My expectations for service at fast food places are low, but my experience recently might take the cake for worst service I've received at any restaurant ever We were in the drive thru and had two mobile orders. We had the first bag and then the worker proceeded to verify the next one. She was a little confused, not a big deal, stuff like that happens. How the situation was handled is what really bothered me. Instead of just taking our receipt copy and giving us the right food, she made us read off the entire receipt, after which she was reluctant to help us, even though we had the entire receipt in our hands. She then asked for the receipt, which should have been done originally. After a couple minutes, the other order was received. When we got driving, we noticed that almost all the order was missing. It seems like she was either extremely lazy or just intentionally trying to short us food because she thought we were lying. To the worker, McDonald's is a billion dollar corporation. Even if we were trying to get free food (we weren't at all, lol) would it be the end of the world? Given we had a receipt, I don't think we were. I'm not sure who she thinks is printing McDonald's receipts at home, but I guess she thinks she does Fast food experiences are embarrassing nowadays in general. Came to get an order I placed online through the mobile app and went through the drive thru and was told my order was unavailable due to A Drink not being available and that I could get a refund through my app. Well you can't get a refund through the app, the restaurant where you ordered your food had to give the refund. So I went in and let them know that I couldn't get a refund through the app so they gave it to me through the register. I kept asking what drink wasn't available and she completely ignored me so another person came to the register to take my order and I asked her what drinks were not available and she said none at the moment that's why you got the refund. Well the lady that refunded me started laughing and threw her hands up in the air and yelled OH MY GOD. So I said I would have known that if she wouldn't have ignored me the first 5 times I asked which drinks weren't available in the first place. I have never had a problem at this place. This WAS my go to place every morning by myself, with my children, and my nephew but not anymore. It's a shame how 1 person can make a restaurant seem so disgusting and not in a dirty way. The kid working the front register, and also bagging up food, walked in after vomiting on the sidewalk, then puked in the bathroom, then proceeded to work the register and bag my food up with vomit on his sweatshirt. McDonald's has become a last resort for food quality and customer service. Instead of thanking you for your patronage it has almost become "F you" when you leave. Everything is so corporate that no one can fix issues when you use the app and it doesn't work or if you are at the window and the clock turns 10:31, you are just SOL. Also, the manager on duty can only say "we aren't associated with the app... , Wait a few days and you will get a refund". Plus the food really lacks anything close to flavor or quality in my opinion. Sadly I just don't think they care because this is the only easy option for so many people nowadays. If you can avoid eating at this or any other McDonald's location don't. You deserve better so find somewhere else that wants to treat the customer better and appreciates your money and patronage. read more

Terrible service. I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting space. Two different employees came to the car and asked me what I was waiting for. I am sick. November 9th at about 5:30, we go to the drive thru. Of course, we're made to move to the waiting line.. okay. This elderly woman, that brings our food, gets to our car and literally COUGHS over our bag, as she is sitting it on my door window. The window was down. I grabbed it, like EWWWW! I get to window two to get my food and i check my food and its missing food so i tell the guy at the window. I just had a horrifying experience at this McDonald's 8-11-2018 at 6:00pm and I still remember my # it was 121. Particularly 4705 E. 10th Street 46201 location. Would love to go negative stars but can't. Waited 15 minutes in line for food get it and the large fry is not hot. Sent it back and they gave nothing but attitude. Only reason there was because my mom wasn't feeling well and thought fries was all she could handle eating. Waited another 10 minutes in the pull up spot only to get the same fries back handled by 3 people because we watched them pass the bag around like nobody wanted to bring it. In the end we went in for a refund and the "Manager" had an attitude not good customer service but was a jerk. This is the neighborhood McDonald's but we will drive the extra time for better service. I would give them negative stars if i could. All of the employees have very bad customer service. I went through the drive through with my boyfriend and ordered 2 hash browns, a sausage egg mcmuffin, and 2 BACON AND CHEESE BISCUITS WITH EXTRA CHEESE. They got everything else right except for the biscuits. They rang them up as just 2 biscuits add extra american cheese. I said this isn't what I said I said 2 bacon cheese biscuits with extra bacon. Then when i pulled to the window they handed me just regular bacon cheese biscuits with no extra bacon. I told my boyfriend it was fine and i didn't want the hassle but he insisted so he handed them to the workers and said she wanted extra bacon these don't have extra bacon and they are saying they might need to charge us and stuff when that is what i had been trying to order the whole time they are just slow! So they said they will fix it and we are waiting and when we get the bag we pull off thinking it's fixed. I looked in the bag and it was 2 BISCUITS WITH JUST BACON ON IT. And barely and bacon too! This is one hostile McDonald's I have ever been to. I only came in to get a hot fudge sundae, but I decided to fill up my cup with water from the refreshment area- the lady immediately stormed all the way from the front counter to yell at me for filling up water. I told her I am only filling it up with water, not anything else. She still yelled at me, ultimately making me feel unsafe and unwelcome. If people have been coming in and filling up cups with non-water beverages without paying, this still doesn't give an employee the right to yell at anyone. The McDonald's have the right to tell this person to pay, still please say it instead of spraying it to a potential customer's face. It's just tap water. Calm down, jeez. I have seen local businesses far more kinder than this filthy rich corporate McDonald's. read more

08/06/2021 12:10 PM--After ordering (1/4 Pounder Meal, Large and Two Apple Pies) and receiving my order, I sat down to eat.  After finishing the fries, a person--whom I assume is the manager--walked over and said the dining room is closed.  I said, "Oh, I don't drive.  I'm sorry!", assuming she would understand why I was inside.  I picked up the hamburger box and placed it in with the pies and grabbed my drink.  It was obvious that I was leaving.  She pulled out her phone and the next thing I heard was her giving the address of the restaurant, then she said, "We have a customer here who is refusing to leave."  I was absolutely shocked that she would call for emergency services!  I went outside and waited for the police to arrive, but they did not show up.  I went back inside and asked when the police were going to arrive and the "manager" acted as if she did not know what I was speaking about.  End of Story. I have lived in this neighborhood since 1969 and have visited your establishment more times than I could count.  The treatment I received goes way beyond anything I experienced in my lifetime of 66 years. read more

Most experiences I've had with this place are bad. Employees are rude, ignore customers and just talk to eachother. There were only 5 cars in line tonight and we sat there for 30 minutes. Typical for 10th street fast food though. The 30 minute thing here is normal though. Even when theres barely anyone in line. The food is usually fine but tonight in particular everything was dry.
