant is big and open, really family friendly, and has a really nice deck outside too. The short and skinny is get the wings. Get a beer. Enjoy your time!

5oz pours, two at a time allowed, for sampling. No "flights".

First visit after some tile shopping in Harrisburg...Troegs Hershey is our usual go-to but always searching for a brewery to visit. Super happy to discover this place. We chose bar seating in front of the bustling kitchen, mid-day Saturday. We enjoyed several 5oz pours to sample the beer, no "flights". Loved the Pale Ale, and both IPA. There was a session on as well, Lil Homie, was super drinkable. We enjoyed watching all the food come out of the kitchen, eventually had a March special called Cajuncini, a Jambalya style meatball based on rice...super good. The lobster/shrimp tacos were excellent. We shared, (3) would have been too much for me. Good, friendly service with smiles, even from the kitchen (thanks especially to Rachael, who was running food). I noted hooks and outlets under the bar for hanging outerwear and those who need to plug in. Thanks team, really enjoyed ourselves. We'll be back!

He kept the group entertained, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. We also lucked out with a great group of people on the tour, which added to the fun atmosphere. Doug did an excellent job explaining the brewing process and showing us the production facility. One of the highlights was when he stopped at one of the large fermentation tanks and poured everyone a sample of unfinished beer. It was a unique experience and very interesting to taste beer at that stage of production. The best part of the tour came at the end when we gathered around a bar and sampled several different beers. Doug explained the characteristics of each one, making it both educational and enjoyable. The brewery itself is huge, with plenty of seating, a great food menu, and a wide variety of beers to choose from. The tour costs $15, and you even get a beer before the tour begins, which makes it an excellent value. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping in for a cold beer and booking the tour. It was an absolute blast and one of the best brewery experiences we've had.

Listen, if you know what a hand circle has to do with a rally point, or what a LACE Report is, then this place needs to be high on your OPORD For the rest of you, read the rest of the review to see why you need to come here too. First lets clarify why Google and Yelp are calling this location Cox Brewing and Rally Point. Cox Brewing Company is the brewery, and they used to have a separate location a couple miles away. Rally Point is the name of their tap room where you enjoy great beer in an awesome atmosphere. Rally Point is co-located with the Pizza Town restaurant. You can bring food from the latter over to the tap room. Order it and they will text you when it's ready. Now on to the important stuff. The beer here is flat out great. The bartenders are more than happy to recommend beers for you. She suggested two for me and they were both on point. They went down like 50 meter targets (if you understand that, you better already have this place bookmarked). The atmosphere here is unique and a lot of fun. There's sandbags, ammo cans, belt feeds, and other great stuff you won't see at any other bars. The two bartenders that attended to me were super friendly and seemed to really enjoy their job. On top of all that, there's live music. What are you waiting for? Shoot your azimuth and get here double time!

Cox Brewing Company used to be located in Rheems but now has a much…read morelarger and really inviting space next to Pizza Town -- with a roomy indoor taproom, long bar, stage area for live music, outdoor seating and fire pits, and tons of great drinks on tap. I was able to visit once before the Christmas holiday and again right before New Years so the hubs and I could ring in 2021 with some delicious local beers. We started with the two sours on tap -- Bug Juice (perfect tart blend of strawberry/blueberry and lime) and Lawn Dart (peach/mango) -- and I hope they keep them on tap through summer because these are the types of beers I'd enjoy with friends on a hot afternoon. Next up were two IPAs -- CH-47, which is a light and super smooth American style, and IPA-X, which is another American style but with a little more citrus - not sure which hops are used, but they're good! We also decided to sample one heavier beer -- the Armistice Ale, which was listed at 11% ABV. That's should be enough to wipe out those 2020 memories, right?? This isn't a style either the hubs or I are into -- it's a scotch style ale, which is darker and heavier -- I'm glad we only did a howler, as more than one glass a piece might've done us both in! But the flavor was good. The staff is taking COVID precautions seriously, which I appreciate -- they all wear masks, clean regularly and provide sanitizer. There were a few folks outside at the fire pits when I visited, but most were taking their growlers to go. Nice steady business Wednesday night when I visited (after 5pm), but I beat the crowd on a Saturday by arriving as soon as they opened. The prices are reasonable -- $10 - $15 growler refills and $6 howler refills hit the spot. If I could carry more than two growlers at a time, it'd be dangerous! This is a veteran-owned business, so there's tons of military references not only in the names of the beers (Ghille Suit, Gun Bunny, etc.), but also in the atmosphere at Rally Point. Not my typical style, but it's very inviting and everyone is super friendly, so you can't help but to want to hang out and chat with the staff and knowledgeable regulars. It also looks like they arrange a lot of fundraisers and events to support other local veterans orgs -- flyers posted around the venue and advertised on their website. I love supporting not just a good local brewery and veteran business, but also a hometown company that pays it forward to their community -- especially during this crazy pandemic.
